Last game you finished?

I just beat the crap out of Pokemon Soul Silver finally xDDD I was stuck in the Kanto region for a long tim and kinda quit playing for a while but I finally got to playing again. I am now ready for white version! ^^

I've been playing the new Golden Sun lately and I've got to say it's a really good game despite the walls of text I have to skim through -__- I believe I'm soooo close to beating it but I'm at the part where you'r free to just explore everything by boat so I'm just gonna do everything and explore around and see what happens xD

Pokemon Pearl

I deleted the old save data so I could lend it to my friend then when I got it back I started to play it again which was a big mistake cause I was playing it like mad trying to finish it as quick as possibly then I got lost in the middle of it cause I was always skipping the dialog and it took me three hours to find out where I had to go next to. It's a great game only I wish there was more pokemon to catch in it like add a few more of the original pokemon or a couple more pokemon from different regions but other than that it was a good game

The last game I defeated was Another Code.

Another Code is about a young girl named Ashley (with the same birthday as me!) who gets a letter and a strange device on her 14th birthday from her father, Richard, whom she thought was dead. She is asked to come to an Island to meet him but when he does not show, Ashley goes to explore the near-by mansion only to discover clues on what REALLY happened to her parents. Murder. It's a very good game, I loved playing through it. Basicly about solving puzzles to get where you need to be. :3

i recently beat metro 2033 and in my opinion its a great game its just that im still trying to figure out the story because some parts seem a little overlooked.. I recommend it nonetheless

Star Ocean: The Last Hope

The game was enjoyable to beat and the battle system was great so I stuck at the game for a couple of days just so I could beat it but the last few areas I ran through most of the places so I could see the cutscene's so I had to level up a load before the final boss but even though I had a weak party fighting the boss it wasn't hard to beat it and it was still a good battle. I finished the game faster than I thought I would but the game had a great storyline that I just had to find out what happened next and the ending was worth all the hours I spent playing the game

Eternal Sonata.

I've had the game for well over a year, yet I only completed it last week :lew: I haven't played Encore mode yet, and I don't think I will. I beat the Superboss,
revived Claves
and pretty much 100%ed it on normal mode, so I'm not really interested in doing it all again... but ten times harder :lew:

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed and ended up doing the dark ending. Glad I finally got through it, although I'll have to play it again now since I have a few non-DLC trophies to mop up now.

I'm about to finish Final Fantasy X again, but this time around the game just seems so easy. Most of my random Ambush encounters have been a lot more pressuring and difficult to deal with.

Probably the hardest encounter I've met with is the ambush in Home where the two chests are. Took me a while to push back, but it was easily done with Provoke and a Lightningproof Shield I'd picked up.

I also remember getting very frustrated with the Khimari fight because I never used him the first time I played, but it was quite easy this time around... I was actually expecting game over, but I haven't seen the game over screen since I started this playthrough.

I'm really looking forward to the Yunalesca encounter.

Star Wars: Force Unleashed II.

Perfect little game to wile away a lazy, boring, Sunday afternoon. Considering it's only like, 5 hours long. It's a ridiculously fun game, but, I hate games that are as short as that. It's a bit irritating, especially considering there's only like, 5 stages, and stage 1 and stage 5 are set in the same place, and stages 3 and 4 are set in the same place.

To add insult to injury, there's DLC to make the game longer. :ffs: It should have been included with the game, paying to add an extra hour to a 5 hour game is just... asshattery.

Dragon Age 2

The battle system was MUCH better, and the story is amazing. I've beaten in being a good guy, next I'll be a rogue and a badass, and I want to see a different ending

Does beating the Arcade mode in Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 count?

Baldur's Gate & Tales of the Sword Coast. I cheesed past a lot of the more difficult fights, like that with Aec'Letec and Sarevok.

Aec'Letec? I put an Otiluke's resilient sphere around him (and kept save-scumming until it succeeded) and wiped out his cultists with arrows and bolts of biting, as well as darts of wounding. He still managed to chunk Safana once he got out, but that meant I got more experience. Sorry, Safana!
Sarevok? I pulled him away from his buddies and poisoned/wounded him and had Shar-Teel and my main character beat him down. Sucking down lots and lots of buff potions beforehand helped, too. Shar-Teel did not get to beat daddy up, as I'd gotten a look at Sarevok and Friends' .CRE files beforehand and went, "Haha, forget that!".

In order to atone for being a wuss, I'll play through the game with tactics mods on a Tutu install sometime in the future. There's one that causes all of Sarevok's allies to attack you, preventing you from an easy victory.

Dissidia Duodecim

... Well, to avoid spoilers... I played the first Dissidia before! Ahem, therefore. Yeah. In that sense, I completed the game, I should think. Am now working to complete the PP Catalog, and going crazy on the play plan.

I just beat Torchlight on XBLA yesterday. Didn't take too long. My character was a total tank so I crushed the last boss with ease. I also got all the achievements as well. It was an awesome game and a good filler waiting for Diablo 3 to come out.

I just beat Mass Effect I a few days ago. Very fantastic game. Loved every bit of it but god it was so frickin hard at some points. I am so glad I passed it though as I understand perfectly now what the story of Mass effect is. Mass Effect I was far tougher than II. I did find the last part easy though or maybe it is because I had overpowered guns. Anyway it was a great game. Mass Effect is just fantastic. :ryan:

Quite recently, Final Fantasy X and the latest 3rd Birthday on the PSP.

And now, I'm so officially a renewed Final Fantasy fan.

That, and I'm still replaying 3rd Birthday. This is sort of a sequel to Parasite Eve, though the story line's not similar to the original game - hence it's wrong to call it Parasite Eve 3...

Having said that, the story's convoluted to a fault.

And since I don't wanna spoiler tag... Well. I'm replaying to understand the story... That, and it has a lot of achievements to... uh... achieve... So there

the games i beated lastly were dissidia 012 and 3rd birthday

Just beat Portal 2. Pretty short game, seems to be taking most people on my friend list 6-8 hours to beat the single player portion. All the same, it is pretty awesome, the puzzles are what you'd expect from a portal game, and there are a nice new range of mechanics that should be interesting for the multiplayer when I get started on that. One of this game's strong points for me was, surprisingly, the story line, it's a lot more interesting than the backstory behind the first game. The dialogue between the characters is really well done, and can be quite humorous.

Much as I liked the game, it still falls short of my favourite games list, just due to the length. I'd give it 8.5ish/10.

I beat dragon age origins recently for the 4th time, this time on pc. I was telling myself not to do side quests so I could finish this game quickly, but like always I can't help to do them anyways XD After I finish awakening I won't play dragon age origins for a while.

I quickly went through Dead Space 2: Severed. It's short and is DLC but whatever, still constitutes as a game imo. :mokken:

I was expecting it to be longer than it actually was, but the description is really accurate for what you're getting- Gabe Weller fighting to get to his wife, Lexine. The dialogue is extremely mushy but it was to be expected. :lew: I actually really liked it, and hopefully I can get to playing Extraction soon. I should've played that first, but Severed appealed to me more.
