I used a guide, so needless to say, finding him was pretty easy. The Lost Number gave me some trouble though, he killed me once which was a big blow to my morale

I'm pretty certain that I wouldn't have been able to find him if I didn't use a guide, I probably wouldn't have found Yuffie either.

Yeah i had to use a guide, i finished the game the first time wondering if in the game book which came with the CD they made a mistake regarding Yuffie and Vincent characters. It was later i found out i was wrong.

I'm guessing some people only discovered who Vincent was when FFVII:AC came out or something...
