Last game you finished?

Dragonage2. Sure the lack of new areas was disappointing and a lot of loading times but overall enjoyable. I loved the battle system as a rogue, and the dlc was pretty good. Short though. Overall 8/10.

I've recently completed Layton 4 and I guess you could say I completed Mario Kart 7 (I won all the tournaments).
Layton is great, just got a few more post game puzzles to find.
Mario Kart is pretty good...mainly for the online racing on the go. I personally prefer MK Wii overall though :)

Borderlands
PS3

I am soooo sad I have finished the main story :( It was so fun, I wanted it to go forever!!! The end boss was so pathetically easy though, we killed it in about 20 seconds, maybe even a little less. They had all the monsters in the game level up with you but for some reason the last boss was 3 levels lower 8(

We're gonna go back and finish any quests left and download some DLC like the zombie quest so we can keep the game going :ohoho:

Assassin's Creed II

There's not really much to say about it that hasn't be said more comprehensively and eloquently by someone less handsome than I. All I'll say is that you get to fist fight the pope in an actual game, and not some flash game that spams your computer with tit enhancing penis pills for sexy singles in your area

Final Fantasy XIII-2

I completed the main story about 2 weeks ago then decided to go find all of the fragments and managed to nail all the achievements in the process. :)

Journey
PSN

I bought this game today and finished it within 2 hours. Haha that is the biggest flaw, it's WAY too short. Everything else though, is a masterpiece :ryan: I had so much fun with it. All you can do is jump, run and make a chirping sound to communicate. You can't invite anyone to your game, you'll just randomly stumble upon other players in the desert and then try to work together to finish the game using nothing but the little chirps to communicate.

The graphics are really nice and the music really suits every level, it was a really calming game and an easy one to play while I was sick in bed until the later levels when it got a bit scary for me :hmph:

I'm kind of sad that its so short :( I'll definitely be going back to get the trophies though.

8/10

Uncharted 3

This is in spoilers, so my darling Halbert does not read about it before he plays

It seems like I've only bad things to say about this game but I really did enjoy it. I'd give it between a seven and eight out of ten. If it had been my first Uncharted game I would have been blown away, but it wasn't. It was just too similar to two, and any change they brought in was very minor. They did have Chloe but she barely spoke and had none of her great back and forth with Drake.

The opening in the pub and the first few chapters really were amazing though, rivaling the train opening from two. Overall it was just two with a different story, but two had the better story of the pair

Mass Effect 2

I will just spoiler tag the whole thing

So I did every single loyalty mission which took ages. But I failed Samara and Thane's, I figured ok, I'll just not use them. I ended up picking Thane to lead the second squad not realizing it :hmph: So he died, but since I didn't pick Samara for anything she lived. I think I got a good ending, was very short and underwhelming though :hmmm: Doesn't undermine the entire game for me though, I really enjoyed it. Onto ME3. :ohoho:

Al, Greeny and I finished Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City last night :lew:
The main story was so short and it went by so fast :sad3: We played through the game on normal though and it was pretty difficult. I died a lot. Surprisingly we restarted it again and I started getting better at it, even on professional :wacky: I liked it, I just wish it was longer. Playing with other people is the best way to play this game. The AI characters are not the smartest so I've found playing with other people is pretty much vital.

Now to wait patiently for RE6 :sad3:

Last game that I finished was Assassin's Creed: Revelations about a month ago. I liked the added gameplay elements like the hookblade and bombs. I didn't think I'd like the bombs at all and they'd just be something optional, but I found myself using them quite a bit. The story was quite boring, though, and after Assassin's Creed II, I found myself not caring at all about what's going on inside the Animus and more of what's going on with Desmond. What kept me playing was finding out what happened to Desmond and the gameplay was still good. Desmond's levels were great story wise but quite bland gameplay wise. It was a bad first person view using blocks you create to move around while Desmond tells the story of his life up until he was taken by Abstergo. Overall a fun game with an okay multiplayer mode. Looking forward to Assassin's Creed III in October.

Resident Evil: Operation raccoon City.

What a short game :sad3: We finished it in like 5 or 6 hours :rage:
I enjoyed it so much and the ending is really cool. You get some options to do some stuff (wont give it away) But I really liked that.
It had some bugs and other issues and sometimes it felt like you were shooting the enemy but your bullets weren't registering which was annoying but I had so much fun that i didn't really mind all the little issues.
I will probably try to play through it again sometime soon  It's short so a second play through wont be a hassle.

Mass Effect 3. Brilliant game, the ending wasn't too bad. Although you went through a lot with the characters and didn't want anything to bring them to their demise... Beautifully done, great script and it pulled me into the shoot 'em up genre.

Final Fantasy XIII-2. I really wanted to say Skyrim but I'm a perfectionist so probably won't finish that game for a lonnnnng time (finishing it doesn't just mean main story line for me). I actually enjoyed XIII-2 far more than I thought I would. It was nice for the story to be from someone else's point of view rather than Lightning's (not a fan of her). Though I would have liked if it was more of a party system like XIII rather than two humans and monsters. :sad3:

Devil may cry special edition on the devil may cry collection, took quite awhile to unlock everything again but it was worth it. I'm stuck on Dante Must Die mode at the moment on the first game. I'm on a break from it though, i've been playing prototype.

I recently just Finished DMC1 as well. Finishing up a Hard Mode play through and then going to DMD.

I also decided to try Platting Saints Row: The Third, but I'm getting irritated at the Car Theft missions.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic.

So I've taken down Malak and now Bastila and I are the Sith co-overlords of the galaxy after a very unsatisfactorily bland ending. Predictably, I decided that being a light-side Revan would be no fun, so I just spent the entire game being an asshole to everyone while leaving behind as many bodies as I can. That includes every tribesman, Mission, Zaalbar, some Gizkas...and I bloody love HK-47. Psychopathic droid companion? Love it. I just wish he had more to say - more opportunities to make me chuckle.

As much as I enjoy the game, it definitely feels horribly dated. You can only look at the same generic facial models - whether human or Twi'lek - and the same ways they move their heads with very limited voice differentiation between them before you just want to end the conversations ASAP and get on with things. KOTOR obviously stand up to the scrutiny of things like the Mass Effect games of recent, so I definitely can't consider it an amazing game by a long shot. Still, I did enjoy it, which is the most important thing. For £7 on Steam, it's a fair deal.

I would like to go find KOTOR 2 now, but I'm making it a priority first to play as many Bioware PC games from Steam as I can first. I guess that makes either Jade Empire or Mass Effect 1 next.

Resi Remake was probably my last game I completed...and that was quite a while ago now. I'd like to say Walking Dead too, but that was just the 1st episode. Right at the end of Eternal Sonata though, so that's not far off; can't wait to see the new PS3 ending :)
