Kuro & Alicia | Hitting the Sand!​

As soon as everyone decided it looked like the beach was the place to go, thankfully Kuro knew of a perfect beach that he since he always planned a Bikini Event there, He drooled to the thought a moment before shaking his head clear. Matabe said to lead the way, Kuro nodded.

"Right, Lets get moving, I already have the Keywords for a nice beach." Kuro lead the group back to the Chaos Gate and spoke the Keywords "Hidden Secluded Island" The words bellowed out of Kuro with excitement. The Rings of yellow light enveloped the group transporting them.

The Party was transported onto the soft sand of the beach, once everyone appeared Kuro Spoke again.

"Alright Guys and Gals we're here!" He streched out his arms "This is a little known map that I found during the beta, not only does it have a beach but it also has a inland forest so it has both Aquatic and Land creatures." He lied about him finding it, it was a area that was locked for a event but was scrapped later on so the Area was only used as a unique map now its open to those who have the keywords.
 
Lex bolted right up from sitting and drew his twin katars as Cecilly unfolded her fan. Both getting in a battle ready pose Lex spoke up "I think not. You know the beady red eyes and the fact that it looks like it wants to eat us is a big no. The things we wanted to be looking for are small run around like crazy, and something girls find cute and cuddly. Ya know something that might be a stuffed animal lying on your bed." Cecilly then whacked him upside the head and gave him a slight disapproving glare before facing the monster and speaks to him. "Look it's time to focus here, we have to fight this thing now. You can resume your stupid flirting banter later." Cecilly gave a slight smirk cause she knew this would irritate him some, after all it was her job as his big sister to pick on him still from time to time.

Lex just grunted and kicked the ground some, "Whatever" being his only retort as he brought his weapons closer to his face, readying himself for combat. Lex began to run forward to the enemy yelling out his Spirt Surge ability. A slight reddish aura now surrounded him noting his increase in attack power, as he got closer to the dragon he let out another call this time it was Shadow Self. Lex split into two copies of himself the reddish slow one which was his actual self jumped up towards the sea dragon's head and brought his Katars slashing across the face of the dragon. He rolled to the right on the ground and he fell, meanwhile the left one which was more like a shadow implying it's name did a jumping slash on it's left side.

Now while this was happening Cecilly was charging up her fan a yellowish like aura began to surround her, she was gathering her magical energies as she shouted "Glyph Explosion: Lightning" A yellow glyph started to surround the dragon on the ground and it slowly formed. Finally once it was formed a crackle of electricity could be heard, and out of no where a burst of lightning just shot forth from the ground engulfing the dragon. Looking over to Rei she shouted at her "Hope your up to the challenge here new girl, we could use a little help in finishing this thing off. So show us what you got."
 
Ami: Hitting the Beach​

‘You have retrieved a party invite from Kuro’

“Oh, I better accept this” Ami went on to accept the party invite from Kuro, and then closed the interface. "Right, Let’s get moving, I already have the Keywords for a nice beach" Kuro said to the entire party, on that Ami started walking to the gate. “Oooooooo, I’m soo excited to hit the beach, I never been there before, let’s do this!” Ami continued to walk with the group until they reached the Chaos Gate, then Kuro stopped, and then spoke some rather random words to the gate. "Hidden Secluded Island" on that, the entire party was enveloped by a yellow light.

The next thing Ami knew, she was on some sort of beach, the beach has golden sands and a blue ocean, the wind was also blowing gently on Ami’s face. Ami then turns around to see what is behind her, to her surprise she sees lush green trees in the distance, it looks like the island wasn’t only a beach, but also a jungle. Ami ran straight towards the water like she was a 6 year old who saw it for the first time in her life. “Is this, the sea? It looks soo beautiful” Ami stopped just before she reached the water, and continued to take in the view of the vast blue ocean that was just ahead.

Ami then looked up at the blue sky, it was unlike anything that she has ever seen, there was no chance of her seeing this kind of sky over back in Tokyo. “This is so amazing, I’m so glad I decided to join The World!” Ami then decided to turn around and walk back to the rest of the group. Just as she returned, Kuro started talking to the party again.

