Hill was listening to the four talking. The farmer, Teos, was apperantly flirting with a mercenary girl named Crystal and after that some Celen joined in the talk while Ace only said his name. Hill finishes his drink and says...

Hill: ''We have a hunter, mercenary and someone who thinks he could be a bounty hunter. Interesting group.''

Teos tried to get in a word. several times.
But, no chance. So he just continued to drink from his Ale.

Then, suddenly. someone from behind entered the conversation.
He just sat at the counter, and said;

''We have a hunter, mercenary and someone who thinks he could be a bounty hunter. Interesting group.'' While looking over.

"Typical. Another person interferes, my chances with this girl, this Crystal. is fucked" Teos though to himself, since the main reason he went over to her, was for such an idea.

So, since this was screwed, he thought that he should wait, and see what happened.

Hill stood up from the chair at counter and walked towards the group. He puts his hand on Teos' shoulder and says...

Hill: ''What is wrong with you people, this guy wanted to flirt with pretty woman and you interfered.''

After he said this he sat at the chair at counter near the group and ordered another alcohol, which he got immediately.

This person at the counter, came over to the table, which was rather over populated.
4 persons, on a 2 person table, never the less. he comes over.
He puts his hand on Teos' shoulder, and states

''What is wrong with you people, this guy wanted to flirt with pretty woman and you interfered.''

Teos' head dips forward, as he mumbles "yeah, you're not making it any better yourself" in a low tone.

Everything went against him today. He started chatting with a beautiful girl. and various people, come in intrude, thusly, his chances gets trampled on.
What more could happen. How could this be any worse?
What if various unknown beasts reek havoc in the world.
He chuckled to himself. there was no way that could happen-

His chances with Crystal had to be long gone now.
This drunken dude, spilled out the rest of his Ale.
There was just the small sip left, he took 5 seconds ago.
A deep sigh was let out.

This dude at the counter ad returned.
So, his only reason to talk to them, was to further trample on his chances.

Teos got out f the chair, re positioned the rifle at his back, and said; "I think I'll go outside, talk to ya later" as he completed the sentence, He left the Inn, with a friendly wave to the barkeep, after all, the ale was indeed good here.

As he got outside, there where ironically less noice then inside, this off course, is because of the no walls, and not so crowded.

He sat down, a few meters from the Inn. "I shouldn't have disbanded Kelip. At least she doesn't screw things up for me" He thought to himself, as he looked to the full moon.

After Teos said that he is leaving, Hill looked at the clock, finished his drink and got up. Then Hill says:

Hill: ''You reminded me that I have to go to.''

Hill turns towards the exit, but it was to crowded to get there.

Hill: ''AHEM!''

The crowd made some space for Hill to walk through. Hill exited the 'Shady Turtle' and walks through the street. He saw Teos sitting not so far from bar, but Hill ignores him and continues to walk. After 2-3 minutes Hill was at the center of the city and he just stand there while looking at fancy rides.

Celen looked up tiredly from the small puddle of ale he'd momentarily blacked out in, saw the group that had assembled at the table, and immediately tried to put himself to sleep again. Out of all of the people here, the farmer Teos seemed the least scary, and the most honest; Celen wondered idly what would happen if he found out about his crystals. Ah well. A problem for another day.

He helped himself to another drink--it wasn't his, of course, but it was sitting at the table so he assumed it was fair game--and tried to follow the conversation. Hmmph. Girls like Crystal always got all the attention. Honestly, he couldn't understand why she got the guys and he couldn't get any! Well, not guys, girls, he told himself, but he never got any attention, either. And here he thought his hair was especially wonderful today...

Celen was about to speak when Teos just up and left. What a shame; Celen had rather taken a liking to the lad, and everyone else didn't seem to enjoy his company much at all. He leaned his head on his elbow and gave Crystal a sideways look.

Then he poked her in the chest.

"I bet my mother looks like you," he said, feeling the drink cloud his eyes again, "but my grandmother sure didn't."

'Was THAT supposed to be a pickupline?' he thought to himself.

