*Eureka Academy:Second Semester*

Grigory walked into the already bustling dinner hall, kids chatting and shouting and running around. It was chaos in a confined space. He couldn't help but feel the resemblance of it all to Harry Potter. A school full of weirdos, a big food hall, dorms. All it needed was griffendor, hufflepuff, slitherin and the one nobody remembers and the image would be complete. He supposed that at least it didn't have broomsticks and wizard hats. He found an empty spot at a table and sat down, the people beside him shifted slightly, mumbling to the people after them to just 'budge up a little'. Grigory tended to have this effect on people. Nobody wanted to talk to the guy who looked like he wasn't interested in anything you had or could say. His headache had almost subsided by now, he folded his arms, hooking a leg under the chair and leaning back to look around the room. He couldn't see Seb anywhere but he knew. He knew that little guy was only a stone's throw away from.....

'Hi Grigory....can I call you Greg instead?'

Before he even had time to react Seb had sat down, almost on top of Grigory, shoving him aside slightly. Grigory rested a palm against his face, running it down.

'Hi Seb. Managed to find me huh?'

His voice was obviously toned by sarcasm and a lack of enthusiasm, but Seb didn't seem to notice.

'Yep, you're not hard to find. I just looked for the person sitting on their own.'

Grigory's eyes widened and he half thought of punching the kid, but he turned around and realised that he wasn't lying. Almost everybody else was talking between themselves, laughing and joking. He looked at the people around him. Even they were all talking, the two people who'd moved away were even talking around him. He felt justified in his feelings towards others, he calmed down and turned to Seb, resting an elbow on the table and leaning his head on his hand.

'Managed to find your room then I'm guessing?'

Seb nodded, carelessly lifting his bag onto the table, bumping it into the guy next to him. They turned around with an angry look as if about to start something but as the met Grigory's gaze they decided against it, their bravado crumbling immediately. Grigory looked back at Seb who was half engulfed in his bag, rummaging around the bottom for something. He watched him for a while with a raised eyebrow.

'What the hell are you doing Seb?'

Seb emerged from the satchel bag, clasping a small camera in his hand triumphantly. There was a wide eyed look of joy plastered across his face as if he'd just climbed a mountain.

'Got it!'

Before Grigory could even ask what he was doing there was a bright flash directly into his eyes, dazzling him momentarily. He clutched his eyes and resisted the urge to swear.

'What the hell!!'

His vision cleared and he looked back at Seb who was cranking it along to the next exposure.

'Sorry. Pressed it by mistake.'

Before Grigory could say anything, Seb had aimed the camera and pressed the button. Click, another flash dazzled Grigory.

'Aaaaah...'

Seb just smiled as Grigory, now certain he'd been almost surely blinded forever clutched his eyes, waiting for his sight to return. When it did, the camera had gone, he looked around suspisciously. Seb just sat there smiling.

'My mom said to send back pictures of all my friends and what I get up to.'

Grigory mumbled quietly to himself 'that must be a pretty empty camera then' before sighing. He wondered how long his patience would last with this kid but he felt sorry for the guy. No power, no skills, no abilities. He was like part of a maze with a rat searching for cheese. Grigory thought into it more, he was certain if anything Seb was the cheese.

'You're the first picture I'm going to send back. I'm going to tell them all about you cos you're such a nice guy and you're my friend. They'll be so happy.'

Grigory's stomach twisted slightly at the thought of him being described as a friend to this kid. He didn't like it one bit, he pondered how to destroy the camera without Seb knowing. He failed to think of the means as the image of Seb's over cheerful face emerged to blind any bad thoughts. He turned back to the table, holding his head in his hands and just waited for dinner as Seb whittered away about this, that and the other.

Eluniel edged into the Eureka Academy grounds, her hands brushing through her trademark cyan hair. The tall and slender female had little luggage to carry along, save for a relatively light box of books mixed with her personal belongings - specifically, her student ID. Having already put her luggage down, she figured she may as well take a lighthearted stroll around the campus.

In her mind, the people around her are still discussing her but over the time in Eureka, she has learned to come to terms with this over-sensation, so to speak. There's no reason to believe they are talking about me, no one cares, I'm sure of that, she thought to herself repeatedly as she walked, trying hard to ignore what her peripheral vision picked up as people staring at her.

Pulling her hood lower over her head, she couldn't help sighing. A die-hard habitual reaction by now; this feeling isn't something that is going to go away anytime soon, Eluniel realized. Nevertheless, she continues to walk around, seemingly believing the experience would do her good - which it would, over the long run.

