I think Canine. I thought he looks like a wolf

I alway thought he was more doglike. Especially since he howls ocassionally. Although at the end of the game, he roars like a lion. So maybe he's supposed to be some sort of hybrid?

I'll choose other. His looks remind me of a cross between a wolf and tiger. But he seems to act alot like a sort of canine. I'd go with my guess as a hybrid.

He is definatley dog-like (a wolf, specifically). He is not a cat in any shape or form or way. It's quite obvious really. Just look at him.

To me he looked like a lion and acted like a wolf. The only time he acted like a lion was at the end of disk 3/ beginning of AC that he roars like a lion. So I can't make my mind up... But I would say feline because of his body and people uasally class things by what they look like.

hm... i'd just say he's made to be a feline-canine, but by his actions, its more of a canine.

I think he is more cat-like than dog-like even though he seems to be a mixture. I think I am more inclined to think he is a cat since I love cats

The way he howls when he sees Seto and the way he howls when Aerith dies, that's more caninish and I don't see a cat doing things like that. He just came across as more wolfish with few features of a feline.

I don't see a feline creature doing those things either. I think his body/skull structure resemble a canine, and he just *looks* wolfish to me in general.

This is a tough one! Personally i think its a cross between a lion and a wolf. But if i was to chose between the two, then i'd go wolf.

I've always thought of Nanaki as more cat-like, though to tell the truth, he's a mix of both - he isn't a member of one or the other

still, I said feline-like simply because that was my initial impression of him

Red XIII seems like a cat to me.
The way he jumps around, his paws, his MANE. Dogs don't usually have manes like a lion.