Ace laughed to himself silently at Celen's amusing comment.
His eyes darted to a clock on the wall, it was 11:41.

Ace opened his mouth to speak;

"Well ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, I'd love to stay and chat, but I'm gonna miss he fireworks, and I heard they're gonna be pretty awesome this year." he then jokingly ruffled Celen's perfect hair, "Take it easy big fella." Ace jokingly warned with a slight laugh.

Ace sculled down the rest of his beer, which fortunately was light so it didn't impair his senses at all. He then darted and pivotted through the crowd with great prescision and made his way to the town square at a moderate speed to partake in viewing the fireworks.

Hill looked over the clock in the middle of the city's center. It was 11:43, just 17 more minutes till the fireworks. Hill's feet started to hurt from standing so he just sat down on the bench just near the clock.

Hill: ''Well, as soon the clock strikes 12 there will be fireworks. That will be something good to see.''

Hill stretches out on the bench while overlooking at fancy rides where, above them, the fireworks will appear.

Celen blinked a few times at Crystal, whom he figured was not taking very kindly to him, and then saw that the table seemed to have emptied itself. He hoped it wasn't the smell of his hair that did it.

"All right, then, I'll hope to see you around...never." Celen lifted himself up from where he'd been squatting on the floor--Jiminy, his knees hurt--and left the girl without another look back. Or a second thought. Or both. But not neither. Wait--what?

Well, while he was out here he figured he might as well find a place to do something about his hair. His money bag flopped emptily against his leg, the only weights in the bottom being the last of his coins and what he'd swiped from the others in the bar. It was a wonder he hadn't been caught.

As he dragged his feet out of the bar, Celen imagined several beautiful young women--or even men, as long as they had soap--dressed all in white, lifting him onto their shoulders, proclaiming him as their king, and dragging him off somewhere full of happiness. A place of white sand, and shade, and soap for his hair. A place where he could sleep all day. A place where someone besides his cousins would finally show interest in hi--OOF!

Celen walked straight into an inconveniently placed pole.

"I hafta stop doing that. Bugger... knot on my forehead... I'm hungry."

Crystal was rather taken aback by everything that was happening.

She wasn't really interested at all in Teos or the others. How could she trust them? She barely knew them!

Ah well. Such was the curse of good looks.

This was one of the few times Crystal found a hard time finding words. Before she could think of anything to say, however, Teos, the stranger from the bar, and Ace had left.

"I bet my mother looks like you," Celen said suddenly, poking her in the chest. "But my grandmother sure didn't."

Crystal ignored the ramblings of this drunk and now wondered in frustration what she should do. The mystery of the farmer, who was clearly NOT a mere farmer, proved interesting still. And she was bored.

She watched Celen stumble out and glared at him upon hearing his parting words. She quickly cooled her temper. It never paid to get mad at a reeking drunk.

11: 48. Fireworks they said? Hmmm. Her client would probably be there, gawking at the explosions like everyone else. That'd probably be where she'd find him.

Pushing her seat back she walked out the door. Besides, she wanted to find out more about this farmer.

..... the prophecy....

it had haunted her all her life. and it fit this man like a glove. Coincidence? She didn't think so.

Standing outside the Shady Turtle, she looked around for the farmer. What was his name again? Teos. No last name.

She found him sitting not too far away from the bar. She came up behind him; his back was turned and he didn't see her.

"So, what's her name?" she asked suddenly.

OOC: Prophecy? Whoa, im special ^^
-------------------------------------------

Teos sat there. looking at the moon.
She wasn't as clear as he'd wish, but meh, better then from the bar.

He let out a deep sigh. "I wonder, should I summon Kelip. she might like the fireworks" he mumbled in a tone, that no one should hear.
He stretched out, lied his hands one the back support for the bench

"So, what's her name?" Suddenly came from behind.
Teos tilted his head backwards, his ponytail fell over the edge of the back support. Dangling freely from his head.

It was crystal. Still beautiful, even if upside-down.
"Huh? I'm Teos. remember?" he answered in a semi confusedness.
Did he avoid the question, or did he just mishear her.