Ami then drew out her daggers, and threw them up in the air, before catching each one in her hand.

“It time to see if these little things work!”
 
Rieko and Coco stared as the tiny lucky animal disappeared. Coco said, "I wish I had a tiny moose." She started to think back to real life and continued, "The moose at my zoo is huge, but he's really friendly and used to people. I like these talking animals in The World. It's so much different than the sounds I hear when I'm at work." Rieko thought about the first time he met Coco. It was when he made a visit to the local zoo a little over a week ago. Coco was working and giving a tour to a group of elderly people. They first saw each other inside a small building with an observation deck inside. It had a small lower floor housing a few trees, which had holding cases filled with leaves tied to the branches. Coco was standing in front of the group by the glass and wooden rail holding a koala bear. She was explaining how the koala bears were kept and fed while feeding the one she was holding. Rieko smiled at the tour guide as he noticed her smiling towards him. The elderly people were all staring at the koala, so no one really noticed the two. Rieko took one look at her name tag on the right side of her zoo shirt. It read, "Zoologist - Yingtai." She said to him, "Would you like to hold him?" He held out his arms and told her, "Sure." "What's your name?" "Heng." "OK everybody. This is Heng. He'll be my special helper today." The zoologist handed him leaves to feed the koala. She finished the first half of the tour by describing where the group can go for lunch.

"So what do you do, Heng?" "I'm in advertisement and media for a console company. I wanted to swing by for a quick lunch before heading back, and I had a season pass because of work." "Ahhhh. Do you come here often for lunch and stare at animals?" "Heh. Well, it's close by. I can stay for the rest of the tour if you'd like." "Hey! That would be great. You can be my helper for the rest of the day. What kind of console company is it?" He replied, "It's a company working on the new M2D handhelds, but the funny thing is I've never played games like those online. I get to try out the prototype." She looked at him with a smirk on her face and asked if he would like to meet her later online. Coco had been playing The World already for a month and wanted to see if it would be something Rieko would like to try. He thought it would be a great start on what he was testing, but he never had a woman ask him to play a video game with him before. Rieko thought it was very cute. They still haven't gone on a real date.

They turned towards the direction of the temple. Rieko thought about what the Grand Kudan said. He said to Coco, "We should run through the temple. I want to see what's there. Then, I'll send a message to see if we can get with Rei and her friends." She replied, "OK." Rieko and Coco took off straight for the marker on the map. There were no enemies in their path to the temple. While running to the ramp leading into the entrance, the temple looked like a giant shell with a path going deeper inside. There were a couple of torches on either side. After entering the shell, the appearance wasn't what Rieko was expecting. The data seemed off. The first room they came into had spots all over the walls and floor. The spots had exposed data streams with numbers and symbols swimming from right to left. There was a NPC standing in front of the doorway to the next room. The man looked at the both of them and said, "Sorry. This area is off limits. Please return to your normal areas as we are conducting maintenance. Please enjoy your time here in The World." Rieko and Coco looked at each other without saying anything. Then, they ran around the NPC into the next room.

Rieko and Coco were running through a long hall. Another doorway stood between them and another room. There were no monsters anywhere. More spots could be seen in the next rooms, and the third room had a few doorways leading nowhere. They were finding an interesting place. One room did have a monster. It was a huge tree creature. Rieko threw the first thing that came to mind, "Gambler's Call. Lei Rin." Coco started chaining a couple of her own skills, "Dinner and Dancing. Take Me Out." The huge tree creature was struck with a poison status ailment followed by crashing balls of light, an angled attack thrusting through its defense, three wide swings, and an overhead swing. When the fight was over, the tree crashed leaving another doorway open. They ran into the next room to find only a dead end and more spots. Rieko turned to Coco and said, "Let's get out of here. We can try again later."

"Ari..."

"Ari! I know you can hear me!"

"What?!" She'd shoved the HMD off her head at a moments notice. She was annoyed always having to do this in the middle of her long gaming sessions.

Her brother always did this: interrupting a gaming session so that she could eat. He always hovered. In many ways he was much worse than the hospital nurses. "I didn't buy you that thing just so you could skip meals."

"I'm not skipping meals!"

"The nurses day differently-"

"The nurses can shove it."

He moved closer to sit in his chair next to the heavy machinery by her bed to rustle with something in a bag. He genuinely cared, but sometimes he and the nurses were just so annoying. "You enjoying the game?" he'd asked opening up a cheeseburger wrapper.

"It's alright so far. Not much different from SFR Revolutions or Fantasia. It's got a battle system like Hirgan Siz." She responded watching him fumble with unwrapping her burger."Can you hurry it up with that? I need to get back-look here gimme. I'll show you whose not eating."

She grabbed the burger he'd bought and took one exaggerated bite for him to see before attempting to shove the HMD down over her head once more.

The feeling was like shedding out of her own broken skin into something more refined. Nanicci seemed to materialize next to the gate from when she'd paused her game. Her opinions of Arcadia? It was alright. She'd seem similar from other MMOs but the interface and controls was nothing she wasn't already used to. Through the gate and out into a small island not far from a wide beach. Her scans indicated lesser enemy creatures nearby, something she'd have no problem with.

Wading, swimming through the water, and eventually ending up on the sandy shore was easy enough. She often liked to take in the sites rather than grind on the creatures in the area. From what she could see players were all over, hunting in groups. Her goal was to find a lone player who she could back up. And so her own persona hunt began.

~Dancing with Dragons~

// Rei looked in awe at how Cecilly and Lex were dealing with the deadly sea dragon. The combination of Lex's swift slashes and Cecilly's lightning spell seemed to deal considerable damage to the dragon. Cecilly shouted out to her, "Hope your up to the challenge here new girl, we could use a little help in finishing this thing off. So show us what you got."

Rei was a bit hesitant at first. After witnessing their display of strength and skill, she felt like such a "newbie." 'But I have to prove myself eventually... Now is the time!' She checked out her list of spells and hastily decided which ones would be the most appropriate and effective.

Rei opened up her Grimoire and shifted through the pages quickly. "Duk Lei!" In mere seconds, tons of tiny purple bubbles surrounded the sea dragon and emitted a greenish gas. The monster faltered and almost fell backwards into the water, indicating that some damage had been inflicted. 'Great! Hopefully the effect will last awhile... I wish I could cast an elemental magic spell. I don't think Rue Kruz would be any good for a water-based monster. Seems a little pointless.'

Rei casted Dek Orv on Lex and Dek Orma on Cecilly to increase their physical and magical attack and defense respectively. "Sorry, guys! I'm out of damage-dealing spells. It's up to you two to be the damage dealers. I'll provide back-up support from the sidelines."

Rei was a bit surprised to see such a tough monster in an area without a high enemy encounter rate, but she was looking forward to defeating the creature nonetheless. Perhaps they would reap a great reward after the battle. She had a gut feeling that something quite exciting would follow afterwards, and Rei's intuition is never too far off from the truth. //

No bikinis in sight

“It time to see if these little things work!”

Everyone seemed rather excited about the beach and Matabei had to admit, so was she. It was breathtakingly beautiful and the mobs were sparse enough that walking a step would result in a flash mob. It has been a short while since she was in game, so to get rid of some rust, Matabei decided to join Ami, Eile and Anzu in some mob killing. It was overkill with Yatagarasu, but there was no helping it.

Well, let's get started then. Pick a monster and lets see what you can do.

Taking the initiative, Matabei strode up to a large sand crab and with one deft movement, swung the giant sword single-handedly down and cleaved the poor thing in half. It was a clear and concise execution.

Hm... not bad. Still have a bit of it left in me.
 
Eile Mura: We have to fight?

The beach was a sight to behold as Eile smiled a bit. The scent of the ocean flowed to her as she looked around. She then saw Matabei walk over to an oversized crab and effectively sliced it into two.

"I can do this. I can do this." Eile whispered as she started walking towards the water.

As soon as she touched the water, a large wave crashed into her and dragged her into the water. Coughing a bit, Eile looked around and saw a large unnatural fish staring right back at her.

"Monster?!" Eile squeaked as the fish tried to make her a meal.

Leaning backwards, Eile managed to avoid being dinner as her Champion knuckles flashed onto her hands.

"Leave me alone!" Eile cried out as she slammed both of her fist into the fish.

The water around her and the fish parted as a shock wave was heard, giving Eile a clear sight of the fish dying just before the water crash together again.

"I...I did it." Eile rejoiced quietly with a slightly more confident smile on her face.
 
White rings started to form and fall to the ground as Rieko and Coco teleported back into town. Rieko looked into his menu and sent a message to Rei. He didn't know where she went, but the message would pop up where she was located. It read, "Rei, we just got back into town. Tell your friends we have some news about The Hunt of the God event. It's important. Let me know where to meet." Rieko looked around the Gate and took off. He wanted to see who was around town. Coco ran off by herself to do the same and see some of the shops. Rieko came to the area where the water meets a balcony. Random people all over were running through the town and setting up shops. He could see Coco running everywhere and checking out what people had to sell. Rieko decided to wait for a little while in case he gets a reply from Rei.
 
Kuro & Alicia | Party Time!​

A Sweatdrop emotion ran down Kuro and Alicias Faces, as the two players watched both Matabe and Elie were fighting, one simple blow cut a high leveled crab in two like nothing and the other somehow killed a fish monster with a panic attack, it was clear Matabe would be able to handle herself with the event since she didn't hesitate to attack. But Elie would need some time to practice. Kuro looked over to Ami who was psyched to fight something but couldn't find anything.

"Don't get too excited Ami, You're likely to lose your head to the crabs here, they tend to burr-..." Before Kuro could finish his sentence another large crab monster bursts out of the sand behind Ami making enough noise for her to notice it. "Well theres your chance! Get to killing!" He yelled over to Ami watching just in case she needed back-up against it.

"Wow, just got here and everyones already killing everything." Alicia said with a sad tone, nothing has seemed to attack her yet, but before she even notices something comes from the jungle behind her and lifts her up. "!! WHAT THE HELL!" She Panics and slams her right sword into the shoulder of whatever it was, when she falls and lands on her front she quickly draws her left sword and turns, seeing a semi large gorillia type monster. "Well aren't you a big dirty monkey!" She growled at the monster that tried to kidnap her, before he was able to react to her words, Alicia charged in fast, so fast the monster couldn't react fast enough. "DOUBLE SLASH!" she announced her skill, the blades glowed a light blue before she slashed in a X shape across the monsters chest effectively killing it.

Kuro looked back at Alicia and laughed some. "Easy there Alicia, not like it was gonna mate with you, those monsters just take you away from the party to make it easier to kill you." He was impressed that she was able to kill that monster with just a simple skill. "Looks like we need to work on Ami and Eile so far... once its second nature to them they'll be ready to fight bosses." He spoke to himself quietly. "Alright everyone, once the newbies are used to combat we'll take on this Areas boss within the jungle!" He said to everyone via Party Chat.
 
It was a little grueling to say the least, Lex's shadow self managed to strike at the dragon one last time on it's left side drawing it's attention to it before beginning to vanish. However thanks to the extra attack boost from Rei he didn't think the clone disappearing mattered much now. Looking over to Cecilly he shouted "All right it's about time we finish this don't ya think?" As he dodged a swipe from the dragon's right arm with the bulk of it's attention on him now.

Cecilly just smirked as she raised her fan again in front of her face and a yellowish aura began to surround her. "Why I do think your right, the usual I take it then since you can't really get behind him enough for the other attack. So this will have to do, Enchant Weapon: Lightning." Cecilly fan seemed to radiate with lightning energy now, it was sending sparks out as she held it in her hand. "Hope you don't mind the shock." Cecilly threw her fan at the dragon at the center of it's body and it hit the dragon dead on. The dragon threw back it's head in pain and was stunned just long enough for Lex to make the finishing attack.

