Atomic - Blondie

I love this song, and it's more about the music than her voice for once, which makes it really interesting. I love the vocal delivery in this song, especially on the word Atomic, and the music is brilliant, that guitar hook is just as great as any infectious chorus.

Te Amo- Rihanna

One thing i don't like about the video is how Rihanna is trying to be lesbo when she's obviously straight. Like some people have commented on YT.

Anyways, this song is OK. not my favorite but not the worst song by her.

I'm not a huge fan of Rihanna to be honest though :hmmm:

I lie the music though it's good :ryan:

She has a good voice idunno what it is about this song i just.. hmmm. can't put my finger on it :hmmm:

Ke$ha - TiK ToK

Brilliant song that's been put together very carefully and it works in so many ways. I love this because it's about going out and having a good time. I also like how she references Jack Daniels and the bridge near the end is quite catchy, proving she can sing slow as well.

10/10

Getting Old - The Cab

Pretty song. The lyrics are very simple, but meaningful. The little guitar riff throughout the song sounds really pretty, and I think the voice really suits the melody. Just a good song to sit down and listen to.

~ We're just names in stone.

Take me down next to the water,
Next to flowers and old times
I hope the view is still the same
Cuz I've been losing strength and power
Regret occupates my mind
I'm sick of loneliness and pain

I used to be young and free
Worried about my legacy
Now I'm aged and alone
I'm getting old and growing up,
Is not what it's cracked up to be
We're just names in stone

When you're young you think you're perfect
Indestructible and strong
Well let me tell you that you're wrong
Cause I have watched lives come and go
My God I've seen my children die
Respect and glory are just talk

I used to be young and free
Worried about my legacy
Now I'm aged and alone
I'm getting old and growing up,
Is not what it's cracked up to be
We're just names in stone

We're just names in stone...

Hold on to your youth cause soon you'll be old too
Hold on to your youth cause soon you will die too

George Thorogood "Bad To The Bone"

It's a Cloud tribute.
It's just a pimpin' song that makes stuttering cool. I think it matches Cloud personally. :ryan: Shuddup, I do. :mokken: Cloud's a anti-hero bad boy whether haters admit it or not. Plus the song is a great rock song.

Counting Crows- "Angels Of The Silences"

One of their first singles from the first album of theirs I ever owned, "Recovering the Satellites," this has always been one of my favorites of theirs :yay: The Crows have evolved somewhat over the years and done a lot of experimenting on their more recent albums, but my favorite sound of theirs will always be this more stripped-down, good old fashioned rock :D And Adam Duritz is one of my favorite lyricists ever, he uses all kinds of meaningful imagery and none of his lyrics sound forced, everything is really genuine and heartfelt. 10/10

Well I guess you left me with some feathers in my hand
Did it make it any easier to leave me where I stand?
I guess there might not be too many who would stand beside you now
Where'd you come from?
Where am I going?
Why'd you leave me 'til I'm only good for

Waiting for you
All my sins, I said that I would pay for them if I could come back to you
All my innocence is wasted on the dead and dreaming

Every night these silhouettes appear above my head
Little angels of the silences that climb into my bed and whisper
Every time I fall asleep
Every time I dream
"Did you come?"
"Would you lie?"
"Why'd you leave us 'til we're only good for...

Waiting for you
All my sins, I said that I would pay for them if I could come back to you
All my innocence is wasted on the dead and dreaming

I dream of Michelangelo when I'm lying in my bed
Little angels hang above my head
Read me like an open book
And suck my blood
Break my nerve
Offer me their arms
Well, I will not be an enemy of anything, I'll only stand here

Waiting for you
All my sins, I said that I would pay for them if I could come back to you
All my innocence is wasted on the dead and dreaming

I'm gone, I'm gone, I'll leave today
I'm gone, I'm gone, I'm gone, take me away
I'm gone, I'm gone, I'm gone, I'll leave today
I'm gone, I'm gone, I'm gone, I'm gone, I'm gone
I'm gone...

Days Go by-DJ Splash

This song has a really cool beginning that draws you in to the song. (Plus I like DJ Splash) Out of all his songs, this one is draws you in the entire song.

Eminem Ft. Rihanna - Love The Way You Lie

This song.. is a sad song. Eminem is a great writer and story teller. It's about a abusive relationship. I think Rihanna does a pretty good job with the chrous.

He hurts her and lies to her to make her stay and it's just an never ending circle.

I... love this song <3

He just tells the world about a problem that we face.

Abuse is wrong =/

Katy Perry Feat. Snoop Dogg - California Gurls

A very catchy song and constantly upbeat. I'm not surprised this became her next U.S #1. Everything about it makes you wanna dance and it's nice to see another song about another part of America, just like Empire State Of Mind. Snoop Dogg's not necessarily needed here, but he's not too bad.

Christina Aguilera- Fighter

She has such a powerful voice. She can really hit those high notes x] She is a really good singer I think she has lovely vocals. Not only her her voice powerful but so is this song. I like this song a lot. The lyrics are amazing and it's just such an great song. It says a lot that no matter what, just keep fighting don't let anyone knock you down.

Pixie Lott - Turn It Up

Apart from Mama Do, I really do think this is one of the first songs she's been able to showcase her song. It's a catchy song and love her unique voice. Even though it's one of those breakup songs, it's still happy and upbeat. The chorus is particularly catchy.

Plays Pretty For Baby - Saosin (Zolof the Rock and Roll Destroyer)

Just a fun and upbeat song. The lyrics aren't too deep, but sound great with the melody. Awesome song, by a great band. =) Listening to this song just makes me happy. xD

Weightless-All Time Low

All Time Low is a great band <3

I really like this band, and the song.

Time is precious and it's basically saying i'm living it up the rest of my days and to live it to the fullest. (well want to)

I like it =)

Great band without a doubt.

Been listening to a lot of their music recently.

Tupac Shakur- Changes

This is what Tupac is about..........Changes- this one is an absolute CLASSIC!

Rappers nowadays do not rap like how he did........rappers now sing about girls, cars, money etc.............

I could listen to this one all day........One of my favourite tracks ever!! :)

Ebony Eyes [Live 1978] - Bob Welch with Stevie Nicks

It's such a fun little pop song, Bob Welch has an okay voice, but Stevie steals the show, she's so brilliant as a backing singer, and she plays a mean tambourine. They're both totally off their faces as they sing it, but they sound great. They look and sound as if they're having fun, and it always manages to put a smile on my face.

Cooler then me- Mike Posner

This song is okay, but one thing I don't like about it is the constant repetition i dunno >.< But, it's still a good song :-)

I haven't heard about this guy to be honest :hmmm: I heard him on the radio and he's pretty good.

I like the beginning <3 he sound so pretty =P

its a really fun upbeat song though. =)

T.I.- every chance I get.
Listening to Paper Trail, one of the best rap albums of the past 5yrs. Very well thought out and positive lyrics for the most part.

Bolt Soundtrack - Scooter Chase. Rating: 10/10.

I am back into Bolt in full tilt now, and listening to music from the movie, and this is quite fast paced, excellent action music for a chase scene like it gets played in, and during the movie, I love right when it breaks into it, so damn cool. :ryan:

Bolt Soundtrack - Rescuing Penny. Rating: 10/10.

While this is playing both a dramatic, and the most touching moments of the movie occur in one big scene, I just love that part of the movie, and this music accompanies it so well, just perfect. ^_^