OOC: Oh, everyone is special. ;p

"I know you're name," Crystal said to the inverted face of Teos.

"I asked what her's was."

"I know you're name," Crystal said to the inverted face of Teos.
"I asked what her's was."
she continued. awaiting an answer.

Teos tilted his head back. And turned around to face Crystal.
"Her?" he asked, in a confused manor, or, he tried at least.

Crystal sat down next to Teos, her scent of jasmine now detectable.

"Teos, I've spent a lot of time in the forest. I've met quite a few of their kind before. So what's her name? What'd you do to get that mark?"

She had to know more. The prophecy was clear and she needed information.

As Crystal sat down beside Teos. A lump in his throat grew, it felt like there was a ball, on the size on a humans head there.

He looked at the moon, and took a deep breath.
The lump went away. And he could focus again.
The facts where against him. He had outspoken himself.

He let out a big sigh. Before he started.

"I was out in the forest one day, and I heard a plead for help. After some searching, I found her. She was close to death. She was, a Fairy."
he leaned his head back, looking at the moon.
"In repayment for saving her life, I was given the gift of life itself. I am a Summoner" He looked back down, on the mark.
"I can summon creatures, that have given me their soul"
He looked away from his hand, and over to Crystal
"Kelip is her name, she was my first summon, and became a friend for the rest of my life" He said, with glassy eyes. Indeed this was an emotional time he was thinking back on.
though, his eyes turned back to normal after a few secs.

*Sigh*
"so. does that answer your question?" he asked, while looking back to the moon.

"Yes it does. Thank you." Crystal was silent for a while, studying her gloves.

Suddenly she said.

"Black Moon rising
And creatures from the ether attack.
The heroes that will stand back to back:
One with violet eyes,
One holding life.
Man of Earth.
The Reaper of Power,
And the Fury of the Winds.
Will bring the light back."

She turned towards Teos. "Have you ever heard that before?"

He thought for a while.

"My mother told me about it ages ago. I thought it was just a fairytale. Though, knowing a fairy personally, It might be possible"

All of this is celebrating the annual festival, like they have done many years in the past. Although, this particular festival, things were going to change, going to change for the worse. It all started with the fireworks.

As soon as the clocks had struck midnight, the moon had befallen an inky black color. The moon also began to radiate an ominous crimson shine.
Roars and screeches of the dark howl around. The people first laughed, thinking that it was a new attraction. But they where sadly mistaken.
Various shadows lurked around. They had the form of humanoids, but tinted like the shadows themselves, they had blazing red eyes filled with hatred and anguish and most sported animal features such as claws or tails.
Roars and growls echoed out as the encircled the people.

Then, they attacked; they seemed to use whatever body parts they had, but there were a select few who had no animal features, wore black armor and wielded dark tinted weapons, such as swords, guns, axes and even throwing knives.

Since most where peasants, and civilians, they could do naught but flee.
A brave few stood up to them, but even with all they did, they were simply sacrificing themselves to the savages, a noble act, allowing the others to flee.

After some chaos, and mayhem. The apparent leader emerged.
He stood 3 meters tall, and looked like a well built man. He had the same shadowy color as the rest, but there were two key differences.
One was the ridiculously over sized sword. The other was an amulet, witch seperated itself, from everything else.

The amulet seemed to have 2 brightly glowing feathers fastened of it. it was the only thing colored on its whole being.

The creature. The general, took a few steps, looked around, and grasped the amulet.
It started glowing, the light engulfing him. Just for a split second though.
As the light disappeared, The general stood there, but with fiery phoenix wings.
With a grotesque roar, the surrounding minions, attacked.

The madness, the slaughter.
This could NOT go on, Teos had to do something about this.
He thought for a second. He could Summon Yefleb. but, He wouldn't have protection.
Wait. Crystal. she was the type that could handle herself, and she seemed good.

Teos got up, looked around, then back to crystal

"Crystal, I will show you my power. But keep them off me for a minute"
He hoped she would do her bit, as he closed his eyes, and started to mumble.

The mark on his hand, started glowing after a sec. A bright shade of green.
The wind started blowing, as if making the scene for him.
