[Real RP!] - Have Party, Will Travel

Location: Morris Castle - Eastern Gate

As the merry and yet mismatched band that Ryan somehow found himself involved with pretty much marched into the castle's lobby--one of several actually, as the castle had several entrances and this was merely one of them, but in no way inferior to the others in grandeur.

The bard grinned at the elf girl and the shorter cutie while the tentacles receded into the mass of blood armor on his back, sliding to his arms to form gauntlets again. "No worries ladies, I'm a gentleman! And don't fight, there's plenty of me--and gold--to go around!" he said cheekily. "And yes, I'm perfectly aware that line makes me sound like a man-slut. I am a bard, though, it's kind of in my job contract to talk like this."

He grinned a bit at the elfish insults of the woman. It was a slightly different elf dialect than the one he knew a bit of (probably different regions) but he could still pick up most of the ranting. Ryan always found elves to be hilarious when they cursed because you never expected them to say things like that.

"Huh...Tentacles. That's a totally new name," he scoffed sarcastically. He didn't care what people called him, but that one was painfully lame. He didn't bother to introduce himself or correct the elf.

But he did smile at the other elf girl, with a charming grin. "You can call me anything you like, sweetheart~"

However, a quick scan of the rest of the group that ended up following him, he had to scratch his head a little at the other part-fiend. Was she really that dense or did she just act like that? Most other part-fiends Ryan had met in his life were either psychotic or cold-blooded survivalists. The few who were stable and sane enough to be considered normal were just strange. This girl was just...well, out of here. He kind of liked that.

Then he blurted a ticklish chuckle when someone punched him in the ass. He stopped, looked over down at the short half-elf girl fuming at him. "Oh, sorry cutey. You're right, you did help my fluffy buddy."

Man, she's cute for such a little firecracker, hehe, he thought.

"But uh...what the heck do you need the Duke for? He's a freakin' warlock, dark magic, demons and all. Are you in this with him? Because I'd hate to have such a cutie as an enemy," he then added with just a touch of amusement to dampen the more serious tone he assumed in his question.

Please don't tell me you ARE in this with that wackjob.

Then he suddenly looked up at the orc. Was he traveling with the short girl?

"Hey, buddy," he said casually, aware that orcs often got disarmed by casual approaches like his. "Are you with her? Because you may wanna keep an eye on her; we're going up against bad shit here, demons, evil warlocks and possibly spawn from Hell, if things go very wrong. But if we do this right, we'll be famous and get more gold than we can all lift. Sounds good?"

"THERE THEY ARE!"

"We're busted!" Ryan chuckled as a small platoon of guards, wearing lighter armor than the ones they fought outside, and since none were wearing visors, these were all clearly human, and they were charging at them with swords and spears.

"Oi, merc lady--what's your name, by the by--think between us we could get one of these suckers talking? I got some questions for 'em!" he called to the woman, while morphing a longsword out of his gauntlets' blood armor and parried an incoming blow, engaging the guard in front of him in some fast-paced swordplay.

((OOC: These guys are easier than the guards outside, and we'll be stopping in the lobby for a bit to get some interrogation done. Feel free to loot the place! XD ))

Location: Morris Castle

"Call me Raz," she said to Ryan. She eyed the oncoming guards and grinned. "Save some for me, hey?"

Raz stepped forward and quickly engaged another guard. In a few swift blows, she'd broken his guard and was kicking his body off her blade. The runes on her blade glowed every so faintly before dissipating again.

Stepping closer to Ryan -- the only one she knew among this rabble -- she managed to impart to him, through dodging the various guards that were rushing them, that she knew this castle like the back of her hand and there was another sally port on the backside of the castle that led to a kitchen cellar. From there, it was a short jaunt to the Duke's Quarters.

Hamstringing the last guard, she added, "But he might've set up some wards since I was last here."

Her foot slammed down on the blade the guard reached for. Thirst's edge caressed his throat and the guard cringed at the imposing figure she cut standing above him.

"I'd stay still if I were you," Raz advised.

Leo Steadman
Morris Castle

After hearing out the story of who he was aiming his weapon at, Leo lowered it. The story seemed unbelievable but at the same time the teller of the story seemed to know what he was talking about, and as hard as it was to admit, the plan made some logical sense. Still, there was no real reason to believe the story just yet. Leo decided that he would follow this person to see if everything checked out before interfering with anything that was going on.

So Ryan was his name? Leo was always more the type to wait on the introductions, but it's not even like he could have anyway. Before he knew it, Ryan was seemingly grappling himself over the castle gate and a body was thrown out a window. Not exactly the most graceful but admittedly intimidating. Leo heard Ryan and knew what was going on, but as of now there was no need to make a move. Instead, Leo followed as a neutral member.

Eventually after quietly following, more guards came in. This guy seemed to be a bard, and if story serves right, they never went wrong in their path, so Leo saw no reason to not believe him now, just another reason to follow. Besides, now would be a great time to test the limits of his shooters. "Hey Bard-Boy, I hope you only wanted one of these primitive monkeys!" Leo shouted as he readied his arms, shooting them both at the same time going at a very fast paced rate between the two, simply mowing down many from the crowd, leaving a few that the others from this mis-matched group were in the way of. It took a good number of shots -4 per person- to take down just one of these guys, not killing all of them, but still taking care of them.

Mystro Kajiki

Getting up from sitting down, Mystro walked over to his bedroom again, entering it and looking at a large glass cage that had no top to it. "Aryan, are you still asleep?" He spoke in a dragon tongue. Instantly some rustling inside of a small roofed area within the cage could be heard. From it's door emerged a small gold scaled dragon, very slowly. Stretching out a long tongue and claws with a yawn from the small dragon, it arose from it's long sleep. "Unusual for you to sleep for that long. Was last night so tiring?"

As far as Mystro was concerned, Aryan was his only current friend and only social life. However, it had been a long while since Mystro had heard word from the places outside of his seclusion, it may be good to hear any updates. Mystro was also overdue for some community helping, it had been a long time. Maybe later today he would go into town, but as of now he was unsure.

Pomoly Grimsher
Morris Courtyard

Pom rolled her eyes at that little turd of an elf. She already knew they weren't going to become the best of friends, not that she wanted to but then that demon guy spoke and her attention was now on him rather than the girl who was muttering something about her 'artificial magic'.

"Oh, sorry cutey. You're right, you did help my fluffy buddy."

Pom frowned. Good finally she was being acknowledged for the hard work she put into taking care of that stupid wolf man, who hadn't even thanked her yet by the way.

"But uh...what the heck do you need the Duke for? He's a freakin' warlock, dark magic, demons and all. Are you in this with him? Because I'd hate to have such a cutie as an enemy,"

"That is not really your business, but if you must know I need to have the duke talk to the king so he can spare my home from being destroyed!" She sighed, wondering if perhaps her journey was taking a bit too long and her home had already been flattened to make a navy yard.

But her thoughts were cut short when a small lot of guards came at them.

Not again. She thought as she rolled her eyes and ran to the back of the pack.

She was no good at hand to hand combat. Using magic from afar was the best option. Duke thought so too as her wolf came running to her side and hid behind her growling obviously trying to look tough but Pom knew he was scared.

Charles

Charles was taken aback by the small girls squeal “D-Do not sneak up on me like that, Orc!” She said seeming to be frightened.

Charles just frowned "I sorry." He muttered but she began to talk again. Charles had a feeling this tiny child enjoyed talking, she had a tone to her voice like she thought she was a queen but he wasn't one to judge.

“We are obviously following the tentacle man inside. I could not care less for your reasons, but he now owes me… so he does not get out of my sight until then.” She then stated.

Well he had nothing better to do, he couldn't join the royal guard now, he'd killed one too many of the Dukes knights, he probably wouldn't be too happy about letting him on his guard squad now.

"Hey, buddy," came another voice. Charles wasn't sure if he was being spoken to but he looked up regardless and saw that a half-fiend indeed was addressing him.

"Are you with her? Because you may wanna keep an eye on her; we're going up against bad shit here, demons, evil warlocks and possibly spawn from Hell, if things go very wrong. But if we do this right, we'll be famous and get more gold than we can all lift. Sounds good?"

The Orcs little pig eyes lit up with joy. Not at the mention of gold, he couldn't care less about gold, although his huge hands could hold a lot of it. No, he was more excited about the prospect of protecting the little bear girl who he now turned to with a creepy smile on his face.