 "Good just the opening I need. X-Slash" Lex shouted as he crossed his katars in front of him in a X shaped pattern and jumped up to the dragons face. With a force of energy erupting from his katars as he slashed them downward, an X shaped energy blast hit the dragon dead on. Being point blank Lex caught a bit of recoil from the blast being so close, but as he was rolling backwards on the beach he saw the dragon vanishing in the usual blue light. "There that wasn't so b......."

A much smaller snake like dragon walked up in front of them. It was maybe about three and a half feet long and golden in color. It had blue eyes like sapphires and looked over to them. Before Lex or even Cecilly had a chance to respond from being caught off guard for the battle it took off in a blur of speed. Cecilly just stood there shocked.
"That was the Dragon of the Azure Sea, and we just let it get away! I can't believe this, that other stupid dragon if it wasn't for that thing we could have caught it. Oh next time we run across any dragon Lex, it gets no mercy we are going no bar holds and no mercy on the thing. I mean right away are special attack and bring it to his knees." Lex just gave a slight nod to give his approval he was a bit miffed but not as much as she was showing, then both looked over to Rei and then at each other. Giving a nod of approval of sorts Lex just looked over to her from where he was, being a bit far away still he was walking up to her hand out stretched and said, "Ya did pretty good back there. Care to stick around with us a while longer, even after this event is over?"

Anzu
A Day at the Beach

Just like that, the party was teleported to the beach, and while some of them were enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach, others were looking to battle, and it seemed that Eile was already getting to know the ropes.

"Nice job Eile!" Anzu cheered on her newfound party member as she began charging at another oversized crab. Drawing her sword as she burst forwards. The Giant crab was about to launch an attack, swinging it's claws to sweep at her feet, only for Anzu to jump up on top of it's claw, and slice it off before preceding to jump up once more, slashing upwards at the side of the front, wounding the creature, before stabbing downwards, right between the creature's eyes. "Not bad, not bad at all." She smirked before jumping back, letting the creature slump forward, dead. "Now on to the next one." She said, looking around for another enemy to beat, and also looking for other monsters for the newer players to help level up faster.

No one was at fault though - it was quite a fast creature, and they were all too surprised to act quickly enough. 'That would've been such an amazing feat for a newbie like myself! ...Of course, it would've been all thanks to Lex and Cecilly.'

Rei glanced over at the two, feeling slightly envious of their skills and prowess. She had hoped that one day, she would also be within their ranks. For now, she would journey with them and learn along the way. She noticed that the twins looked over at her and then nodded to one another. Lex began to walk towards her with his hand stretched out. "Ya did pretty good back there. Care to stick around with us a while longer, even after this event is over?"

Rei silently cheered to herself. This would be the perfect opportunity for her. She shook Lex's hand and shot a small smile at Cecilly. "Sounds like a plan. I wish we could've caught that Lucky Animal, but we'll get it next time." Although she tried to maintain a poker face, one could see the excitement in her eyes. Rei was broken from her reverie by the sound of a new e-mail message.

'Well, that certainly sounds urgent...' She looked over at Cecilly and Lex. She wasn't too sure if they'd be elated at the idea of teaming up with those two, but they would probably make the exceptionfor the sake of The Hunt of the God event. Plus, she was curious as to what Rieko and Coco had found out while they ventured off."It looks like Rieko and Coco found out some pretty valuable information regarding The Hunt of the God event. We should regroup and meet them in town."

Rei replied back to Rieko: "Understood. We'll meet you at the Gate in Arcadia shortly."Then, she proceeded to teleport back into town, all the while hoping that the news wasn't too dreadful. //

Rieko received a message from Rei after not waiting for long. He started running towards the Gate while Coco was staring at a player's shop. She noticed Rieko running by and started to follow. Both of them stopped at the Gate. He walked up to Rei after seeing her teleport back into town and began to explain, "We found an area with the Grand Kudan lucky animal in it. It was a little different than some of the places we're used to. It turns out that when you find this lucky animal you have a choice between being granted insight into your next boss or an area word. I chose having information, and it asked me a question in return. Since I got it right, the Grand Kudan explained the boss in The Hunt of the God event. Its name is Skeith. The Grand Kudan seemed to suggest that it should be hunted with a large group working together. The odd part is that it has a skill that can cause true death. I don't know exactly what that means, but I guess we're going to run around it a lot." Coco stood beside Rieko with a finger held to her mouth waiting for a response from Rei.

OOC: Very short post sorry

Lex and Cecilly did another glance at each other a bit more puzzled one at first, then it dawned on them it was the two that ran off when they meet Rei. They both let out a slight sigh each having some similar thoughts. What in hell could those two want? First they run off then try to act all buddy buddy or something, it really didn't suit well with them. So they finally teleported out of the area and when they saw Rei she was already talking with Rieko and Coco and only caught part of the conversation.

Lex decided to speak up first then "So how bout this then, if we are forced to team up with a large group, and guessing by an even this size we will be. We don't give it a chance to use it's so called true death attack. We see the thing and we hit it fast and hard, overwhelm it with sheer numbers and it shouldn't have a chance to use it's attack. After all it would probably be to busy trying to block all the attacks coming it's way. Keep it on the defensive, simple no?"


Cecilly just shrugged her shoulders and a smirk appearing on her face and spoke as well. "If it's to hard for you like that maybe you shouldn't have signed up for this quest. While we appreciate the heads up this kind of thing is for people who don't like to run off all of a sudden."

Although attacking with sheer numbers sounds like a good tactic, we shouldn't underestimate it." she said while looking over at Cecilly and Lex. She knew that this was supposed to be just a game, but Rieko's report made her feel a bit uneasy. What did "true death" entail exactly? She had a feeling that this Hunt of the God event was not merely child's play.

"Well, if we need to form a larger party, we should be on the look-out for some extra members. It would probably save us some time if we merge with another party of three or more players." Rei crossed her arms as she analyzed their current party: three Auras, a Death Eater and a Twin Blader. It seemed a little imbalanced to her. "I think we're pretty good on defense, so we'll need more players to act on the offensive. For the meantime, we should journey to another level and practice working together. Maybe we can recruit a few members along the way."

'Maybe this would be a good opportunity to take on one of those beginner quests...' she thought to herself. The "Marks of Prophecy" quest sounded a bit intriguing to her, and perhaps they could find out more information regarding Skeith. '...I could also use a Soul Stone or two.'

"There's this quest that I'm interested in completing: The "Marks of Prophecy" one. The keywords are: Ancient Prophecy Stone. Maybe we can find more details on the Hunt of the God event there. How does that sound to everyone?" There was a chance that Rieko and Coco wouldn't mind the detour, but she wasn't sure if Cecilly and Lex had already completed the quest before. It was supposed to be a relatively easy field, but hopefully there would be a somewhat challenging boss there... //
 
Eile Mura: *Hack Hack Hack Cough Cough*

"Nice job Eile!"

Eile looked over to Anzu who cheered her on before watching her take out some more monsters. At the same time, she heard Kuro say something.

"Alright everyone, once the newbies are used to combat we'll take on this Areas boss within the jungle!"

"What?!" Eile exclaimed just before having one of her legs pulled out from under her by another fish monster before the monster dragged her under the water.

Coughing the whole time, Eile quickly took out the fish mob with a single punch before responding to the message that Kuro sent with what little dignity she could muster.

"What do you mean *cough cough* taking on the *cough cough* area boss? I thought we were just fighting around here!" Eile exclaimed as she ran right back up to the shoreline.

