Title explains it. I'd say the time when I was two or three years old...I saw a cup on the table, reached for it...and had hot coffee spilled on my chest. >.< They had to take me to the emergency room and from what my mom told me, the doctors had to cut my skin open or something. >.< That's gross. I still remember that day, actually…which is weird. The last thing I remembered was crying and screaming for my mom, and I saw her against the wall, squeamish and trying hard not to look at me. I believe we were at the emergency at the time…and then blank (due to anesthesia, I assume.)

Anyway, everything looks normal now though. ^_^ Thank goodness.

Wow, interesting thread. And scary situation you were in. :(

Hmmm...thankfully (and luckily, knock on wood), I've never really had many serious injuries. I used to hurt myself a lot as a kid because I was really clumsy and played rough with boys. I've had a lot of bad scrapes, sprained my wrist, cracked my finger open between two huge rocks, had a small radiator fall on my toe and leave a pretty good sized cut, and broken my little toe many times. Umm....I had Scarlet Fever once and hallucinated....does that count?

I sprained my ankle when I was about 4, by jumping off my sister's bed. The bitch just laughed at me because she thought I was faking it too.
When I was about 11 or so, I dropped my PS1 on my hand and dislocated a finger and chipped my knuckle.
I had a concussion through playing football a few months ago. Aerial challenge, went bad.
And I think I did a seriously bad ankle injury last night when I leap-frogged over a bin. I couldn't push myself all the way over, and just sort of dropped onto my ankle. xD

I fell off the back of a bus when I was a teenager, I cut my head above my eye. This is probably the worst injury I have had.

I have never had a sprain, broken bone or anything like that and I'm not the type of guy who is careful. I mean I fight in kickboxing tournaments for gods sake. I feel like Bruce Willis in that film unbreakable.

Hope I dont jinx myself and come on here soon complaining of a broken arm or something similar.

So far I've only had minor injuries. I'm not really going to count sprains and strains, I do that at work quite a bit working in a warehouse-like environment. Although I will mention a time when I was trying to force a box in a spot in our steel while backstocking a bunch of large plastic rubbermaid bins we sell, we had way too many damn plastics and that section was crammed full. The corner of the box was caught behind where I couldn't see or reach it on the corner of a box way behind some other boxes so I let it kind of hang there and I stepped back and body slammed that thing in the rest of the way. But apparently when I let go things shifted enough to where it wasn't blocked all the way when I did ram into it, so it easily flew in the rest of the way and I hit our steel shelving pretty hard and bruised a rib. That was painful as hell.

Worst injury though was when I was a kid, back in the 4th grade. I was a little idiot that decided to go "hands-free" on the swings, fell over backwards and broke both my arms.

I actually quite recently had a little problem where my floating ribs would get tangled up with my muscles. When I would inhale, my ribs would get tangled with the muscle, and when I would exhale, they would be released and they would smack into each other, making this hideous "SNAP" sound.
That had to have been the most excruciating pain I'd ever been in. =s

I remember when I was younger, I fell onto a sharp rock and cut my hand open pretty badly, but...it probably wasn't as bad as I made it out to be. XD

Luckily for me, I have never broken a bone or anything. XD

Ouch, Rhea...just...ouch. >.<

Let's see...I scraped the same knee twice (nice big scar there)...I somehow klunked my head on a sharp edge when I was going down the 3-step stairs of the high school stage (might've passed out or something)...I sprained my wrist trying to skate in 6th grade...don't really remember much else as far as injuries go.

oooh im so clumsy....my worst is thinking i was spider man and trying to climb a house when i was about 13, and i broke my arm knocked a tooth out and had the best bruise you ever saw all down my right hand side

i fell off a wall afew years before breaking the same wrist - cut my foot open in a canal, broke my little fingers twice, dislocated my elbow falling off the settee. The stupidest has to be running into a lamppost and i had to have stitches in my chin

Other than that it was just the usual falling off bikes, out of trees ooh and falling off a swing when i bashed my face in owch

me mum always said i shudda been a boy :)

Mine was when I fell off a horse during a show and broke 3 vertebrae, I've never felt such pain before, and I hope I never have to again

Erm.... ive crackedme head open 4 times (2 front 2 back), chipped me ankle, broken fingers 13 times, tore muscles in me back and arm, same time damaged muscles in me neck, erm... had a metal door clunk me in me head. and i have countless knocks to the head (i have no braincells left)

ooooh sounds painful - think my head just contains sawdust now lol

Wow, I have no idea. Must have been the time when I was about 12 when I fell off my horse and I hit my throat on a trotting pole. I went several shades of blue and couldnt breathe for what seemed like a life time. Horrible experince.

I dunno....I'm one of those careful guys....but when I was like 7 some idiot kid threw a brick on my head....damn it still hurts....

Hmmm, my worst injury ever? I'm going to say my worst was either when I had a screw go through my big toe or when I fell down two flights of those metal stairs with those rough spikes put on them so that you don't fall ^_^.Yeah, both really hurt, and since I was like 5 with the screw and 7 with the stairs they hurt even worse. When the screw went through my toe, it barely missed the bone (went in from the side and came out the top), but it still bled a lot. When I fell down the stairs I had cuts (small ones) everywhere, including but not limited to ( =P ) My face, back, arms, chest, and legs. It turns out that I only recieved scars on my face( both cheeks, small but not very noticable) and my toe (from the screw).

But I can still say (knock on wood) that I have never broken a single bone in my body ^_^

Ok when i was like 13, i think, i sliced my Weved skin of my Right hand, it was deep as fuck and blood just keept coming out

Here another one when i was like 11 I went down a hill a big hill on my skate board and the was something on the floor and *smack* i smashed my Back on the Floor Hurt like fuck, i colud not breath probablt or Talk or walk i like fucked myself up.And then after 20 mins or so i colud. next day i was left with a Huge brose of my back and when i got up my back hurt.

I haven't done anything serious which is surprising because I am quite accident prone. I fell over once at high school during PE, I was running after a basketball or something and I put my foot out to stop it and just fell right over. My friends laughed at me and I wanted to slap them so hard lol I (some friends)! I don't think they realized I hurt myself. The teacher thought I may have broken my knee and I was taken to the hospital but it was only sprained, it did hurt a lot though. I stayed home from school for a few days after that because it hurt a lot to walk. I went back the next week and people had actually thought I had broken my bones lol.

Worst injuries... So far I’ve been luck, no serious injuries or broken bones yet (Probably just jinxed myself).

Anyway, the worst injury I can remember would be cutting myself across the knuckle of my thumb with a box cutter, it was such a deep cut that it required two levels of stitches. >_< Worst thing about it wasn’t the cut, but the stupid safety blade that was supposed to retract, for some reason (my luck) it didn’t.

hmm..
The worst injury..
im not shure. I have ALOT. but one of them, woyld be taht I cut my eyelid. right in the middle, I scraped my eye at the same time.
though the eye healed itself til the next day.
I had to stitch together the eyelid, and it was an unforgettable pain as they where to use the anastetic on it.
the needle whent in, and as they pushed in the liquid, it felt like my eyelid where to explode.

so. I now have a plart of my right eyelid with not eye lashes on ^^

Well I never had really serious injury... Oh wait, I remeber!

I was 9 years old. I was going in St. Patrick's primary school in my city (Bray). I was walking around with my friend in the yard. A pritty big yard with lots of children. The last thing I remember looking to my right. Suddenly I saw a tennis ball flying at me. I didn't get a chance to evade and it hit my eye. It was so sore. Surprisingly I didn't cry but screamed and then someone walked past me and said "Shut up" so I did:P Anyway, me and my friends ran to the First-aid (the nurse) they gave me an ice-pack and I couldn't see for the whole day. Then it got clearer. And the same thing happened about 2 or 3 times in the same eye... I'm not sure how I ended up just fine. The doctor said that I've been taking pritty strong hits but alas, they were equal. You know the way your eyes could get stuck in the socket. *shivers*

Hah! I don't really have that much of a bad injury to be bragging about, but my worse was when I was maybe 12 or something and I was riding a bike near my cousin's house. There was this huge STEEP hill we'd always go down and you'd go down zoomin'.

I only lost control once. And the day I lost control was the day I ripped a deep gash on my right elbow. I was riding down the hill and all of the sudden I curve side to side dangerously while still going down the hill and I knew I couldn't stop sideways just yet or for sure I'd fall over and probably hit my noggin. So I ended up steering away from this big electrical box thing that some people have on their front lawn and landed on the sidewalk with the bike and what'd ya know, ended up landing on my side anyways.

There was that stinging pain you get on the palm of your hands when you smash into concrete and well, looking at my elbow, it was bloody red and some old guy who saw me fall said something about how it was like a big bloody strawberry and asked if I was fine. I was like yeah, got up and went back to my cousin's house to smudge petroleum jelly on the wound, that good Vaseline stuff over it. I now have a couple of scars there. Each one like a rough circle, one bigger than the other. Good thing it doesn't look too bad now, heh.
