What sports are you currently involved in or have done in your life?

I don't play that many different sports to be honest, I just one sport a lot although I have experience in several sports.

Football (soccer) - Without a doubt my main sport, play as striker, play for team and had my fair share of injuries, but its all part of the game. YOu have to get use to it when you are on course to be the next Messi :monster:

Tennis - Probably my second, and only other sport I play regularly when not playing football. Just play it for enjoyment really, I'm okay at it but I has no skillz in it :wacky:

Basketball - Used to play semi-pro, won two championships with my team :D but, unfortunately for me I didn't grow tall, and that was that.. v_v still play on the streets though :D

Soccer - have only played it for fun never played for a team.. ironically if had decided to play soccer instead of basketball I probably wouldn't quit, since hight is not a priority as is with BB :monster:

Love tennis, I will start playing it more actively this summer ... Federer rules all, and Djokovic :D

Pretty much everything really. I've played them all as it was required in high school. I'm not actually involved in any sport now, nor have I been in any sports team in the past. But out of enjoyment, I've played and greatly enjoyed volleyball, basketball, and tennis (although it was quite scary at first).

I believe out of the three, I have more skills in basketball as I really did spend quite a lot of time practicing hoops (or H-O-R-S-E :wacky:) with friends and my brother while growing up. I knew what to do and what not to do while playing basketball, the whole deal. Volleyball is next. I was told that I was very good at serving, most especially. =] Football, soccer, and track...I pretty much had to endure. >.<

I pretty much played almost every sport too like Mitsuki-san because I have sporty siblings and most are taught as part of the school curriculum.

But among those sports I used to really excel in Table Tennis(captain), Chess(beat my moderator), Track(fastest sprinter).
My favourite sport is football though even though I wasn't/still not too good.

I play basketball. I'm centre for my school team and for the team of the area where I live.

I also play rugby league for my club team. It's quite physical so I always get bruises and sprains and come home hurt. Also I have to work out a lot so they I weigh enough.

I play soccer and rugby at school for fun but not seriously.

I played high school baseball and basketball. I'm far better at baseball than I am at basketball. Really, I only got by with basketball because I'm around 6'5". Otherwise, my lack of skill would have been a little more clear.

But yeah, baseball's my sport. I play on the baseball team at my college, but it's not a state school or one with a particularly strong athletics program. More for fun, really.

Ah, how could I have forgotten baseball! Although we actually referred to it as "softball" rather than baseball...but same gameplay and rules - just a different term. It's also my most favorite sport next to basketball and volleyball.

I wanted to try out swimming, but I honestly cannot stand wearing a bathing suit. >.>

I've played for two or three football teams over the years, and had a couple of failed attempts at putting together other teams. Now I just play once or twice a week with my mates. There might be an opportunity in a couple of months to join another team, so I'll go for that. I wanted to join the uni one but they train when I have a lecture. =/

I'm a keeper first and foremost, and have been for several years. I was first choice keeper when I played with people from work in a league that we won all games in.

Football - Just signed a month-to-month semi professional contract with a club who plays one league beneath the Welsh Premier which isn't bad. Been keeping a steady position in U18's and U21's for awhile prior to being called up. It's a hard sport if you truly care about it and put the training in. Left Back / Left wing's my current position.

As far as a sport I wish I could play well goes, I wish I was good at golf. Tis' a majestic game.

I hold two state records in Track and Field. I set the record for the 400 dash and High Jump. I broke my hip 3x and my neck though and not only lost my scholarship but I can no longer run. If it wasn't for that I'm sure I would have set the record for the 200 and maybe 100. I did this all as a sophomore in High School.

Other then track I played football(American) and did basketball and wrestling for a few years as well. But track and field will always be my heart, and although I can no longer run at least I will always be written in stone.

Rugby Union, Rowing and Boxing are my main sports. Played Baseball for a while but simply put I was crap. Been playing rugby since I was 7, made a few age-grade rep teams over the years played for my high school's 1st XV for 2 years, 1 as a utility forward on the bench and 1 as starting number 8. Currently playing in the under-21 division 1 club comp in Auckland as an openside flanker. Took up Rowing when I was 13, haven't had a lot of success there aside from winning the men's club 8 title in the '06/'07 season. Been boxing for 2 years and have a record of 4-2 (1 k.o.).

I played football (American) for my high school, though we didn't win much games nor have outstanding players...I played to stay in shape and to keep my life active. I played base ball during my sophomore-senior year in high school, I played for the same reason also.

I don't regret playing sports, it did really help my self-esteem and ego.

For me, I used to play badminton and some soccer in school... But for recreational purposes only as I didn't enter the school team... That was 12 years ago, btw!

Today, I'm unable to play games as I used do, mainly due to work... However, to keep fit, I'm still playing badminton at least once a week with some buddies... I do head over to the pool for a few laps as well, as the club is not too far from my office actually...

Just seems that the sports section is filled with spectators, who's got some skill in them?

The first sport i ever did was baseball, Baseball in Puerto Rico is almost like...a requirement, people think if you can't play baseball theres something wrong with you XD. After finding that sport boring I tried baseketball, but I wasn't tall enough.

So then I went into what I currently do, and thats Mixed Martial Arts, I'm trained in Shotokan Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and some Boxing. I've done 3 amateur fights, and won all by TKO.

I was in a swimming club for 4 years, i did races across scotand, I dont do it anymore tho its sumthin i lost interest in after so many competions.

Played football/soccer (i hate the word soccer lOL) for my school but i gave that up after i left. It is without a doubt my favourite sport i love to watch and play the game. I still play it now with my m8s at weekends and stuff but its not the same as playin in a league or in tournaments.

I also enjoyed basketball as a hobby tho i wasnt that great at it.

I hated sports. I did some Judo and kendo before, because I thought it would be cool, but they couldn't find a class with the people at my level in it, so I stopped playing them. I did swimming as well when I was a kid, and dished out a few ribbons, but it got boring after awhile, and I hated public change rooms. I hated going to gyms because I hated exercising with other people around, and gym exercises were repeptitive and boring. Actually, I still hate most sports. One of the reasons I hated the sports we did in school was because of the jockish association with people who played them. I considered all those times in gym classes at school to be a waste of my time--I could have been doing math, some other homework or other more interesting projects. The only thing I do is rollerblade because I understand most of the physics behind it. I went 19.5km in under 40 minutes once with them. I think I still hate sports because you have to play it with other people, and when you don't have to, I prefer doing them alone.

I used to play football for awhile and did some martial arts. I am into weight lifting which is considered a sport and do that somewhat regularly, I am also getting into boxing.

I played football all the time when I was a kid, I was never in a team but it's always been a big passion of mine right up until now. In 2006 I was the coach of a Sunday league team that didn't do so well, we just scraped relegation by the last two games of the season but I was happy with that, and surprised at how much shouting you have to do to get something done sometimes. :monster:
