it's not actually a remake is it? just remastering Io thought
 
Definitely excited for this, and hoping that the International version will come with it, as well. My copies of both X and X-2 were stolen, so I'd definitely like to get this to play on my PlayStation 3.
 
Main problem was the gameplay huh? :hmmm: That sounds like a personal problem.

But, I'll just steer clear of this debate and move on.

Wether it's disc copy or digital copy, I'm getting it regardless.
 
I'm more than likely getting this for the vita. However I would prefer it to be on a disk, but that's just me :p I will be extremely happy if they put in the dark aeons and such since I never got the chance to fight them in the American verison. However I don't think that they will :(. Still a man can dream.

Somehow, I think that they would remaster the International version rather than the North American version, majority rules right? And 'International' is bigger than 'North America' (No matter what Americans think of themselves)

I'd like to get this on Vita AND PS3, so that I can play it at work ;)

I hope that is the case. I have the feeling that they may just release an HD version of the original american version in America, updated HD PAL version released in PAL region, etc. However, thinking about it now it would probably be to much work to do that. I hope that squares smart enough to realize that they would probably have better sales if they release an HD verison of the international version in all regions.
 
This should be stunning. X, in my opinion, had one of the most imaginative and fantasy-based plot-lines. As such, the visual elements were accordingly brilliant to witness. Having these images enhanced would be an awesome sight to behold, even if (and it's likely) I don't end up getting it myself.

Wonderfully put. Too true. FFX had, without doubt, the most visually pleasing scenery and cutscenes, and I can't wait to experience it all over again.
 
I agree with Highwind, as well. X was a game that was delivered just absolutely beautiful, from the storyline and characters to the aeons, graphics, and battle system. It was just a great, great game. I can't wait to have it in HD. It's just...ah, there's going to be so much nostalgia.
 
It'll have trophies, right? I'm getting it either way, been 4-5 years since my last play through :eek:
