Well Julius, since FFGuy is currently in Survivor, you could PM him, asking what he wants done with his character. Once that's decided, you can go ahead and post accordingly.

Tifa True Lockheart is a hyper and a funny girl. It is hard to make her angry but easy to make sad. When it comes to fighting she becomes more serious and determened. Tifa falls in love with any guy that says the word "Cloud". It might seem that she's stupid, but it's because of her jokes. Once she stops joking everyone looks at her as a serious person. But deep inside she tries to search for someone unknown........

Animals, Cloud, and fighting.
Dislikes:
Blood, being left out and being ordered around.
Weapons:
Tifa True Lockheart often uses her legs for kicking the enemy. If that enemy happens to have a gun she calls for help
Armour:
She just jumps around so quickly that no one can get her unless she gets tired.
Abilities:
SEA'S CALL: Tifa absorbs any water magics/attacks/abilities
THUNDER EARTH KICK: kicks an enemys torso meking it bash in to a wall
AIRQUACKE: Kicks an enemy's chin. while the enemy is flying in the air Tifa jumps up and grabs an enemy's hair and trows it on the ground.
SPIDER JUMP: She jumps on to a wall. Jumps again on the other wall.
Something like Vincent can do.
FBTW: Runs in to all enemy's and punches them repeatedly causing Fire, Blizzard, Thunder and Water dmg.
LAST CALL: Before dieing Tifa True Lockheart call all of her friends to help her.
ULTIMA KICK: If the enemy happens to be a male, Tifa kicks his 'special place'

Mega-Cure: Fully restores hp to the hole party.
