Okay, so Klaus Meine in "Dying For an Angel" was a rather odd surprise. I recognized his voice at the time, but didn't know him by name at that point.

Still, it was fun seeing a classic rock voice in Avantasia.

And then I bought their "Scarecrow" album and heard this song. The lead vocals clicked right away; a very pleasant surprise indeed.

I prefer The Metal Opera to The Wicked Trilogy, but I absolutely love Sammet's works. He has a very unique voice, and brings in some of the best artists for Avantasia. I'm assuming you've heard Edguy's songs before as well? ♥

The March of the Swordmaster - Rhapsody of Fire

I was so happy to see RoF back with a new album this year, since they're one my favourite symphonic power metal bands. As good as The Frozen Tears of Angels album was, Power of the Dragonflame is still my favourite album...its just so epic. Especially this song. It's very much like a battle chant, and extremely catchy ♥

I used to be a HUGE fan of Rhapsody of Fire back in '06/07/08. Have sorta lost interest for some reason, I don't know why. I'll have to check them out again! :D

Anyway, listening to Let Me Hear You Scream by Ozzy Osbourne
 
Britney Spears - Unusual You

One of her nicer songs. =)

Gorgeous instrumental and lyrics. Very mellow song. Would love to play this song at my wedding.

Absolutely gorgeous.

I do love Britney's usual stuff like Toxic, 3 etc.

But when she sings stuff like this, Everytime etc she rocks at it in my opinion. =)

Paul Oakenfold Ft. Pharrell Williams - Sex 'N' Money

I'm a pretty big fan of a lot of Oakies stuff, but Sex 'N' Money has been around forever and it still sounds good now as it did back then. This is a song that makes you want to get up and dance, at the club or where ever... Its got a killer beat with some awesome effects.

 
Say Anything - Marianas Trench

I'm in love with this band I think. All their songs are great. There's not a song I don't like. xD They're all that's playing on iTunes when I get the change, so there you have it. xD Says enough me thinks.

Need i say much? This song is a fucking classic and of of many fine tracks by one of the greatest bands ever.
 
Binary Finary - 1998 (Paul Van Dyk Mix)

This is an outstanding track. It was remixed various times but this is the best mix. What i remember the most from my first rave party is that when the DJ played that song, people went crazy on the dance floor. I often listen to it when I'm driving. I really like the melody and the build up (3:40).

 
Above and Beyond- Good for Me

10/10. This has to be one of the most, if not THE MOST beautiful song I've ever heard. The lyrics are really simple, but they touch my heart. There's hardly a beat to it, but thats okay...it helps the song be as amazing as it is.

The Looking Glass - Avantasia

Parts of this song feel somewhat Nightwish-ish, even though the overall concept behind Avantasia seems more a blend of Ayreon and Sonata Arctica.

Odd jumble all around there, I know.
 
Enrique Iglesias - Addicted



Enrique has such a pretty voice and face too xD. But seriously, this song is so addicting <3 I'm really into Enrique right now for some reason :hmmm: He has a few songs that I really enjoy including this one.


The chorus is the best part of the sooonggg =D <3 He also sings Spanish... which is pretty sexy too XD.

His voice is very hmm, whats the word? Elegant :D

Katy Perry- Fireworks LOLL

I mean i am a guy but guy's are sensitive also. I think that the song is a lot deeper then other songs and that other people have. Especially with me recently getting dumped this song speaks to me.

10/10. I almost totally forgot about this song on the radio, except I heard it today and I remembered how much I love it. Such a classic love song...always about waiting for someone...and the pain it causes. This song has always stood the test of time for me, for as long as I can remember...and it probably always will. Anyways, I found the song with some versus material for the theme and I thought it was very pretty:

I just wanted to listen to some serious metal rock music haha. And thats what i had on my ipod.
 
Edwyn Collins- A Girl Like You


10/10. This song should have been in Austin Powers...but I remember hearing it in Charlie's Angels. I love this song...this guy's voice is incredibly sexy and the song just makes you want to dance.

 
We'll Meet Again - The Cast of Freakazoid


This is quite possibly the best series finale ever. It's happy...and kinda sad...but uplifting.....

Oh god this was the greatest tv show ever and now I'm all nostalgic ;_;

Seriously, how often do you get Ricardo Montalban, Craig Ferguson, Tim Curry, and David Warner working on the same TV series?
 
Sleeper - Atomic

Pretty much the only song I know from that band. It's old but damn good and the lyrics are really simple. I'm currently listening to the Trainspotting soundtrack and it's one of the best song on it.

 
Judas at the Opera - Edguy

This has got to be the strangest Edguy songs I've ever heard...its quite catchy, though. Funny at points, as well. Plus it helps that I absolutely love Sammet's vocal style ♥

 
Nevermore - The Heart Collector

A band that I got into more recently. They're really amazing. Their songs are a little depressing. Kinda like this one. But the composition is very well done.
