Which OS ?

I am running Windows 7 home premium i just got it on a cheap laptop from eBay w
for a cheap christmas present and Mac OS X 10.4(Tiger) i got some old G5 from my uncle 2 years ago

Dual booting Windows 7 and XP at home, windows XP at work, and Ive used Red Hat, Fedora, Ubuntu, Mac OSX for other work purposes.

BTW, I guess I have never used Redhat before. It's a distro of Linux, right? What's it like? It sounds older than Ubuntu but I might be wrong
