2.i will have a great battle with phantom julius now! (his abilities will be weaker and skills such as his inhuman speed will be dulled but still remain a powerful force
As long as it helps you to become a great RP soon, it will be ok. (Try not to destroy the castle in the process XD...)

Appearance:
Rhea's light green hair hangs around her mid back in loose wavy locks. Her eyes are a hazel mixture of icey blue and gray. She has a mid-toned complexion; though she comes from a heritage of dark skinned peoples, her complexion is somewhat pale in comparison to her normal lineage. Her face is oval shaped; and her features are small and proportionate. She has a thin set of lips, round ears, a slightly elongated, narrow nose, almond shaped eyes, and thin eyebrows. She's slightly small as a person, standing at 5'5", but she has quite an agile and athletic build.




Abilities:
Inherant Skills:
Rhea's Inherent Skills induce elemental based alterations to her own body. Since switching from one elemental state to the next requires heavy concentration and uninterrupted intermission, she typically chooses one elemental state before each battle.
If Rhea chooses to change her elemental state in battle, she usually ends up sacrificing one of her turns.

Physical Range attacks:
Rhea's physical range attacks are close-range fighting skills used through either hand to hand combat or close range sword-fighting.



Inherant Skill
: Raise

With this skill, Rhea raises the blood flow and fever rate in her own body; enabling her to channel more powerful fire-based attacks. Though her natural-born element is water, she's highly accomplished at conducting fire based spells.
The fever inducing status effects caused by Raise give a mediocre vulnerability towards water based attacks and a high vulnerability against ice magics. The raise ability can be used on allies, however, it's one of the most risky status enhancing abilities.


Physical Range attack: Fire Blow
In order for Rhea to begin the move, she must be a safe distance away from her enemy to ensure a long enough time-gap.
Rhea places her palm against the naked blade of her sword, and conveys a scorching flame onto the blade using her fire element; only available under Raise status. Within 10 seconds, the blade will begin to glow smoldering red, meaning the transfer of heat is complete. She then begins a rapid dash towards the enemy, and brings the sword down against her opponent in a diagonal motion.
The fire blow is one of Rhea's few elemental based attacks. The move takes a solid 10-15 seconds to complete; therefore it isn’t typically used unless the enemy is far enough out of range, or undoubtedly inattentive for a brief period of time. This move is generally of good use against slower enemies as well.

Disadvantages: Extensive down-time
Rhea's proficiency with this move: 6/10


Physical Range attack: Dragon Breath
Rhea quickly jousts her sword into the ground and holds her hands face down, adjacent to both sides of the blade. She promptly uses her palms to guide a heavy stream of flames into the blade, and then subsequently lifts her sword with both hands. With the blade of the sword swiftly ablaze, Rhea can now apply a more powerful form of flame based attacks towards the enemy.
The move itself takes somewhere around 7-10 seconds to execute. Once the move has been performed, Rhea's word will remain in flames for up to 5 straight minutes.

Disadvantages: Brief 5-7 seconds of lost contact with his blade

Inherant Skill: Hault
With this skill, Rhea haults her own bloodflow and induces chill/flu status into her own body; enabling her to channel more powerful ice-based attacks. The Hault skill can effectively be used against enemies to lower blood-flow, reduce speed, or break concentration.
The chill factor induced onto Rhea's body through use of Hault gives her a large vulnerability against fire based attacks and magics.



Inherant Skill: Shock
With this skill, Rhea can clap specific elements together to form a static shock throughout her body. Shock is typically induced through a mixture of fire and wind magics and common periodic elements such as oxygen and nitrogen.
Shock is most effective when Rhea is faced with hand to hand or close range combat. Not only does it improve her agility and the formulation of shock waves; it also induces a mild shock onto her enemies as she makes physical attacks.
The electrical current induced onto Rhea's body through use of Shock gives her a proportionate vulnerability to water magics.


History:
Mysteriously adapt and respectful of nature, adopted daughter of Virgil Indormew, formerly smitten with Eldon Agrippa, and avid follower of the Southern revlotution.

Rhea was born and raised in a well-respected upper-class family in the southern Territory of Dinjuba. Throughout her childhood, Rhea showed signs of social intolerance, shy nature, and a deep affection and respect for seclusion. She didn't speak her first words until she was 6 years old, and even as she developed an understanding for her surroundings, she still bore a distinctive inequality to her associates. Her most outstanding features are her pale, mossy colored hair and distinctive accent.

