Where do you 'train'?

Ribbon, Sage's Ring and Genji Gloves are rather useful too.

Yes, they are especially useful in dungeons where enemies like to use disease and Darkness.

Sage's ring is useful in long drawn-out fights. It halves MP cost and absorbs Holy.

Genji gloves (Only obtainable from Gilgamesh fight 1 from stealing) increase the combo rate for all weapons. it's rather deadly when combined with the likes of Ninja-Swords and Katanas. More specifically, Masamune.

Yes, you can buy that from the clan Provisions but it requires you to have a high-rank.

It doesn't increase STR. It increases Speed by 50. It works well with bows, since they rely on speed to deal damage.

I don't bother with it, since crossbows deal more damage over time compared to any other ranged weapon.

I suppose it's not bad for a healer. So you can heal your HP in time.

IMO, embroidered tippet is very useful! I have this rule, see... I must be three levels above the next boss monster before I fight it. Maybe more. That's why embroidered tippets are so useful.

Where do I get that? :(

The Masamune is acquired in one of two ways. The first and easiest is to complete the 'Battle on the big bridge' Hunt. (Gilgamesh fights 1 + 2) The other is to create it using rare items from the Bazzar.

I have one Embroidered Tippet, it has to be shared between characters.
At the moment, I'm levelling up at the Penumbra, the underground of the Pharos Lighthouse.(You access it after the events there). The enemies are very tough, possibly the hardest area in the whole game... but well worth it.

You should try chaining Abysteels at Henne Mines secret area. You get more loot over time, and they give 2700 exp without the Tippet. Not to mention there are so many in the very first area from the teleport point.

Iron! You can steal Tippets from the cat-like enemies from the Tchita Uplands! Go! Steal, now! or you can buy them from Archades. You're choice.

The Secret part of Henne Mines that leads to Zodiark, The Subterra of Pharos (You can get to it if you've completed the mission at Pharos), Great Crystal and the Feywood are my haunts :monster:.
Oh and the Necrohol of Nabudis.

I wouldn't reccomend the Pharos Subterra or Henne mines until you've levelled up a little bit more, though.

Sub-terra in the Pharos for me or else in the Great Crystal. The Greate Crystal isn't so bad now that I have a good amount of characters in the 90's, but when I was in teh 40's-50's, that was a different story. I could only face about one set of monsters before I had to hump a Save Crystal in order to get all my HP and MP back.

LMFAO!!!!!!!!

I've been there before, in the Pharos. Those beastlords were just cuttin' through me like there was no tommorrow.

I bought another two from Archades, but bubble belts are much more important in the Henne Mines phase 2 dig. I've beaten the game now, but I might load and finish the sidequests and items one day.

Considering the fact I'm not a fantastically high level yet and haven't gotten too far through the game (I assume), I make use of the Nabudis deadlands.

My characters are all level 47 at the moment and I love the effect the heavy mist has on my MP :D.
