360 has a few thousand more units in the US,
The numbers that I've seen have said the difference is close to 5-6 million units or so which is about twice the potential market of what the PS3 offers, when you think of it in that way it makes a lot more sense to do this.
There shouldn't be any bitching about this in the first place, it's stil coming out on the PS3.
I actually think that's good....
Now, if I want to play XIII, I don't have to even think about how much I don't want to get a PS3. I'd actually quite like a 360 so this is gooood news.
But what if you wanted FFXIII Versus, which is for sure, a PS3 exclusive? Bit buggered there, seeing as there's a potential FF title you would want to purchase.

Takk, you forgot about FFIX in your rant - that game has never been ported to another system. XP

It really just depends on how big they make the game. I mean, Lost Odyssey is on the 360 and takes up 4 HD-DVDs.As for multiple disks? Who said so? Oblivion, The Orange Box, and Grand Theft Auto IV were all one disk games on Xbox 360. The Orange Box was FIVE games on one disk. Half Life 2, Half Life 2: Episode 1, Half Life 2: Episode 2, Portal, and Team Fortress. Most likely FFXIII will be on one disk.
By the way, Oblivion and GTA IV were both sandbox games, both huge detailed worlds. That's a lot for one disk to hold.

did they really opt to make an xbox version of 13 in order to get more SALES?!
