What game did you buy last?

I think I have a borderline addiction to buying games. I bought FFXIII on Tuesday, got Pokemon HeartGold on Sunday, bought Valkyria Chronicles off of craigslist and got Enchanted Arms at a substantially low price, and that was both of them today.

Next week is Strange Journey that I pre-ordered. After that, I'll hopefully be able to stop my spending for a while >_<
 
Final Fantasy XIII baby ^^
Techically, I bought it last monday but didn't recieve it until last night.

I totally do not regret spending $65 bucks on the game, its great so far and i'm enjoying it =]
 
Picked up my copy of Pokémon HeartGold today. I cannot wait to put the PokéWalker to use. I'm going to walk the crap out of my dudes.

Also, I'm going to try to go back to GameStop tomorrow and see if they've got any Ho-Oh statues left. You're supposed to get them if you preordered, but the cashier didn't give me one and I forgot to ask about it. And as my friend put it "The statues are the whole reason you preorder."

Yeah, that happened with me as well. I had to actually -ask- for my Ho-oh statue because they didn't check to see if I had actually preordered the game.

Something that's quite disappointing about the Pokewalker. I assumed your Pokemon would constantly level as you walked. However, once it levels up after you walk it won't level up again unless you store it back into your PC and put it back on the Pokewalker. It's quite lame. I walked three miles today and my Sandshrew only leveled once.

I'm just hoping that I get the statue, and not a bunch of guff because there's no way to prove I didn't already get a statue.

And... what?! That's weaksauce. I thought it'd level up constantly, too. That's kind of disappointing. Also, my friend (who got the game the other day but hasn't had a chance to play much of it yet) tells me that you (probably) can't use the PokéWalker until you reach a certain point in the game, which was also disappointing to hear, but I guess it makes sense. Is that true? And, if so, how far into the game is it?
 
Dragon Age Origins Awakening. Its the expansion pack and Im liking it so far. DAO is one of my all time fav games.
 
Just bought Devil May Cry 4 off ebay. About to buy number 2 and just waiting on replies from the sellers for 1 and 3. >.<

I have been dying to get these games for years and I've always put off buying them for some reason. =/

I'm going to be so happy to have them all. <3
 
^If you must buy DMC2, play it first so that way you can enjoy it somewhat. DMC2 is by far the worst of the series.

Pokemon SoulSilver(DS) - I just bought it off amazon but it has yet to arrive. However if it is anything like it's original counterparts, Gold/Silver/Crystal, I will definitely be enjoy it. If only for sheer nostalgia but who is to say nostalgia is a bad thing?
 
i got FF13 and battlefield badco. 2 both on the same day, hopefully they will tide me over till red dead redemption comes out then GT5

I think I have the same problem of late...

On Saturday and Sunday I bought 4 games off Ebay.

The Devil May Cry series.

I've always been a fan of Devil May Cry and I've beat them all, I just never had the actual games for myself.

Then today I went to Gametraders and bought FFI and FFII for the PSP.

And just now I went on Ebay and bought Final Fantasy VI. >.<

I need help. >.<
 
The Last game i bought was Metal gear 3 for ps2, i bought it because i liked the first 2 so i thought i would give the third game a try and it was a decent game, but i think the first 2 games were way better than the third :P
 
I just bought both Pokémon HeartGold and Pokémon SoulSilver.

I remember having loads of fun with the original games, so I can't wait to play these ones again ^^ Gold and Silver were always the best, so I'm hoping Johto will be just as fun on the DS!
 
I was sorely tempted to buy HeartGold today, but I'll wait a while...I've got SoulSilver, after all =3

No, instead I bought Resonance of Fate today, on PS3. I said I wouldn't get it until I finished one of Dragon Age Awakening or FFXIII. Since I finished FFXIII's story last night...ahahaha. Ha.
 
Pokemon HeartGold, although I didn't buy it I was just waiting for it to be patched for the DS.

Anyway, I love the changes they've made so far, having the pokemon follow you like Pikachu did is rather epic. And the graphics update is fantastic, can't wait to play more. :ryan:
 
Final Fantasy XIII for me. It is the first game I have bought for ages, first one since MW2, which I bought on release day actually.

My next purchase (purchases I guess) will be Heart Gold and Soul Silver. I don't intend on getting them any time soon though. Full-time employment means I can't play games anywhere near as much as I want to, and I want to play FFXIII and some other FF games to completion before I make a start on anything else.
 
Pre-ordered FFXIII two months ago, I bought FFVII from PSN two, maybe three weeks ago. Can't afford new games for now xD

I bought FF13 on the day of release for PS3, although I pre-ordered it for xbox but the darn thing broke -_-

And Yesterday I bought FF7 and transfered it to my PSP, so I can have some fun on that while I'm out and about :D
 
I just downloaded FFVIII onto my PS3 from the PlayStation Store. The price was good (£7.99) - I could have attempted to buy a physical copy from the internet for double or even triple that price.

I haven't played it yet because FFXIII is first on my priority list. I will soon though - I haven't played the game for a long time now. Just thinking about those locations I haven't visited in a long time - Balamb Garden, Deling City, Timber, Esthar etc. - it just brings waves of nostalgia back to me.

I can't wait. :8F:
 
I went out today and bought Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions for the PSP.

I saw it when I bought FFI and FFII and was going to buy it but didn't have the money at the time. They had three that day.

Today there was only one left! :gasp:

I bought FFXIII about a week back, I am not really enjoying it. I'm thinking of trading it in somewhere to get a different game I might be interested in.
