I agree with you, but I believe you need both to progress. If you're the guy who takes risks, but isn't experienced or doesn't have great knowledge, the risks you take could be the wrong ones.

I believe it's 90 hours minimum to complete it 100%. I've played 25 hours in total and I'm on disc 3 farming chocographs. It's truely an epic game though ad I've enjoied every moment. Just don't read walkthroughs and do it all by yourself and the game becomes truely epic.