By the time she was done with her self-directed tour, she wound up at the dinner hall.

Eluniel couldn't resist gulping at the sight - the dinner hall was already packed full of students seated at the tables with their respective cliques. Although she had mentally prepared herself for stares when she decided to walk along on her self-guided tour, she hadn't been expecting this little challenge to end with such a nightmare.

Worse yet, there were already several obvious glances in her direction. People were starting to talk; people were starting to point at her. Trying hard not to break down and run off, Eluniel quickly chanted in her mind 'no one cares' over and over as she walked into the hall, and away from the entrance, where she was starting to look awkward.

Moving almost aimlessly, staring at her feet the whole time, Eluniel somehow made her way to a table packed full of students. As if on cue, the students near her got up, picking up their tray of finished food and heading off.

Eluniel quickly took the seat, secretly peering around the hall. Despite having gone through the first semester in Eureka Academy, Eluniel had to admit she didn't manage to acquaint herself with many people. The closest she came to was probably Maya, and even then, the latter was nowhere to be found. Without a clue as to what came of her, Eluniel was pretty much alone unless she made new friends.

That was what inspired her to challenge herself...

... Except it wasn't working out as well as she hoped it would. Feeling terribly awkward once again to be sitting at the dinner table without her tray of food, Eluniel sighed, playing with her hair, twisting them into locks, then straightening them again.

As it stands, her so-called challenge has just fallen flat on it's face.

Finished relaxing and feeling alot better in himself Nami stretched before reaching for his bag, his movement was interrupted by a loud rumbling and a big cramp in his stomach, it seemed that all his aimless walking had made him hungry, the only problem with that being, he still hadnt spotted his dormitory or the lunch hall... looks like he would need to find someone to ask. thats when it hit him, he was going to have to talk. he loathed trying to talk because he wasnt very eloquent in real life yet if he used a computer he found it extraordinarily easy, then he had an idea. He put a headset on and hacked into his computer, before messing with several programs and activating one of his powers he managed to synthesise a voice to talk for him from his mind, it wouldnt be perfect but it would have to do.

((it will sound alot like this unfortunately))

He walked for what seemed like an age with his hungry stomach searching for someone he felt could help him, then he spotted the group still in the courtyard he decided against it, he walked past them and searched everywhere in the end full of desperation he bumped into a girl, she was rather well "unique" was all he could really say, Her clothes were very uniform looking, Her grey blazer over a white coloured shirt but with a white blazer draped loosely over her shoulders, she was certainly interesting, he liked the look of this girl already. he mustered his courage and used the synthesizer to speak, now or never he thought as he reached out to the girl "Excuse me, where lunch hall?" it would have to do was he stood there waiting for an answer he felt like he probably shouldnt have even asked

OOC: TM, who is the girl? Your description does not fit Maya. TBH, i think you read Escaflowne's bio. All three of my bio is in the same post so yea.

Maya

Maya had begun to snooze a bit before her mobile went off with her alarm. Being the heavy sleeper that she was, it got to almost the end of the first verse before she jolted awake.

.......Densho ni Shirusa re ta.....Haaaatoooo......

Ehh...... nani...? Dinner....? DINNER!

Her stomach rumbled loudly in anticipation as her mobile clock showed that it was past 6:00 pm. It was terrible. It meant that the Dining Hall would have been packed out and that there'd be a massive line there.

Shimatta..... damn it.... please move aside!

Guitar strapped to her back, Maya weaved around the crowd of students that congregated at the courtyard, her quick footwork being very helpful and it wasnt long before she cleared through and into the corridor that lead to the Hall.

Hehe. I do believe thats a new record.

Another 20 seconds of jogging and Maya was in front of the Dining Hall. Bracing herself, she swung the door wide open. It was as expected. Packed to the rafters and massively backed up lines.

Awawaa.... so many people..... hm? Is that...?

Maya squinted her eyes at one particular person sitting at a table. She let her eye focus before she caught the cyan hair, grey hood and tall stature. It was definitely her.

Eluniel saaaaaaan! Koko desu! Over here!

Usually, shouting like that brings attention, but Maya never cared. It was usually like this at the all girl school she attended in Japan. Quickly slipping through other students making their way to their table with food, Maya finally arrived next to her friend.

What a coincidence. It is so nice to see you again. You mind if i sit with you?

Unfortunately, there was a boy already seated to the seat by Eluniel. Giving her sweetest, most apologetic smile, Maya asked if he could move to the empty one next to him.

Ano sa.... do you mind if you moved over a bit to the seat next to you?

The boy looked up and fixed his glasses, ready to say no when he saw Maya. Caving in to the innocent smile, he sighed and budged. Maya quickly slid in before someone stole it

Arigatou! Ano sa, ano sa.... How have you been? Did you see how they made the island fly? Awesome technology! I've never seen anything like it before! Kinda reminds me of "Castle in the Sky"... Which room are you bunked in?

And Maya's normal school girl genes kicked in. Like any normal 17 year old high female school, chatting with friends and gossiping was a daily aspect. Like a machine gun, Maya shot out words and questions in excitement, forgetting that Eluniel was not one of her girl friends back in Japan, but a more introverted type of person.

Kazuma approached the reception counter, looking over the counter to see if anyone was there...

"Hmm...seems no one's here..." He thought to himself, looking across at the long, silent hallway that led to the classrooms.

As he turned away, from the corner of his eye, he noticed a piece of paper with his name on it. He picked up the piece of paper, which had also listed everyone who had registered into the academy this semester. He didn't wish to pry anymore into that which may or may not concern him, so he placed the piece of paper back where he found it, closed his eyes and started walking down the hallway, looking into each classroom, hoping to find the class he is suppose to be in.

"Would be alot easier if i had my own timetable...." He said to himself, sighing as he continued looking into each classroom, hoping half his day isn't consisted of just searching for his class...

"It seems that I underestimated your ability to think rationally... or trust in the words of others. But, I should have seen that from what I have done. You are the second of today to attack me, and there is betting odds you will not be the last. Unless, of course, you manage to kill me. But I doubt that. It will take more then an irrational rage-fueled student to bring an end to my life."

Irrational? Perhaps. She was a woman afterall and they did tend to have a knack for being irrational.

"I can no longer hear you... nor can I see you. Do you really want to fight me? Or am I just the first person you found that you think you can lash out at? I don't care either way. If you attack, you will be restrained. If you go your own way, then I will not care. Your answer shall be in your actions, not in words that can be falsified."

She actually snorted with laughter.

"Oh please, sweetheart. Don't think yourself important enough to be the first person I came across to lash out at. If I had wanted to lash out, you'd find several students laying in my wake. Don't fucking act like you can read how I feel. I'll be restrained?" She fell out of her offensive stance, waving a hand around dismissively. "Sorry darlin', but it ain't your job to restrain students. I'd stop making these idle little threats if I were you. One, you don't know my strengths. Nor do you truly know what my comrades are capable of. Needless to say... you're a little outnumbered. So how does it feel, Wingless? To have fallen so far from grace that you're nothing more than a worm to the rest of us? You lost your wings when you disgraced this school. Lost your damn right to call this place home."

The Warrior was vaguely aware of others bustling around, but she paid them no mind. "Are you scared?" Veerle asked curiously, tilting her head to one side. "Worried about hitting a girl? Or are you uncertain about what I just may do to you?"

A smirk morphed her features as she shook her arms at her sides. "Let's see what you're made of..."

A ribbon weaved from her sleeve as she thrust it forwards, twirling towards Orion's legs as another wormed from her other sleeve. The second targetted towards his arms and midsection. He thought he could restrain her? No no. She was the one with detainment methods.

Her blazer flew from her arms, blasted back as she channelled her energy into her limbs, holding the ribbons tightly in her hands, threaded around her arms to her elbows. If the Ensnare missed, then... well, she had other methods as her hands flew back momentarily to slip into the falling blazer, slipped the closed fans from them. The yellow jacket hit the floor as Veerle span on her heel, releasing the right ribbon for a split second, her leg lashing out to hook around it, slamming her foot to the ground over it to tighten any possible grip it may have on its' target.

At least now she had an arm free if he managed to evade the Ensnare and counter-attack. She wasn't going to resort to full on violence until he FORCED her into it; as much as she really wanted to smash him in the face.

As Orion had stated before, he could not see or hear her. He could feel the presence of another black sect student, if the power emanating was any judge, and one very familiar one. Stella. He ignored them for now, but kept tabs in case they decide to join. He felt Veerle leave her stance, and prepared. Her arms shook, and then she shot out something... a ribbon, by the feel. He could feel another one coming, power emanating from her. If the ribbons hit, he would be in trouble. But he wasn't going to cut them. Simple ribbons wouldn't be used by anyone.

Instead, he literally jumped backwards, and a bit to the right, so as to be farther from the edge of the roof. The ribbons wouldn't be near him. He would not counter-attack, however. He saw no reason to. She hadn't actually attacked him, so he had no right to strike at her. He would have no such right until she actually hit him, or used something that could hurt him.

So, as he his feet hit the roof, he waited for the next blow. For that was really all he could do, as he wasn't going to run.

Raistlin Majere

Raistlin watched as two of the student council members walked off to go do something else. He looked at Escaflowne once more, “Well, I suppose I’ll be off as well,” he said as he started to walk away. It wasn’t quite fair that everyone else could be entertained so easily while Raistlin sat around bored all day. There were times he wanted to pull a huge prank of epic proportions to stir up some interesting reactions. However, the more he thought about it, the more he realized that not only would it be a bad idea, he wouldn’t even be entertained for a significant amount of time to be worth anything.

As he walked aimlessly around campus, he noticed some chatter coming from the courtyard. Normally, he wouldn’t have been interested at all. However, this was quite the large amount of chatter. Making his way towards the courtyard, he saw that everyone was looking up at one particular building. As he looked up, he noticed Orion standing on the roof. Oooh… maybe he’ll jump and we’ll all get lucky, Raistlin thought. As he looked up at the scene, he noticed that Orion was speaking to someone. However, from his angle he could only see Orion.

Using his powers to teleport, Raistlin teleported to a building on the opposite side of the courtyard, granting himself a good view of the scene before him. Looking down, he could see all the students currently watching the scene on the roof. Looking forward, Raistlin saw exactly what they were looking at. Orion was speaking to Veerle, who looked… rather angry.

Even when angry she’s a sight to behold. Damn, I do have a nice taste in women, Raistlin complemented himself. As he continued to stare at the scene laid out before him, he couldn’t help but notice how much different Veerle looked. It was, for lack of a better word, perfection as far as Raistlin was concerned. One of the many reasons I… Raistlin stopped himself. He was making himself angry at how idiotic he was sounding. He couldn’t deny he had the feelings, but he also couldn’t deny how illogical and irrational the concept behind them was.

Suddenly, Raistlin noticed Vee getting ready to strike as ribbons came out of her sleeves and started for Orion. He then watched as Orion, predictably, dodged and made his way away from the very edge of the building. Who didn’t see that coming? Raistlin chuckled to himself.

He was going to keep a rather close eye on the fight. Raistlin didn’t doubt Vee’s abilities in the slightest; he knew she would win the fight without a problem. However, in case the twerp got lucky, Raistlin was prepared to strike. Harm one hair on her pretty little head, I dare you… I’ll kill you where you stand, and neither judge nor jury would ever dare convict me.

(*white sect shadow. A bit more than black sect.)

"I think our esteemed new leader is taking care of some loose ends. As for how, I'm not sure."

"Fucking idiot." Stella muttered. "Orion why the hell are you on the roof? Have you been trying to draw attention to yourself?"

"Veerle if you are going to fight make it quick. After the battle of last semester this roof can barely hold." Stella spoke as her mind went to anger.

The first day back as a traitor one would think that a person would try to lie low, but then again this WAS Orion. Stella contemplated reasons she should end the fight or reasons she should join. She was conflicted between obligation and personal duties. All she knew was that if more people joined in on this fight on the roof the headmaster would be very angry with them all.

Stella took out her battle ready pole of enhanced magical properties. The wind would not blow any of them off of the roof. Stella walked behind Veerle. Almost as a backup and overseer of the ongoing battle she held her weapon at the ready. If any harm were to come to the roof they all would go plummeting down six tall stories onto the hard marble stone of the Great Hall floor. Stella would have to take precautions.

"I supposed the battle gym at the school was too good for Orion to pick a fight." Stella mumbled.

She couldn't hep but be angry. This student was someone childlike at times. He often asked for bad things to happen. First he caused havoc around the school, and Discom. Then instead of going directly towards Eureka Academy from a fatal mission they had participated in Orion joined Diaga academy in a war against their own school. it seemed as if Orion wanted these things to happen.

Even while making it to a general rank Stella knew that Orion could have prevented the deaths of so many students and maybe even headmaster Krell. As these thoughts rushed so did Stella's power. it seemed as if her emotions could effect the output at which her powers would activate. Stella felt it, an energy slowly filling her up to the brim to the point where she wanted it to burst. Emotional stress had been a side effect of the last semester but Stella was sure she had gotten rid of her depression and her anger problems. Settling this matter peacefully would have to be the most important thing upon her mind. "It feels like I'm gonna overflow." Stella mumbled striking the empty air with her staff and letting out a manipulation upon the sky's wind.

As long as she kept this up her she could still keep the barrier surrounding the roof steady and hopefully he could take care of things if they got nasty. Staring at the roof floor she could see a few cracks in it but nothing serious so far.

---------------------------------------------------------------

Pharra had already been woken up by her sister. For now all she wanted was food. She walked sleepily down the giant marble staircase into the Great Hall and towards the cafeteria. It looked as if it had just opened and already Pharra could smell the roasted chicken with mashed potatoes freshly made by the EA cooks being prepared. She almost ran to the cafe with private excitement.

Entering Pharra saw a line for one of the healthier stands at lunch. She was one of the first to arrive and got handed a plate with salad with well done steak drizzled in steak sauce. Pharra's mouth watered almost instantly upon the aroma of her lunch tray. She sat at a table next to a girl with really long beautiful hair peeking out from a black hood.

Pharra could have sworn she had seen the girl before but made no sudden moves to greet her. Within minutes of sitting down a girls voice could be heard.

Eluniel saaaaaaan! Koko desu! Over here!

Pharra heard this loud shriek and almost felt her ears bleed a bit inside. A girl had already come to greet the girl whom had sat at the neighboring table. She felt as if she had chosen the wrong spot to sit until she saw the guitar the girl had strapped to her back. Pharra had begun to daydream. Maybe this girl was in a band. Pharra loved to sing herself, maybe this girl could give her tips sometime?

Pharra being shy did not confront her neighbors, sh just simply sat alone daydreaming about what could happen.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

"All of these bills?" Akabea yawned. "I don't see how Krell did it."

Akabea stretched his small limbs as he sat in his small chair. He scratched his eye patch and stood up. He had attended to many student profiles and had memorized most of them. he was trying to live up to what he thought the perfect headmaster of a school should be. What he didn't know was that the school could be in debt with all of the money it had costs to repair the school from the battle with Diaga Academy.

Akabea opened the door of his office to walked out and get some food from the cafeteria. He walked about the halls, a menacingly serious expression upon his face. He knew that he blended in with the crowd and had already been approached by many foolish students who thought they could bully him. Being foolishly mistaken for a kid at this Academy would prove to be a challenge for Akabea.

Once he had reached the Cafeteria he found a place in which to get a slice of pizza and a bowl of coleslaw to enjoy in his office.

Escaflowne

"Pardon me ladies and gent. I've got some business to attend to."

Stella excused herself from the rest of the StuCo and within a minute, the entire group disappeared off on their own, leaving Escaflowne twiddling her thumbs by herself. Not knowing what to do, the StuCo member scratched the back of her head in thought as she gazed on at the sea of students before she heard someone behind her.... in a rather interesting voice

"Excuse me, where lunch hall?"

Behind her was a young blue sect student, bandaged relatively heavily, but speaking through an odd synthesizer. It kinda explained his voice.

Hm? The Dining Hall? It is over there, through the main corridor to the right through large double doors.... but i might as well lead you there myself. Come

Escaflowne turned and walked towards the Dining hall, her hand motioning for him to follow. It wasn't too far and with her friends ditching her, she might as well help the Blue Sect. As she walked, flurried movements on a rooftop caught her eye and after a second of adjusting, Escaflowne spotted a group of people that are very familiar, namely Stella, Orion, Raistlin, Veerle and Athena.

Oh wow.... half of the school's WMD are gathered there.... MEh. I'll leave em be.

While Escaflowne carried a small shard of animosity against orion, it wasn't as full blown as the DisCo and her fellow StuCo members. She would treat him cordially, but with a sword swing distance away. He had betrayed them once. There was no guarantee for there to not be a second time and it would pay to keep a distance from him.

Here. Here is the Dining Hall. You will do well in remembering this place, lest you want to starve to death.

Escaflowne motioned her head at the double door next to her at the Blue Sect student before she pushed it open and strode in. It was a packed house. Scanning the crowd, Escaflowne looked for an empty seat. She was here. Might as well eat.

Elaine saw Raistlin off as he walked off to the courtyard. "Looks like since everyone is heading off, I should do the same. Take care Zee." With that, Elaine placed her hand on the ground. A platform of earth began to harden to rock from underneath her and the StuCo member began to float into the air, the rose-haired girl focusing on the rock holding her up.

Elaine flew towards the school roof, the source of the disturbance where she saw two people fighting each other. "Oh great, who is it this time?" As Elaine flew in closer, she saw Orion and Veerle fighting. Seeing him again brought a feeling of anger in her never seen before in her time here. She wanted to intervene, to get back at Orion for what he did. But she had to exert self-control. Despite the fact that he tried to kill her during the battle, to try and kill him, even to bring her self-prestige, would not make her feel any better, all she could do is watch and wait.

She turned to face him, she was really pretty, her eyes were a beautiful colour and her pale skin contrasted with them perfectly, if he had been talking the sight wouldve left him speechless, He listened to her as she replied "Hm? The Dining Hall? It is over there, through the main corridor to the right through large double doors.... but i might as well lead you there myself. Come" She turned and walked towards the Dining hall, her hand motioning for him to follow. It wasn't too far and he followed her in complete silence, flurried movements on a rooftop caught their eyes but after a second Nami noticed it was the fight from earlier, he felt it best not to get involved.

Within a few moments they reached the destination, it appeared that the dining hall had been behind the only room he hadnt looked into, it was sods law of course, but he kept this thought to himself as she spoke again.
"Here. Here is the Dining Hall. You will do well in remembering this place, lest you want to starve to death." Nami watched her motion her head at the double door next to her before pushing it open for the both of them it open and strode in. It was a packed house. Scanning the crowd, Nami looked for a safe passage to the food serving stations, hoping to god that they served ramen. He spotted Escaflowne taking an empty seat. "Thank you much" He said walking past her after showing his gratitude

VEERLE SHINJA

She had expected it. Her ribbons fell short of their target as he leapt back. In one swift movement of her arm, the ribbon attached to it, retracted back to her. Another fluid motion later and the ribbon around her leg looped up and back around her arm. She would have laughed had his reaction not been so ridiculously amateur. Was that really all he had?

The Geisha heard Stella's voice over her shoulder and allowed her lips to quirk into a delighted little smirk. "As you wish."

The power that had been building in her legs surged as she left the roof, flipping her body in a slow arc. Even as she moved, a hand moved to slip a sai from her hair, swiftly looping it into her ribbon. That same ribbon immediately flew out towards Orion once more.

Landing softly on a more stable part of the roof, the other sai slid from her long hair, entwined into the second ribbon as it was thrown at Orion. The ribbon itself was wrapped around her thigh to pull him in should it Ensnare.

Flipping the fans open, Veerle clipped them to her thighs at the little loops, ready for action should he make a volatile response. She meant business now. This was his last kind warning before she aimed to maim him. Her ribbons were like foreplay, just a tease before the main event of her fans. Daggers left her hair, sliding into her hands as she eyed Orion carefully.

He couldn't dodge forever. Even as she stared at him, loathing in her crimson eyes, she could feel Eagle Eye stirring. Soon... if he wasn't careful...

{Short, I know ._.}

Kazuma continues walking down the hallway, noticing all kinds of student's, all with different skills in different classes, His confusion getting more and more prevailent..

"Where the HELL is my classroom!?" He thought to himself, rubbing his forehead in irritation.

Kazuma soon reached the end of the hall, and already he was too irritated to bother to continue looking for his classroom. He sat down where to stood, arching his head back, thinking about what the hell he was going to do. He didn't feel like continuing his search, but at the same time, just sitting there in the hallway was dead boring as is.

He closed his eyes, hoping that alittle rest will help him make a clear decision, that's when he heard it: The sound of multiple students towards the left of where he was resting...

"Maybe...someone here can help me in regards as to where i should be.." He thought to himself, slowly making his way to where the voices and sounds were coming from....

HITOKI GEKITSOU

Arms folded across his chest, Hitoki's eyes scanned the blue blazers of various new students as they bustled about getting off the Airship that these days served to transport them to the Academy. Leaning back, he watched calmly remembering the days when he was nothing more than a naive blue coat. He sighed, reaching his arms above his head as he stretched, letting out a slight yawn.

This part of the semester always bored him. The starting. He hated it. It was the same dreary process over and over. Allowing his arms to fall back to his sides, Hitoki moved towards a bench, resting himself on it slowly as he allowed his eyes to close. Rubbing at an ear, the little tiger-boy lay down upon it, curling his tail around his leg.

