The collectors' edition, with the extra CD, or the regular one?

I'm assuming whatever you're going on about, we never got released over here, can't say I saw any collectors editions in the shops when I bought my copy - and I got it on release >_>

So, I just got the regular one

Collector's edition. I paid up-front ahead of time the very first chance I could've. I think it was like $60 here in the U.S. for the Collector's Edition.

It was worth it too. I mean aside from the metal casing and all, the second disc was pretty sweet for a history of the FF series overall. Definitely glad about my purchase.

On the extra CD they forgot to put in that FFIII was released on the DS. Some history.

Well Ummm I did not know there was a collectors edition so I just bought the regular version which of course I was happy with. Really a history? Cool too bad I did not know.

At the time I didn't have enough money, so I bought the regular version. I'd like to think whatever was on the bonus disc I can find online though :P

I just to got the regular edition. I dunno if the Collectors edition was ever released in the UK.

I have certainly not seen it.

Regular...technically, the greatest hits one.

I considered getting the collectors edition of ebay, but I guess it's not worth it. If I see used at GC or something, though, I'll get it.

I pre-ordered the collector's edition of the game complete with the collector's edition of the strategy guide that came with all the artwork. I was pretty excited about it. Well worth the purchase.

I got the normal version, I was tempted to get the Collector's Edition but in the end decided not to because wasn't it like in the US only or something? :S
An extra disk woulda been but I can live. :-)

I got the normal version, since we didn't get any special offers here in the UK D= I think the strategy guide I bought when I got the game was the limited edition one though ^^

And, correct me if I'm wrong, but the History of FF thing that's on the second disk, it's all up on IGN or some other website, right? So it's not like we in the UK are missing loads xD

I never noticed that but it's a possiblilty xD
But still they could be courteous enough as to bring the offer over here. -_-
So, I guess I got the normal version considering there was no other version we could get over here.:monster:
Unless i'm mistaking something. >>;;
I think the main thing is with me i'm a sucker for something collectable or whatnot, so it just annoys me when we never get that stuff over here.:gasp:

I got the collector's edition of both the game and the strategy guide. I worked at Gamestop at the time,so I picked up a few of the regular boxart covers too that we used for some of the displays.

I still haven't even gotten around to playing the game though. ;(

Regular edition. I never seen a single copy of the collectors one here, I'm not sure we even got any. I'd have liked it though.

I got the normal version, I don't think I even knew that there was a collectors edition until after I finished it.

I almost got the regular one...but after i bought it, we went to a different store, and i found out there was a collectors edition, so i dragged my grandpa back to the other store, returned the regular one, and bought the collectors one. my grandpa laughed so hard when he figured out what i was trying to do.
