anyway, so who's your favorite FFXIII couple? mine so far is hopexlightning, serahxsnow but sometimes snowxlightning and a little hopexvanille...

how bout you? :)
 
Even though Snow is annoying me at the moment, I do still think that Serah and him are so cute together. <3

They're just look so sweet together and I love how delicate she is and how rugged he is. >.< It just works awesomely.

Not a real fan of any other suggested couples though. However, I'm not very far into the game, so I may change my mind yet.
 
Im not a fan of the couples in the game, only a little for snow and serah their at least the best ones. Hope and vanille is just brief moments and not actually a couple,plus,hes disgusted by her once. The relationship between snow and serah brings up so many unanswered questions that might be ansered in the sequel.
 
Theres a special cutscene somewhere in the 2nd half of the game where Hope and Vanille get all *romantic* I will say no more, no it is not sexually-orientated, to the dismay of some I am sure. It's actually very very funny.

I really don't need to say much more, but for the sake of avoiding spam...well, its most definetely a canon pairing. Those who have reached the end of Chapter 11 should know what I'm talking about, and my justification for this seemingly incomprehensible pairing is thus: not even Snow is THAT stupid. He must have known that
the Serah that appeared in front of him was not actually Serah.
He simply CANNOT be that dense! So, that only leaves one rational explanation...
 
What sequel? Have I been under a rock or something? I personally dont like Snow and Serahs relationship. She reminds me of a kid, I know shes 18, but she just doesnt seem right with Snow. Lightning is kinda better suited to him IMO. As for Hope and Vanille, you can be close to someone of the opposite sex ando not have relations with them. Plus Vanille is ALOT older then Hope ;)

there is that one seen where they hug, and Vanille's hand is on Fang's boobs :p

omg i thought vanille x fang aswell, especially since Fang refers to her as her 'partner'.
But i actually think it should be Vanille x Sazh, they seem so close when they are out together and then she ends up sleeping next to him. she definalty has the hots for him lol :).
 
It may be hes the adult and Vanille feels more protected by him. I dont think she has the hots for him, but there are feelings there. As for the partner thing, maybe youre right. I havent uncovered anything that says otherwise yet.

They have a big-sister little-brother relationship. Hope looks up to Light, and she took him on as a little 'un, probably feeling guilty for her last exchanges with her real sibling. I'm soooooo anti LightningXHope.

Imagine the two of them standing next to each other, as a couple. Not only is it hard to imagine, but when you CAN picture it, it feels odd. Now imagine them kissing or something. >.<

Awkward. I can't imagine Light feeling attracted (romantically or sexually) to Hope in a bazillion years. I can possibly she Hope attracted to her in an older person crush-but-not-really-interested-infatutaion kind of thing. o_O

But no. Noooooooooooooo. Anything but HopeXLightning. >.<
 
Sazh & Vanille, it seems strange, but they really got to know each other in the Vile Peaks and it seems that they make a good little couple. They have difficulties, but they can work something out

Again, I feel they are in different spheres- not just die to the big age gap. I see this as another father-daughter style relationship-- but very pal-y. Another couple I just don't see.

On a side note. I don't think Hope should be with anyone. He seems far too imature relationship wise, and at his age/persona doesn't seem interested (or suited) to having a relationship.

If he were to be with anyone, the obvious choice is Vanille. But again, I don't think they'd make a good pair. They seem like best, best friend material. (And I'm nineteen, same age as Vanille, and I wouldn't and couldn't date a 15 years old, as it would be uncomfortable. Not to mention 19/20 yr olds, and 14/15 years olds are on different planets. Like 'Young adult' and 'Old Child')

You mean a potential sequel. So far, only one person from SE has brought up interest in a remake if FFXIII sells well. Even though it's a weak indication - it's only an idea. There's nothing concrete.

To stay on topic, I'm not exactly a huge fan of potential pairings out of FFXIII's characters. I'm not particularly sure about the SnowxSerah couple. They are sweet together - but Snow in general isn't my favourite character. I think that Lightning could have been a better candidate for Snow particularly towards the end of the storyline. However, the SnowxSerah relationship is mostly central to Snow's plight in the game, so the story would be jeopardised in a way.

I would say that the Fang & Vanille one is the most preferable. Don't get me wrong - I don't mean that kind of relationship - just that they are both very close partners that stand together, helping each other out. Both are very caring of each other. Although it's better to call that a partnership rather than a couple.

I actually thrice changed my opinion about who should be Sazh's partner. First it was Vanille, as they traveled a lot and became friendly. But she kinda feels too young and then there were many scenes with Fang talking to Sazh. So I thought about Sazh x Fang. But heck! Fang x Vanille is much better. So in the end, Sazh was left alone :gasp:

And as for Snow... he has Serah and it's a nice couple IMO. Though, I think Snow x Light could have been better, but Light has Hope so...

yup i have to agree with that one. so if it's 5 years later that means hope is 19 then light is 26... hmmm... still a good pair?
 
I think Sazh has a little thing for Fang, Snow and Serah are obviously 'deeply'' in love and Vanille and Hope seem to get close and cosy towards the end of the game, so that just leaves poor Lighting. Who after the events of the game, if she wasn't secretly bashing off Snow, I think would probably end up with Rygdea.
 
before i was in favor of hope and vanille but now, im more on light and hope. see.. even their names are perfect, light and hope. haha.

light and snow is okay too, a good example of opposites attract.

Wow, you just listed off the absolute WORST pairings possible. Serah and Snow are so Mary/Gary Sue it's annoying. One pairing listed alludes to pedophilia, and the rest aren't even close to being canon.

It's so obvious Fang and Vanille are lesbians. C'mon.

Fang/Vanille = greatest pairing EVAR