"Heh Take it easy there Eile, one of the reasons we came here is to work on our teamwork and see our limitations as well as how we do with each other, this boss probably won't be easy and just fighting "Normal" Monsters will just be pointless in the end, once you guys understand the basics and get it so where you can beat these without much effort or fear." He smirked "We'll fight the Area Boss once that part is done, its a very strong boss and due to the changes drops a rare item so it'll be a good first boss for you guys." Kuro Explained.

The monsters seemed to start coming in thicker, 3 Crabs surrounded Kuro, in which he sighed. "You monsters were supposed to fight the new players not me..." He said before grabbing the scythe from his back and swinging it in a circle around him, effectively hitting and cutting them in half. "You really shouldn't come after me in a group..." He spoke once more before placeing his scythe onto his back again.

"So, basically you want us to make this kind of combat second nature like you and Matabe?" Alicia asked while killing off another crab.

"Correct, in this game fighting should be second nature to you all, because the monsters AI constantly evolves to adapt to various playstyles, the bosses are no exception, each area you go in analyzes each battle of your character and the monsters which helps the other remaining monsters and the boss learn and counter your moves, most players who were in the beta know this and tend to hunt the boss first ignoring the minor monsters to ensure a victory." He explained some of the basic Area AI
 
Ami: Wild Crabs​


"Don't get too excited Ami, You're likely to lose your head to the crabs here, they tend to burr-..." on that moment, sound sort of movement could be heard from inside the bushes in front of Ami. As she continued to walk, a Crab jumped from the bushes, and it looked like it was ready for a fight. On that, Kuro turnt around to Ami and shouted "Well theres your chance! Get to killing!" on that, Ami pulled the two daggers out, and placed one in either hand, she shouted “COME ON THEN, LET’S DO THIS!”

Ami dodged the jumping crab and placed herself onto a rock just behind her, she then turnt the daggers in her hands so both of them were facing the crab. After taking a small breath, she then jumped from the rock and started doing a somersault towards the crab that was ahead of her, as she landed, the blades sliced the crab multiple times, and ultimately killed the crab in front of her. She turnt around to see two more crabs have gathered just behind her. “More, time to show what I can really do!”

On that, she started to run towards the two crabs, one of them jumped and tries to attack Ami, but Ami runs to the right to dodge the crab. She then gets to the side of the second crab, and uses her right dagger to slice it as she runs pass. As she runs pass however, she turns around and uses her left dagger to make a upwards slice, and kills the crab!

She then looks at the other crab she dodged a few seconds ago. She threw her daggers so one was placed either side of the crab, she then shouted “Electric Strike” on that, lighting struk the monster from either side, thus killing it! The daggers then fell onto the ground, “Well, that was easy enough” but as she started walking towards her daggers, another crab jumped from the bush. Seeing this Ami dodged it, but she was now unarmed, and had no way to grab her daggers without the monster attacking!

“KURO, MY DAGGERS” Ami shouted.
 
Kuro | The Ami Disaster​

Kuro heard Ami yell out, when he turned back to her it seemed she had defeated the first crab but during one of her techniques she lost her weapons and was yelling for help.

"I hear you!" He yelled back running towards her daggers in the sand "Sheesh, she needs to get used to the free motion of movement you can easily jump over these and retrieve your gear if you so happen to lose or drop it.." he thought to himself, as he was about to grab her weapons another crab burst from the sand launching the daggers towards Ami while grabbing Kuro around the waist. "Tch, Damn things are so crafty.." He snarled and grabbed his scythe again and swung it down towards the crabs back, but the crab caught the shaft with its pincer.

"Well... Aren't you crafty, already learning my strike method..." He laughed and kicked the pincer holding him freeing himself and releasing his scythe, he jumps back a step and pushes his hands towards the crab, his hands enveloped in a dark black aura. "Xeros!" He yelled out, when he yelled the name a dark flame launches from his hands and into the ground creating a hole in the ground that slowly takes the crab in, in this moment Kuro runs in and grabs his scythes shaft, he then kicks the claw to free it before slamming the blade into the face of the crab killing it.