Cat naps. Wonderful for getting past the dull part of the Semester.

{short but stfu}

[Mishra]

He phased in and hovered over the sleeping catboy, legs crossed below him.

"Well now..."

Interesting. He'd seen the wolf-person here but he'd never seen another catboy.

"I wonder if he's artificial too?"

With those words, Mishra got closer to the prone form, examining him. Getting even closer to the point where he was staring into the other catboy's closed eyes, he grinned.

"Morning. Who might you be?" he asked.

HITOKI GEKITSOU

"Morning. Who might you be?"

The shadow looming over him caused Hitoki to open an eye to open slowly. Noticing some... guy peering at his face, the other eye followed suit lazily and he stretched slowly, purring lightly. "Do names matter?" he asked, sitting up slowly as his tail unfurled from his leg. Licking his lips, he stared back at the other boy and allowed a curious smile to tug the corners of his mouth. "It's not normal to stare at sleeping guys, you know."

Hitoki stood, stretching to relieve the tension in his muscles. "Is the boring part over yet?"

[Mishra]

Mishra backed up and stood up, still floating in the air. In a mock dramatic manner he put a hand to his forehead and closed his eyes.

"Alas, the ennui that doth plague us does yet linger."

"And of course I'm not normal. You don't just think I'm the way I am because of birth? Floating in the air, cat ears and a tail... Nope. Nothing ordinary here. Or in my lab. Perhaps you've heard of me. Mishra Ayrie, Achemist extrordinaire and what I had thought was the academy's only catboy," he said with a slight bow and his tail flicking out from under his coat.

HITOKI GEKITSOU

An eyebow quirked curiously as the boy introduced himself in somewhat of an overdramatized manner - in Hitoki's view, at least. The comment about being his way because of birth caused Hitoki's ears to twitch and his tail to furl into a questioning pose. Was it so strange to be born as a cat? The name, of course, was one any returning student to the school should know. One of the teachers; even though he looked no older than Hitoki himself. He could have laughed at the passing comment about being the Academy's only catboy, yet his eyes were distracted by the flick of the other feline-boy's tail.

Watching it for a second, Hitoki mewled softly. It had been a while since he had been in the presence of another even remotely like himself. "Sorry to disappoint you then, Sir." Hitoki added the last word with a little bow, his tail dipping respectfully. As he came back up, his ears twitched playfully. "Though surely that's not such a bad thing, is it?"

Rubbing at his ear, he fixed his eyes firmly on the other male. "So you weren't born like that?" he asked curiously, eyeing him up slowly. "Very curious... you're the first I've seen with such characteristics outside of my clan..." His kinked tail swished across the back of his legs slowly. "Intriguing... So you're quite as interesting to me as I may be to you, given the feline-ness of myself..." his eyebrow shot up. "What an interesting little meeting." He purred.

In just moments, Eluniel would have stood and left the dining hall. It was the voice of someone familiar that kept her in position. Surprised to even hear something that she could vaguely recognize, Eluniel quickly glanced around her and smiled for the first time since daybreak.

What a coincidence. It is so nice to see you again. You mind if i sit with you?

"Sure! U-uh, I mean... No. Come on," responded the girl as Maya went on to ask the boy beside her to move along.

Arigatou! Ano sa, ano sa.... How have you been? Did you see how they made the island fly? Awesome technology! I've never seen anything like it before! Kinda reminds me of "Castle in the Sky"... Which room are you bunked in?

The smile became a quiet grin as she listened to her friend blurt out her questions. Eluniel was admittedly not extroverted enough to keep up a dynamic conversation as Maya was apparently capable of, but she most definitely appreciated this conversation.

Her 'challenge' had, at least, found a fitting conclusion.

What had started to appear like a bleak existence in the Academy where life goes on at breakneck pace had just became a cheery picture; it was then Eluniel realized that Maya meant a lot as a friend, and that she was going to be more than just a simple 'friend' - a 'best friend' is a better term.

Looking over to Maya, she suddenly recalled the question that was posed to her at the end of Maya's machine-gun-like questions.

"O-oh, er... I don't recall which exactly but," Eluniel eyes took notice of Maya's guitar. Immediately recalling the same type of instrument back in her dormitory, she started linking the two cases together. "That instrument... I saw a similar one in my room... You might be in my room as well!"
