Boredom has struck, so I'm playing Eternal Sonata again. Although at the moment I'm actually enjoying it...if I finish it, I might have to give FFIX another try, I find this game at least as boring as I do that one...

I also have a file on Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten still going, but I've been neglecting that for a while, because I have the daunting task of power-levelling my characters, and power-levelling in Disgaea is enough to give even me, who always tackles stuff like that head-on and with great enthusiasm - pause. My Desco is several hundred levels ahead of everyone else, but that's not surprising...I might start NG+ and do it after another story playthrough. Ahahaha.

I just started up on Dead Space 2. So far, I like it. I'd definitely say it's more intense than the first game.
Especially the part on the tram after it crashes and you're hanging by your foot, upside down, and all these monsters are charging you and you're completely helpless. Ooooh, one of those very rare - for me anyway - "edge of your seat" moments.
I'm only about an hour and a half into the game so I can't say too much yet. I don't really know how I feel about the character speaking in this game. I'm not too sure why but I felt him being silent in the first game made him a bit more intimidating. Which is shocking to me because I don't normally care too much for silent protagonists. Anyways, so far, good game.

As much as I will receive the bashing for it, I am playing FF XIII-2, and so far it is not disappointing. Gone is the straight forward path of the first one, so it leaves exploration finally open. The paradigim shifts happen at an instant now even with the first one, so no longer waiting for everyone to change with the chance of dying setting in during the change. The music also seems a little catchy, decent but not as good as previous titles. Still enough to maybe feel a little jig to.

For lack of anything else to play right now, I've started up another file on Dragon Age: Origins, because that's always good for distracting me. I'm playing as an Arcane Warrior this time, a specialisation I've never actually tried before, and...eh, I guess it's a bit early yet, but I honestly think I preferred being a two-handed warrior, because putting my sword away every time I cast is a freakin' pain.

Doing The Urn of Sacred Ashes for my second quest (first was Nature of the Beast, obviously) since I'm going to have Blood Mage as my second specialisation. Might take a quick break and do the DLC quests after that, then it's on to Paragon of her Kind, then the sodding Circle Tower. Using Leliana (ranged), Alistair and Shale at the moment. Might swap Leliana for Wynne when I get her. Maybe. I kinda want to take the side of the Templars this time around, ignoring the fact that I'm a mage myself. I took the side of the werewolves when I'm an elf, so...eh, a little more betrayal won't hurt. xD

Dead Space 2: Harder, Faster, Deader

I wasn't sure about playing it at first, and by that I mean the first six chapters. This seems to be because I had it on a high difficulty setting, which though beatable was ruining the fun of my first playthrough. I dropped it to the regular setting two nights ago and got an hour of play in. I have started to enjoy it much more now, and I am becoming accustomed to Isaac's voice and face which I am growing to love.

Currently playing Lost Odyssey (after re-buying it) on xbox. FF XII and MGS 3 on ps2 and FF VII on my psp. I noticed on the US playstation store they have chrono cross for the psp. Why can't we have it in the UK :( I really want to play it.

Replaying the original Starcraft campaigns.

I didn't start playing SC until long after it was considered cool & there were newer games out people moved on to. For whatever reason, I don't seem to get tired of it & don't feel an urge to move on and play newer stuff... :ohshit:

World of Warcraft so pretty much when you play something like this you dont play anything else.

Final Fantasy VII! :yay: I've decided to take a break from XIII-2 since I've completed the story and can only do quests for so long before I lose interest.

I've resumed my old game so I'm at Costa Sol. :)

Right now I'm playing through Resident Evil 5's story on co-op. I didn't think I'd like it so much but I do :lew:

The bullet-saving isn't the easiest thing for me though because I'm not the best shooter. ..and ironically it isn't really the bosses that end up killing me in this game, it's the cut scenes where you have to hit certain buttons at certain times. I'm really dis coordinated so we've died quite a few times :wacky:

It seems like a short game to me though...I think we've already almost completed it. Now I can't wait for ORC...I hope the co op is at least as good.

At the moment, I'm juggling Hyperdimension Neptunia on PS3 (I'll have to wait a while before I can play Mk.II, or juggle it with it, because I am nowhere near the Platinum trophy...) and Monster Hunter Freedom Unite on my shiny new Vita.

Freedom Unite is still a bitch even with proper controls. But at least I'm not dying so horrendously now...at least, I killed the Giadrome after about thirty minutes of chasing the bugger across the mountain. Need better weapons and gear :hmmm:

Well last night I completed FFXIII-2 100% (All Achievements) on the Xbox so this morning decided to take a look at my game collection to see what I could play next and decided to play Crackdown. Its a game i've had for nearly 2 years buy never bothered with it unti now. It only cost my £5 brand new so i picked it up.

Assassin's Creed II
I'm finishing off all of the trophies in order to get the platinum, I had 93% of the trophies anyway by the time I had finished the storyline. It's not nearly as enjoyable anymore because I have no plot to progress, and I never have to fight guards or lower my notoriety. It is still a bit of fun, and I am curious to see what happens when I get all of the feathers.

Dead Space 2
I do not like this as much as the first one for a few reasons, I never get much of a chance to play it compared to being able to play the first as much as I liked. Well that's about it really, I will throw myself into it for an hour or two tonight after work.

During my skiing holiday I started playing Crises Core. I've had it for a couple of years but wasn't sure about the battle system. However, I absolutely love it! :D The story is interesting too and Zack is certainly one of the best Final Fantasy characters; I am even fond of youthful Cloud. FFVII itself didn't draw me in, but I may just feel compelled to complete that after Crises Core. :)

Started a new playthrough on Mass Effect that I probably won't get to for a few months or so, but oh well. Also got into the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive beta so I've been playing that with some friends.

I've decided to finish playing LA Noire again. I never finished it and left off at the arson desk because I just couldn't be fucked continuing. So last night I played through the rest of it, it's pretty fun, i forgot how much fun I had with it.

I'm currently at the last level I wont give any spoilers but ugh I can't finish it because it's too dark and scary :( I will probably never add this game to my small list of completed games. ;(

I'm playing Deus Ex: Human Revolution finally, I bought it before Christmas and am only playing it now. I have a rule about not playing two gun games at one time because I just can't keep the controls separate in my head. I broke it though because I have been sidetracked by other games for so long, and it was about time I tried it out. It's pretty good so far, but I'm only just getting into it.

I've been playing Dead Space 2 for the last three months, it just didn't capture me like the first. It feels like a chore playing it now, but I might as well finish it for the story

I just got Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City in the mail yesterday and we started playing it last night.

In a way, I miss the controls from RE5. I had JUST gotten used to them and now I get this new game where I have to get used to them all over again :hmph: The game IS more difficult than the last one. I never changed the setting so I'd assume we are playing it on normal...and I've died quite a few times already :wacky: On the plus, we've made it a little into the game and we haven't become infected yet. I think I might try another character the next time we play because I don't know if I'm so nuts about the one I chose :hmmm:

Fun game though. It's interesting playing from a different p.o.v this time around. Now I want RE 6 to come out :gonk:
