As far as I'm aware there are 13 chapters with 11 being 5 or 6 chapters squished into one, besides, you only get about 20% of the trophies from the storyline plot, there are some secret cutscenes and sidequests as with any FF (personally I liked the one in Yaschas Massif with Hope and Vanille)...