"I your guard!! You no get harmed now!" and at that moment more guards decided to show up and cause a commotion. What perfect timing.

Charles pulled out his axe triumphantly and got ready to fight once more. Maybe these guys would taste better?

Tali
Morris Castle

Tali wasn’t very surprised when even more guards came out. However, she was surprised that they weren’t like the guards from before. These still looked and seemed human. At this point, Tail made a mental note not to kill anyone. Her spells were going to have to be “set to stun” so to speak. Ryan, and a… freakishly tall woman were now taking the helm. As they started slaughtering guards, Tali fired at the ones coming out of the gate.

Lightning flew from her fingertips, but it wasn’t very strong. It would be just enough to knock someone out for a day or so. All in all, it was harmless. She fired her spells from the back of Berhu, all the while watching the freakishly tall woman beat down guards like it was going out of style. Eventually, she took down the last one rather violently. She had a blade at his throat and she looked very intent on using it. “I’d stay still if I were you,” she warned.

Tali slowly stopped flinging her spells. Even though they weren’t that strong, she didn’t want to take any chances. Odds are, things would be a little harder once they got inside. Being on top of Berhu and not having to walk herself meant that she could rest comfortably while the fools next to her walked.

For some odd reason, Tali couldn’t help but make a joke. “How is the weather up there? I would say you were a woman… but you are tall like a man… or a giant… or a troll… or a combination of all three.” Just how does one get that tall? She thought.

Leo Steadman
Morris Castle

Leo forgot one detail...what he was shooting was his own energy and he now was very tired. He glanced over in time to see a female elf casting lightning spells onto the guards. That would work wonderfully. Reaching up to tap her on the back of the shoulder, Leo spoke rudely, "Hey, elf, electrify me." He sounded more demanding than anything, then he realized that he might have sounded like some masochistic pervert, but hoped she knew what he meant.

Leo needed to turn some more electricity back into metabolic energy so that he could continue to go on, else he'd have to take a good nap. Whether or not he could was the real question, would she shock him a good one?

Cerden Celebrindal
Morris Castle - East Hall

Things were quiet for the time being. Ryan, some mercenary chick, the little crazy short girl/guy, and apparently she had an orc with her. This was definitely the most ironic group that anyone would have ever thought of. And let’s put the cherry on the pie, and say that Cerden actually enjoys the company. If I were to say that, then I would also say that Cerden would actually consider these guys his friends. Well, if anyone, Ryan seemed to be the one whom he would actually enjoy being friends with, but the tom boy can go suck herself. The orc is too ugly to hold a decent conversation, and the others seem to be out of their mind tell whats right and what’s not.

Of fuck me Cerden thought as a look of agitation crept across his face. Though, that expression didn’t last much longer as there were guards who had found the group, and yet again, meaningless fights were about to happen. Seriously, who are they trying to fool? These guards have a mild power boost, and a major boost in the ugly department. How on the blue fucking hell will they defeat six(if you count the wolfman) warriors who can tear their heads off in a single strike.

“You honestly want to fight us?” In a cocky attitude, Cerden lit up a smile across his face as he pulled out his twin heart. He really wasn’t going to wait for a reply, but he was having way too much fun toying with the guards’ minds. He knew in his right mind - as they did as well - that the guards were going to die a quick, and very horrific death, but why not let them think they have a chance, no?

“Who do you think yo--” Before they could even finish, Cerden had already made his way to the guard on the left. Sweeping his leg behind the guard’s ankle, Cerden had tripped the guard off his feet. As the motion continued, Cerden brought his right leg around in a counter-clockwise motion, and slammed it hard along the mid-section of the guard’s stomach. Yeah, he was wearing armor, but with Cerden’s increased strength, it played a very favorable factor to him.

“Now, my friends and I would like to ask you a few questions. Or are you too fucking stupid that you’ll pass up living.”

Turning his attention away from the guard for a brief moment, Cerden turned his attention to the mercenary chick, “This isn’t probably not the best time, but my name is Cerden. Nice to meet you hot stuff.”

As far as Aqui was concerned, things were starting to get heated up the way she liked it. Her fighting style was one that required her to sit in the background, providing the occasional support spells and summons to aid her allies. Being so, it ultimately came back down to her allies. If there was no need for her help, then there was nothing she could do.

Apparently, it was the case. This pleased her greatly, considering how she very much preferred to watch a battle up close without actually engaging in it.

Trotting along safely behind Tali and the unlikely party that had formed, Aqui quietly watched the skirmishes with an interested smile.

Tali
Castle Morris

As Tali sat on Berhu, she waited for the guard they captured to talk. They really had a rough way with going on about things… However, whatever worked, she supposed. As far as she was concerned, they were all uncivilized barbarians. As she thought about it, she felt a tap on her shoulder. Tali hated being touched. She wasn’t scared of it… but the feel of being touched bothered her. She was fully clothed, but just feeling someone touch her shoulder, even through clothes, made her cringe.

She turned around to face who touched her. It was a… short man. It was somewhat difficult to call him a man as he looked to be a small boy… or girl. He had white hair and wore a coat that looked too large for him. “Hey, Elf, Electrify me.” From what he just said, Tali imagined he was some kind of sexual deviant as well. In fact, she didn’t quite know how to respond to the request. No one had ever asked her to be shocked before…

“… Very well…” Tali responded, shooting him with the same amount of electricity that she shot the other guards with. Maybe if I am lucky, he will be unconscious too… Once she was done, she turned back around and watched another person with white hair. “Now, my friends and I would like to ask you a few questions. Or are you too fucking stupid that you’ll pass up living?”

Tali rolled her eyes at him. Another Man that was too big for his britches trying to look what the Humans called “badass”. Why couldn’t she ever meet a gentleman? Upon thinking about it, she came to the conclusion that gentlemen no longer existed… and other Elves wondered why Tali enjoyed girls more. Men were mostly disgusting… just like the electrified pain freak behind her. She ran her fingers through her hair while looking rather annoyed. “Can we get going anytime soon? I want to get this over with already. Being around all you people is starting to annoy me.”

"He looks kinda scared." Clair glanced at the captured guard with a smile of delight in her eyes before bouncing over to him. "Go on. Tell us what you know. We know you love breathing and we'll keep letting you breathe if you just tell us!" She giggled innocently.

Really this kind of scene set the adrenaline running through her body. She wasn't really a sadist, but having someone afraid of her group- and by extension, her- really gave her a kick. She supposed it was the half fiend within her, but she wasn't really going to give into it. After all, this man was helpless and making no attempts to hurt her.

For now.

"Barbarians," muttered Flick, fingering the hilts of a dagger. They too, were stained with the blood of demonic guards. Though he knew he was as much of a barbarian as those he traveled with now, he liked to think he had some civility left in him.

He didn't participate in the interrogation of the guard, taking out a knife and twirling it in his hands, looking at the blood encrusted blade quietly. He would have to clean it when he got out of this godforsaken place.

“Can we get going anytime soon? I want to get this over with already. Being around all you people is starting to annoy me.”

Maybe she was wrong about the situation. Maybe it was cooling off into the tranquility of peace and calm. Maybe whatever. In any case, Aqui was still not intent on joining in the battle, if there even was any, nor was she intent on seeing how things were progressing at the moment. Looking around at the rag-tag party that had already came together, she was already trying to recollect how they had came together.

Hell, she doesn't even know why she came here - which was why she agreed with Tali.

"I agree!"

Or at least she did, excepting the last part - which she selectively ignored.

"I can't wait to join more fun activities after this, right Tali," Aqui chirped in her high pitched voice, almost squealing in delight at the notion.

Preening her blonde hair, she glanced around the castle. Admittedly, it seems they were going to be here for some time longer. Half-smiling, she sighed as she looked back to the party.

Location: Castle Morris - Eastern Lobby

The two guards they had captured, both young, by all appearances, were now both on the floor, disarmed and surrounded.

"Y-you won't get anything out of us! Torture us all you will!" one bawled.

"We'll die loyal to His Excellency!" the other added, even as both were evidently shivering in their armors. "You'll never find out anything from us!"

Ryan raised an eyebrow. "Seriously? You two want to throw away your lives for that two-bit warlock?"

"Yes! All for the glory of the Duchy!"

The bard sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose with his fingers. "The Muses give me patience..." he muttered, looking over at Cerden, Raz and then Ty. "Right, so threats and injury won't work shit on these guys. Allow me to try something else."

