I had to wait 45 minutes outside, in the cold, with short sleeves, waiting for my buddy who decided to skip today to go see a movie I was not happy at all
On my way to and from GameStop, so many cars pulled out in front of me or were tailgating me. I hate idiot drivers. Cussing them out in my head all the while
Couldn't sleep last night and when I eventually did, I barely managed a couple of hours before I was blasted out of bed by the fire alarm by 9am. We stood outside for around 20 minutes in the cold until we were let back in again. I returned to bed and no sooner had I laid there for 10 more minutes or so did a second fire alarm go off. I could hear the ferocious and tormented roar of the guy in the room next to me, as everyone scrambled to go out yet again. In the cold. For another 20 minutes. At this point I just wanted to strangle someone with my scarf.
Now I've missed the 9am lecture, which is quite an important lecture despite its cheery genocide topic. And to top things off, there is no hot water in the block again. I'm practically living in the worst accommodation block on campus.
Woke up today with a sore throat. This makes 3 times this winter that I have been sick. I'm just hoping that it won't last very long like the first cold did
I was out until about 11:30PM helping my boyfriend help his friends move their stuff into their new trailer. Ugh. My boyfriend will probably be hearing a mouthful tomorrow morning, and my mom doesn't really like me out too late, either. Our mommies worry. ;_;
Got all my documents together to get my passport approved and it turns out my mum changed her name and never did it officially so I can't get a Passport with her birth Cert I'll have to get dad's tonight instead and re-book in my interview... The worst thing is the passport guy is such a nasty creeper....I'd have rather never speak to him again but I guess I have no choice... I can't blow off my holiday just to avoid him hahaha
Today a few buddies of mine decided to skip for the fun of it. One of those friends happened to be my ride home, and before I left the car I told him to be back when school let out to pick me up, and he promised that he would. When school let out, guess what? He wasn't there! He called and told me that I could either ride with someone else, or wait for an hour for him to get there. I choose to ride home with my other friend. What pissed me off about it is that this is the third time he has done this. Its really starting to get old
Spent the last 2-3 days not eating anything containing sugar & drinking only water to see if it would affect my blood sugar. I think it might have made a difference that was noticeable.
Today, I ate ice cream not remembering it contains sugar and my glorious anti-sugar streak came to a sad end.
Even though today was overal a good day, one thing constantly pissed me off: People making out in the middle of the fucking hallway! There were so many it was stupid! Not to mention its nasty if you are going to do it, for gods sake do it where no one can see you and you are not blocking hallway traffic!
My last remaining working PS2 controller has broken. I go to play and notice to my surprise (last time it was used was mearly 14 hours ago) that it wasn't responding. On expection I have found that one of the connector pins has broken off, making the controller unusable right now. This is annoying as I'm on a VERY quiet 12 hour night shift right now and was looking to get a bit further on my 'Perfect Game' playthrough of FF VII. First world problem, maybe, but now its going to be a very long and boring night .
I commute to school every day. This morning, the subway station that I was in was experiencing some major problems/delays (it's funny 'cause it wasn't the usual subway station I'd wait at). We were told we had to take a bus that would bring people to the nearest subway station. Of course, busses were packed like crazy. Anyway, people are pissed off already about the delay and having to be packed in so closely with others, which is understandable.
What wasn't understandable and what was down right disgusting, was the racist comments thrown around because people wouldn't cooperate or listen (and not like they could do much in this particular situation). This was in Toronto, Canada mind you. It's one of the most diverse cities out there so it was disgusting witnessing such ignorance and such hate on an already terrible morning.
And I never made it to my first class of the day either.
I would not say I was pissed off today, but I was somewhat irked at a customer. I work in a shop, or GROWSEREE STORR for my American brethren. There are two tills, and some one is always on one till, and a second person hops on the second till if a queue forms. I was serving a man at one till, and unbeknownst to me, some thick cunt decided to wait at the far till. Then when someone else queued up behind the man I was serving, I started to serve them next. The woman shouted down 'EH what r u doinnnn, i wz Qin heeyer forst'
I got my taxes monies deposited.. but it's about 300-400 shy of what I'm owed. I had to calculate a form on my own cause an employer had since gone out of business, and wasn't expecting to get one from them.. after I sent it in, a week later I got the form.. so I fear they may have taken off money, expecting that since they still had the form, I hadn't factored it in. I have to wait till I get the invoice and see, before calling and disputing it.
I went to pre order Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City Special Edition, but it was already sold out. I was looking foward to get this game with the bonuses, but it looks like I was too late. That piss me off!
Making lunch to bring to work, only to find that it was disgusting.
It doesn't end there, oh no. I decided to go and buy a sandwich to replace the crap I had made earlier that day, only to find that what I had purchased was even worse than my attempt. Day.Ruined.