Rhea's mother died upon giving birth, leaving her in the care of her father's cohorts and political authority figures on most occasions. Ambassador Indormew never speaks out about his late wife, however, he presumably retains more knowledge about her death and Rhea's mysterious essence than anyone in his immediate family.

During her teenage years, Rheachel became briefely infatuated with a Northern infantryman named Eldon Agrippa. Their faint, yet passionate romance however, was cut short when Eldon returned home on his country's orders. Her infatuation with Eldon began at age 15 and ended shortly after her 16th birthday.

At that time, Rhea's homeland of Dinjuba had been forcefully overrun by Sandran officials for over 15 years. This of course was a territorial war between Sandra and Dinjuba over personal matters that had occurred several years in the past.

By the time Rhea turned 17, her homeland and the foreign territory of Sandra had been at war for nearly 17 years. At this time, Rhea's father had promised her hand in marriage to the prince of Sandra; Lord Morren of the Northern Territories.

Rhea married at age 19 and relocated to the capital city of Sandra, taking her place on the thrown beside prince Morren. Upon binding their lives in marriage, Sandra temporarily withdrew their troops from the Southern Territories. Several years afterwards, Morren succeeded the thrown and Rhea settled beside him as Queen.

Here is the rp bio i will be using from here on but as stated i can transform into FFGuy

Name:Unknown (evil beings call him the traitorous one and his allies call him the travelling saint).

Age:Unknown (practically as old as the devil itself).

Build:Shifts at will.

Species: Dawn Angel.

Transformation:can transform into FFGuy any time there is a battle.

Personality:he has a holy and pure personality with humans, he is very protective if the devil sends his minions to slay him or humans.

Appearance:eek:ne black devil wing and one glowing white angel wing symbolises his alleigance to light and darkness, blonde hair, head band wrapped around his head with a ruby red gem in the center, his skin is as white and pure as snow, he has a strange scar in the shape of a eye on his back which means that he is always watched by both devil and god alike, his clothing is just a pair of woolen trousers and a belt with every type of gem attached to it (he is shirtless).

Weapons: Darkblade:a sword with a cloudy diamond on the hilt and a bat wing shape for the blade, it is blood red in colour and 3ft in length.

Lightblade:a sword with a cloudy amythest on the hilt and a angel wing for the blade, it is pure white in colour and 5ft in length.

Angelbow:a longbow which is made of angel feathers and fires light bursts at enemies it is 4ft in length when straightened.

Devilspear:a spear which is made of demon fangs and claws, it can be thrown, lunged and slashed, the spearhead has the Devil's head with his horns and teeth bared in a biting fashion.

Old memories:the dragon katana and SAA merge into a longsword version of the twin lance gunblade and can still shoot bullets as well as slash.

Fighting style:two handed if he is using the Dark and Light blades, swift aerial attacks if he is using the angelbow and strong charges if he is using the devilspear, uses Old memories in a swift and powerful fashion.

Magic:
cure (surrounds target in green light and heals surface wounds)

cura(heals bloodied wounds)

full life(restores a dead ally to full health and kills any dark enemy unless
they are possessed by darkness)

upon escaping the pain lucius attempts to punish him but the new Dawn angel is too strong and easily overpowers lucius's dark powers but lucius cannot be slain by a dawn angel, but by family.

This is powerplaying
Who told you that you could powerplay with my character? That is not correct, if it's a "phantom" then it's ok. Still a Phantom is a strong opponent that it can't be pawned that easily. Shenorai fought a phantom and she didn't powerplayed me, in fact that was a great One on One RP battle, and yes she DID won against Phantom Lucius.

This is powerplaying and you are portrating your character as the Ultimate Being. Being able to merge with "God" and the "Devil", in RPs, is placing you way beyond normal levels like an unstopable force and that is not fair.

Also the "human weakness" is a really unfair ability because almost everyone in this RP could be considered as a "humanoid" creature.

Overall, the abilities don't have enough details for us to visualize what the hell is going on when that happens. Spells MUST contain details for their descriptions about how they look, how powerful they are, hit ratio, etc.

So far, this bio is not approved and you are not authorized to use it for this Role Play. -_-
 
Forgive my delays in posting. It's just that I'm near a point of writer's block. It's like my 'monthly thing' when it comes to roleplaying. I just feel clueless and don't know what I can do to contribute to the story. If you don't mind, I'd like to wait a bit for more posts, and decide what I could do from there.

Sorry if I'm being inconvenient. XD