He crouched down in front of them and pulled them both up close to him by grabbing at their shirts as they peeked out over the chest plates. At the same time, two tentacles of blood armor crept out from his gauntlets, hovering on either side of his head.

"Alright you two, let's get one thing straight. I've been in the Duke's dungeon for something like six months and I'm antsy," he said very quietly and seriously, as the two tentacles suddenly shifted two a more anatomically correct shape...of an obscene size with added spikes all over. "You know where these two fit, right? And I won't mind taking you out back and giving you both a lovely time..."

And he grinned so widely and sinisterly that even the most hardened adventurer in the party would've been slightly offended.

The two guards simply stared in shock, eying the two large dildos hovering nearer and nearer to them while the part-fiend held them by the neck almost. One of them gulped and shut his eyes...and the other suddenly cracked.

"YES, FINE! I'LL TELL YOU ANYTHING!!!" he blurted.

"What?! Sh-Shut Henry! You can't!"
the other spluttered.

"I don't wanna get ass-raped!! He's totally gonna do it! Ask me anything, I'll tell you! I swear!"

Ryan looked over to Raz and grinned. "Don't last very long, do they? I can see why the Duke wanted better guards, Raz."

He turned back to the guard. "As much as it disappoints me, I'm glad you see reason," Ryan said coolly. "I won't feed you to my werewolf friend, then, or let this justifiably angry miss cut you to pieces for supporting the regime that fucked with her career...or leave you to Whitey here--no offense dude," he added, nodding to each in turn, with Cerden last.

"Thank you! Thank you! Ask me anything!!"

"Alright, great. I need to know where the Duke's throne room is..." he asked.

"First floor! Central section--take the first staircase, straight ahead from here, go left, go down the grand gallery and it's the double doors on your left! The right are the grande dining hall!" Henry blurted obediently.

"Henry, you moronic idiot!"

"Shut up, do you wanna get sodomized?"Ryan growled at the other guard.

"...No, sir!"

"Good," he muttered, then turned back to the other one. "Next...Does he have some secret means of escape that I ought to know about?"

"Y-Y-Y-Yes, a passage that leads to the Duchy Library, sir! From his throne room! Underground passage! From behind the portrait of his late wife!"

"Very good...and lastly: Where's the Duke's Treasury? I want to collect my compensation for being imprisoned, as well as compensations for all these fine people here who got sucked into this mess."

"I-I'm not sure sir--" Henry spluttered but then Ryan growled and stuck the dildo into the guard's pants angrily. "EEEK! It's in the ground floor, right down the hallway from the kitchen, it's hidden behind the statue of St. Lycaon, you press the statue's eyes and the passage opens! The fake treasury's in the first floor and it's booby-trapped to hell and absolutely empty, it's only illusion gold!"

"Blimey Henry, how do you know all that!?"

"I think we've heard enough," Ryan chuckled, pulling the tentacles away and letting them melt into his gauntlets again and stood up, leaving thw two trembling idiots on the floor again. "The Duke's a mean, crazy bastard but he ain't terribly bright, I'm afraid. Now it's your call what we do next, people: Go for the gold, or go take out the crazy Duke trying to kill us all with a boatload of Hell and then go for the gold?"

He shrugged. "I'm fine either way; I'm going after him anyway, for all the stuff he did to me, which I will not mention in the presence of ladies."

Then he leaned over towards the short girl. "Not to point out the obvious, ma cherie, but If the Duke's trying to raise an army of Hell-infected soldiers to usurp the Kind, chances are he's not gonna bother to introduce you to the King. But if you go to the King, announcing that you vanquished an infernal threat to his throne, I'm pretty sure he's even gonna do cartwheels for you..." he suggested.

He turned to Raz. "What should we do with these two smelly guys?" he said, jabbing a thumb at the guards. "I'm not one to just bump off terrified sods unless I'm havin' a bad day, but I doubt it'd be safe to leave them alive, would it?"

((Haha, freakishly tall, I love that description. ^_^))

Location: Morris Castle

"My thanks," Raz said, glancing at the man that had taken out a sneaky guard behind her. Strange looking one, that.

