Jordin Sparks- Don't Let It Go To Your Head

This is one of Jordin's typical songs like Battlefield, but seeing nevertheless I'm still a fan of her ballad-y songs. This one is just as good as Battlefield and just like in Battlefield, Jordin puts a flawless voice into this song. She does give it her all as the song moves along. It's not a groundbreaking song, but it's still fantastic to listen to for those who love what Jordin has delivered so far.

Playing God, by Paramore.

♪ Can't make my own decisions or make any with precision
Well, maybe you should tie me up so I don't go where you don't want me
You say that I've been changing, that I'm not just simply aging
Yeah, how could that be logical?
Just keep on cramming ideas down my throat

Wo-o-o-ho-oh

You don't have to believe me
But the way I, way I see it
Next time you point a finger
I might have to bend it back
Or break it, break it off
Next time you point a finger... I'll point you to the mirror

If God's the game that you're playing
Well, we must get more acquainted
Because it has to be so lonely... to be the only one who's holy
It's just my humble opinion, but it's one that I believe in
You don't deserve a point of view, if the only thing you see is you

You don't have to believe me
But the way I, way I see it

This is the last second chance
(I'll point you to the mirror)
I'm half as good as it gets
(I'll point you to the mirror)
I'm on both sides of the fence
(I'll point you to the mirror)
Without a hint of regret... I'll hold you to it

Amazing song. Says so much about being shoved down by certain people. They act like they know you, like everything you do, or everything you say is because you're being a bitch, while the truth of the matter is, you're realizing your opnions are changing, because your view on something in Life has matured.

Some people are just too retarded to understand.

Lovely album, both You Me At Six, and Paramore came out with great new albums. ^^

New Adventures in Hi-Fi - R.E.M.

One of R.E.M.'s most underrated albums, it could do with a bit of trimming but otherwise it plays to their strengths perfectly. And Patti Smith providing vocals on E-Bow the Letter is just fantastic.

Unfinished Game - Modified

Just downloaded their EP, Cruel Temptation...its been a while since I went for a new artist, figured I'd give them a try. I'm quite impressed overall. I've heard better vocals, but not too many. I could grow to like this group~<3

Therapy? - Screamager

What a song, reminds me of college and being a mosher rofl. Cool band from Ireland. Pretty decent stuff, check it out:

Mozart's Sonata K448. For Two Pianos - Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

This is supposedly the exact same music that was used when scientists studied the 'Mozart Effect' some time back. According to the studies, students that had listened to it for 10 minutes fared better in some spatial reasoning test, as opposed other students, who either sat in silence for 10 minutes, and another group that did something for 10 minutes (I forget what)

Anyway, this sounds rather nice, somehow. Even if it doesn't help in my reasoning or whatsoever, I suppose I'll just be listening for the sake of listening. XD

Lady Gaga - Love Game

I can't seem to get this song out of my head. I can't seem to get any Lady Gaga songs out of my head to be quite honest, but this one is the worst for getting stuck in my head for days on end! :gasp:

I love the video clip especially and what the lyrics suggest. :gasp: It's definitely my type of music. <3 I love her. >.<

Paloma Faith - Play On.

Her album is amazing and it has become one of the best albums Ive heard because she has such a unique and interesting voice. And her music makes you smile and can move you to tears also. Brilliant.

Killer Queen - Queen

I'm in one of those moods again...this is probably my favourite Queen song, though. I always find myself singing along, which cheers me up considerably...even if I sound awful. XD

Song: Beethoven Virus
Artist: ? Not entirely sure, which version, since it doesn't say

So anyways, this song is pretty upbeat. I believe I first heard it in a mix with other effects, but I then searched for the "original" version, which was much nicer that way, :3

Dominoes - The Big Pink

Yes, I'm more than slightly ashamed. It's a fairly crap song, but its become a bit of an anthem between a few of us at work and now I have it pretty much constantly stuck in my head. ):

Matt Willis - Hey Kid

It's an oldish song, but I like it. It's from Stormbreakers and it's Matt Willis from Busted, so that's why I really like it. Matt's vocals are unique that he's almost shouting throughout the song. Love the music in the background, it's a proper teenager's song. xD

Disgaea 3 - Blue Concerto.

I really like the Piano instrument, so I really like those bits in this energetic tune, it's got a great pace to it, almost reminds me of something you would hear in a Final Fantasy game, it is epic. ^_^

Dying to get a hold of the game this is from: Disgaea 3: Absence of Justice for the PS3. I imagine I won't be able to play it until August 26th at the soonest though. :ness: Ah well, awesome song is awesome. :awesome:

TI ft J.Timberlake-dead and gone

Sure..
I like this song's rythm...the main idea is good: as he was a crossed road and he had to choose in which was he should go..as TI has a great voice..as well as Justin..with the views around it..and the crows..

Owl City- Fireflies

I haven't listened to this song all that much, but already it is leaving a lasting impression in my head. I find myself humming the chorus now and again, and I can see why it topped several charts, including the US Billboard. I love the calming, tranquil instrumental at the beginning. The song really calms me. The video is interesting as well, featuring these toys seemingly coming alive. I love it when real effort is put in videos without making them too complicated.

My Chemical Romance - Helena

I was never a big MCR fan, but I rather like this song, as well as Welcome to the Black Parade. Other than that, they're just kind of "meh" in my eyes.

Hannah Montana - Who Said

Love this song, makes me so smiley when I hear it. Its just so upbeaty with a coolio message, you can be who ever you want to be, who cares what people say XD

Lady GaGa - Teeth

It's an unusual song on The Fame Monster, but it really works well with its music and her incredible vocals. You wouldn't expect it from her at all. I was wary of it at first, but I've grown to love it over the past few weeks. It's got me saying "show me your teeth!" a whole lot more now. xD

Fort Minor ~ Remember The Name

Epic song, i love the beat and the rap/rock mix always sounds good if they can pull it off, and they do quite well. I catch myself bobbin my head to the beat now and then :ness:
