Most Annoying Character

Hmmmm most annoying character HAS to go to Seymour.

He just didn't know when to quit, and just kept pestering Yuna and co throughout the game, not to mention, he was such a perv when it came to Yuna -_- plus he looked ridiculous!
 
For me, it's Lightning. I seriously hate everything about her. Her only redeeming quality is that she can sometimes be cute. >':
 
Probably Snow. Snow to me was just a bland 'hero' character with nothing to him at all other than a optimistic never say die attitude. It's not so much that he's annoying it just annoyed me how little there was to him. Probably my feelings towards XIII have influenced my view also, but before the game came out Snow stood out as a character to look forward to. Then I played the game and he was just bleh.
 
I'm gonna agree with what was said about Quistis... I didn't hate her but her "more-mature-than-thou" attitude was kind of annoying, especially since she's only one year older than the rest of the cast, haha. Also, she only really served any purpose in the beginning, and as time passed she was just sorta there... even Selphie was more plot-relevant. I will admit I felt kinda sorry for her in that training center scene, though.

That said, I used her in battle because her Degenerator magic was useful when traveling to the Island Closest To Heaven/Hell. I'm a cheapass, I know. :P

I'm also going to second the Celes thing someone wrote, too. For the first half she was strong and independent and then for the second half, not so much. I'm just not sure what they were trying to do with her personality, heh. It was inconsistent. :/ I'm a Terra fan all the way.

I didn't like Eiko in FF9 during my first playthrough, but the second time, she grew on me. I'll also admit I didn't like Yuna at first either, but she really, really, really grew on me :P

MOD EDIT: This would really be considered a short, spammy post in a post count section. Maybe you could tell us why you don't like Tidus?

*groan* I just rediscovered Cait Sith.... Man what is the point of that thing??? Why does he just force his fat ass into your party, and why is that acceptable?
I completely forgot about that guy until just now. D: :rage:

Renamed him 'Fat Shit" and he will get 0 exp until forever.
 
I have a few.

Vanille - her annoying hyperness and her accent that's all over the place.
Tidus - His voice actor made me dislike him xD He's so childish as well.
Rinoa- gets saved way too many times and can't stop bothering Squall
Kyrie - She is only there to be saved
Ashley - only there to be saved and her HEELP annoys the crap out of me XD

Hmm, oh yeah and Seymour xD I do give him credit for trying to kill you so many times while he knows he doesn't stand a chance after being defeated twice.
 
I'm new here, but I figured I would post here first lol

Honestly, I'm surprised nobody mentioned Kimahri from FFX. he was such a useless character in my book.

Also I'm with everyone else on Hope due to his whiny "I'm going to get my revenge" attitude. It's like SE was trying to give him a good storyline...which it could have been if they had given it to a better less bi**** character.

Also, how could I forget Vaan? He seriously ruined FF-12 for me. I couldn't even finished the game. Another storyline screw up by SE.

Vanille, well....she didn't bother me as much, but that was probably because I had an issue with Sazh. At least Vanille had an advantage of something (at least how I had my party set up) Sazh had the extra storyline that just...only sort of kind of fit into 13 (Maybe it improves with the downloadable content for FF-13-2 but I haven't played that one yet)

Another character that REALLY pissed me off was Tidus/Yuna (they are both one to me lol) obnoxious whiny and "woe is me attitude just...ruined it for me..even if 10 was a great game...they could have done a bit better with the main characters ha ha)
 
1. vanille she has an annoying voice most of the time i put up with those over the top voices but vanille's is just to far

2. Tidus stupid jock nuff' said

3. Seymour his whole reason for being alive sucks

4. Penelo because she is just there for no reason
 
I'm not sure which character I find the MOST ANNOYING, but I feel like there's an annoying character in each game, so just a few:

Cait Sith (FFVII) - I second what Future^Bacon said. Most. Useless. Character. Ever. I was super pissed when he tricked Cloud && co. early in the game as well. A lot of running around to do 'cause of that foo'. >_>

Steiner (FFIX) - *clankity clank* "PRINCESS??" *clank clank* "PRINCESS?!" That pretty much sums it up. xD Plus, his Sword Art abilities were pretty useless in battle, && I didn't like to waste MP on the Magic Sword stuff...

Chocolina (FFXIII-2) - Somewhat useful at times, but jeez! Super peppy for no freakin' reason. She's just a piece of eye candy with an annoying && chipper voice... xD

Y'know, Vanille's voice used to be annoying, but it sorta grew on me && I enjoy mocking her voice from time to time, hehe. Plus, I really like her character now~ ^^
 
For some reason I could never get along with Selphie. It might have been that i thought her weapon of nunchucks was a bit pants.

I think though the most irritating character was Ashe from XII. I couldn't stand any of the team in XII but Ashe annoyed me the most because EVERY time she had some dialogue, she'd be struggling for breath. I thought that she was continually having an asthma attack - I spent most of the game shouting at her to get herself an inhaler.
 
Selphie for me, god she was an annoying character I wanted to throttle her at times....but from the voice acted installments it is hands down vanielle. My god they get FFVII's cast spot on and then they give us a good cast for FFXII and screw up with one person who has a lot to say! Just thinking about that irritating voice makes me cringe with disgust.

Aww man i really loved Selphie! I found Zell the most annoying to be honest, but my most hated character would have to be Cait Sith... The scoundrel..
 
All characters from FF XIII and FF XIV look extremely annoying. :wacky:

And, I haven't even played either of those games! :hmm:
 
Am I the one who loves Cait Sith's appearance and his character evolution?
Nevertheless the most annoying character goes to ... drumroll.... Shadow- I know his story was kind of depressing but he turned out to be kind of a retard in the way he thinks.. But mentally challenged really.He is like im not worthy of you and shit near the end and that just annoyed me.
The 2nd most annoying character goes to Quistis.. She is useless, buttugly, she lacks confidence and is all dramatic about Squall and she flames Rinoa for no reason other than jealousy.. THAT BITCH (And take into account that I am not a huge fan of rinoa I just like her and it doesnt go beyond that).. Oh also Zell... My god when the guards beat him at the prison I actually laughed but through the end of the game I ended up liking him a little bit.
 
for me it's lightning (FFXIII) she's annoying
she's just a Cloud copy in girl (is she a girl?)
or a mix between Cloud (the way she looks like) and Squall (the way she acts)
I just can't stand her, I don't like arrogant girls like lightning
I'm glad and so happy when I beat the shit out of her in Final Fantasy Dissidia 012 Duodecim
pff, just hate her, hate that shemale lightning