As the others took out the other guards and chatted among themselves, Raz turned her attention to the interrogation at hand. Her eyebrows raised at the mention of an underground passage. "Well, that's new. The Duke is getting more paranoid than I thought."

For a moment, she was distracted by the short elf on the bear as she electrocuted another member of their rabble. Raz glanced her way. "Nice bear," she said.

"What should we do with these two smelly guys? I'm not one to just bump off terrified sods unless I'm havin' a bad day, but I doubt it'd be safe to leave them alive, would it?"

At Ryan's question Raz simply stepped forward and with a short thrust to each throat, slew the two guards. "No use for 'em, accept to keep them quiet about where we went." She wiped Thirst clean on a cloth hanging from her belt, then sheathed it. "We should go in two groups, one through the back sally port, another through the tunnel. I'll take the sally port. Who's coming?"

Tali
Castle Morris

The vulgarity of the “interrogation” was enough to make a sailor blush with shame. In fact, Tali was looking away through most of it. As soon as she saw the objects that Ryan had wanted to insert into the captive soldiers she had become very uncomfortable. Suddenly, Tali just wanted to be as far away from Ryan as Elvenly possible. However, he owed her… She was torn between money and disgust… money won.

Tali shivered at the mere thought at what he was going to do with those; for Tali was quite the prude, and seeing a grown man threaten to rape two other grown men was enough to make her want to vomit in disgust. Tali turned around when Ryan was done with his perverse means of interrogation. “Now it’s your call what we do next, people: Go for the gold, or go take out the crazy Duke trying to kill us all with a boatload of Hell and then go for the gold?”

Debating each option point by point… Tali chose gold. Odds are, it would be less fighting, and she was kind of excessive back in the courtyard. Too much fighting now would simply make her tired. “I’m fine either way; I’m going after him anyway, for all the stuff he did to me, which I will not mention in the presence of ladies.”

Tali scoffed. “You will not mention that, but you will threaten to rape two grown men? I am going for the gold, obviously.” The freakishly tall woman killed the two guards after Ryan asked what they should do with them. Tali could have simply rendered them unconscious... but it was clear to Tali that thinking was none of their strong points.”We should go in two groups, one through the back sally port, another through the tunnel. I’ll take the sally port. Who’s coming?”

Anyone that complemented Berhu earned points in Tali’s book, and Tali now had the sudden urge to not be near Ryan… “I will go with you, giant woman.” Out of all the people here, Aqui was the one that got on her nerves the least… However, who knew what was going through that woman’s mind. As far as Tali was concerned she was bat shit insane.

He nod's in acknowlagment to her gratitude and watches as she slit's the throat of the 2 guard's.

Aaron:Not sure what I just got myself into but I'll give you a hand if you need it...

He look's around seeing weird creatures all over the Courtyard seeing that they aren't human.

Aaron:Another thing what exactly are these thing's...?I Feel like I jumped into a Fairy Tale..

Seeing that the battle around us is somewhat over he places his sword on his back and looks at the people he just helped.

Aaron:So What exactly are you doing here anyways?

((OOC:Short Post on my part just wanting to catch up fast XD))

((OOC: Terribly, terribly sorry for the wait! D: Life and all that bull.))

Tysorai decidedly ignored Ryan's peck on the snout. They were in far too much trouble, they were far too deep, to be giving out affections. But when Ryan allowed one of their allies to lead them in, Tysorai grew wary. He knew none of these people, though Ryan seemed at least familiar with the woman he told to "Lead the way" (Tysorai suspected she was one of his 'bedfriends' in the past, but did not say so). So Ty followed behind Ryan, keeping his ears trim and his snout sharp. He didn't want to be caught off guard.

They walked into a large room, and the whole while Tysorai ignored the banter between his erstwhile 'allies', though he noted names. In particular was Raz, the woman Ryan asked to "lead the way". Who was she? Ryan had called her a mercenary; was he now hiring her services?

Guards entered the room, slowly at first and then quicker. Tysorai shelved his jealousy a moment and followed behind this Raz, ducking under her blade and moving forward silently. The fight was over in a flash; between his daggers and Raz's sword, the guards were hewn down in no time flat.

Then an idiot came in.

Tysorai hated idiots.

It happened so suddenly that Ty didn't register it at first, but a man came in, drop-kicked an advancing guard into a wall, and addressed the mercenary (who, Ty had quickly seen, could rip a good chunk out of even Ryan) as though she were an amateur. Tysorai raised his hackles at the disrespect, but made no other sign that he had registered this new 'ally'. Instead he returned his focus to the task at hand, seeking out any more guards. With the allies they had garnered, and with the guard forces minimal, Tysorai saw fit simply to follow Ryan again.

Tysorai heard two guards scream and wail in pain, before Ryan began asking them questions. Their responses were always the same: they would give no information, and they were loyal to their Duke till the bitter end. Then Ryan threatened them with tentacle rape (Tysorai cringed as he heard the tentacles thicken and spikes harden on them), and they lost their nerve. Tysorai pitied them; to be threatened with that, of all things, was extreme in the extreme. They gave Ryan the directions to the Duke's room, a secret tunnel, and the location of the treasury. Ty couldn't blame them; anybody would buckle under than sort of pressure, maybe even him.

Ty slipped silently away from the group and made his way to the entrance again. He knew the library; it was outside. Past the now-empty courtyard. Ty stepped over the bodies, slowly at first, then speeding up to a run. With a massive leap, he jumped onto a wall, then pushed off and up, leaping straight onto the top of the courtyard wall. He knew where the library was from here. Tysorai leaped off the wall to the outside of the courtyard, and started at a brisk run. No use letting one escape route be unguarded. Besides, he wanted some personal words with the duke for being such an unkind host to Ryan.

Raz smiled at the elf, a little amused at the mental image of a bear roaring into the kitchen. Not a bad approach, when she thought about it. Stealth had never been her strong suit anyway. She couldn't help but smirk at being called 'giant woman' though. She was rather tall.

"All right, so the elf and bear is with me, anyone else? By the way, I didn't catch your name," she added, talking to the elf. "Or his." She gestured to the bear. "Ill assume you, Ryan, are going through the passage? You might want to take this."

She flipped him a double-headed coin. "A little thing I picked up, should help you find any traps."

Raz glanced at the newcomer and quirked an eyebrow at his question. "No time for stories. Plenty of time for that when the castle is burning rubble, savvy?"

((OOC: LOL, Raz is flattered by Ty's high regard, Hera!))

Ryan caught the coin in midair with his hand. "Raz, you have to go through the library tunnel," he countered with a small shake of the head. "I've got to march right in the Duke's face while he's busy trying to summon more uglies. I can distract him because he's still got some interest in me. That's why I need you to come in and blindside him. He's not gonna go down easy so we need to flank him like this."

Then he hesitated a little bit. "And um...Raz? Do you mind looking after Ty for me? That pooch has a bad habit of running snout-first into trouble."

He shrugged a bit and looked at the short elf girl, Cerden and the orc. "I'm going to need a bit of magic and some muscle to back me. Do you three mind coming with? I don't mind if anyone else follows, just keep in mind we're going to be seeing plenty of infernal nasties."

He paused for a bit and scratched his head. "I, um, should be honest here: I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing. I'm flying by the seat of my pants here, so...uh, don't get all pissed at me if I have to improvise. This is my first time stopping an evil warlock."

Then he grinned again. "But hey, he did stuff to me without even so much as a date, and now he wants to fuck things up for all of us. I think I'm pretty justified!"

Cerden Celebrinal
Location: Morris Castle - inside somewhere. xD

The guards started to squeal, and as they started to talk they revealed some very valuable information, which would lead Ryan to take some drastic measures in drawing out each detail. For a guy who has a laid-back personality, Ryan can sure be a dick, but then again, not like Cerden didn’t like that about him. Whatever got the job done would be for the best.

The plan now was to split into two groups, assuming that each group would be taking the two passages mentioned. And when one of them was mentioned as a library, Cerden knew that he was going with the group that wasn’t going with to the library, because god-knows that Cerden can’t be seen in the library.

“Okay, so two groups.” he muttered in a mild tone, “gotcha.”

Cerden walked over to ryan in a very obvious ‘im going with you’ fashion.
“so, seeing as how we have that deal, it’s only logical I come along with you.”

In the same minute Cerden spoke, he heard ryan say that he's a beginner at this, but not like everybody is a pro their first time.

((OCC: Yeah, so Cerden is going with Ryan. :3))
