Nice, I was wondering how other people have been doing this. Once I could choose my party, its been Lightning, Fang, and Vanille all the way. I find myself using the only a few Paradigms with regular mobs:
Party: L/F/V situationally I will control Fang. Generally when I want to fire giant balls...
aside from the King Behemoths, which i take almost all the way down, and then they just stand up and kill me.
There is one type of those 2ft tall penguin looking things with robes, that can summon stuff. We i figured out they could the hard way. When all of a sudden there is a giant white...
Quick question to all of you who are further than me. Ive been grinding away, not for too long. Ive done like 6 or 7 hunts and nothing has really been super challenging. Annoying but I can beat em.
So my question is, when is a good time to move on, I know I wont be able to take everything down...
Im going to go out on a limb and say who ever it is in the house, hasnt called you from a phone in your house and said the words "Dooooby.. Dooooby... Doooo..."
If that happens, its a penguin.
They certainly are not super powerful. I just think its fun. Although yesterday both times I used Bahamut he hit for around 50k with his final attack in Gastalt mode. So hes cool. Ive only used him, shiva, and odin.
Everyone at lvl 100 with ultimate weapons. Spammed Limits and actually took her down rather quickly. I wish I still had that memory card. Squall would hit 9999 everytime. I dont think I would ever spend that much time again to do it.
I like this system a lot more from a gameplay standpoint. I get to fight along side them, and then ride em in some crazy form. It is lacking a sort of epicness from the past. The incredibly long summons, where the enemy would get sucked into space on a piece of land, get blown away by Bahamut...
Ive got em all. I-XIII, including XI. which I played for a few months. I have a few of them twice due to FFIII(SNES) really being VI and owning those two PS1 re-releases. (Anthologies and something else) Ive got all the DS ones, Im evening tossing around buying I on my iPhone for when Im bored...
This is sort of hard to say, because of the history I have with this game. To be honest it is a bit overrated. I really think it because of the attention it receives from both sides. Of the love hate argument.
Both sides have their points, and both sides look like children at the same time...
Aside from the obvious looks of the game. I would have to say the story (even if it drags a little bit here and there) and the battle system are keeping me entertained.
Sure for the most part you can spam the A button, on Diversity, but you can make it more fun than that. Pull out a Syn and...
No, it certainly doesn't make too much sense. I guess I am just trying to justify it somehow. Sometimes in life all you get from challenges is the simple satisfaction that you did it. Like in the end what do you get from sitting down for 40 hours and beating an FF. Sure now with PS3 and Xbox360...
Wow... Lets see what I can pull out of this twisted gnarl that is my brain.
I remember at a very young age having a game on my computer that was all text based. My father being a computer engineer always had a computer at home and always showed me games. You had to go from windows 3.1 into DOS...
I can say honestly that a remake for the sake of graphics would sort of kill it for me. I played that when I was 11. I still have the game, the case is a little beat because Ive moved so many times. i even have the Brady guide my parents got me. i used to bring that to school and obsess over it...
Im almost afraid to admit this. But I honestly dont remember this at all. Of course I played through this one once only back when it came out. Looks like im hooking the PS2 back up tomorrow.
Now that I think about it, it almost makes sense. If your strong enough to take out the boss, you should...
Haha I know, I know. The stuff tastes like candy tho. And when you have the machine, perfect shot every time. It certainly makes life a lot more interesting. Throw a little cinnamon schnapps in there, and bang! Instant "success" :drunk:
Who doesnt enjoy a good buzz. Just got out of work, and already have a Jack and coke in my hand. If I wasnt busy tomorrow Id be wandering around Boston looking to get into trouble.
Lets be honest, when I say good buzz I really mean I want to get to the point where Im hugging the earth in fear...
Now that I think about it, and I use the term think loosely. When you first control Snow on the bridge in the beginning I had a sense of Deja Vu. And now I know why. Alot of the people costumes reminded me of X. Come to think of it, the one of the two kids in NORA really reminded me of the Al...
I am going to have to say David Gilmour. I know he is still alive, but no one has inspired me like that man has. I work in the music industry so one day I may even be able to meet him, although it is unlikely.
Other than that, I would just like to sit and have some coffee with Einstein. I would...
