*Eureka Academy*

It took a while, but eventually Raistlin made it up those damned stairs. It drove him just as crazy going up them, as it did going down them. Once he made it back to the clearing, he sat down in the middle of the ruins of the once great town. Opening his bag he took out the Ouroboros. Examining it more closely, he couldn't notice much about it. There were some markings on the side in a language he didn't understand.

Turning the hourglass shaped object over, he looked again at the hollow opening on the bottom of it. It had to have been plugged into something at one point, but what could it have been? Placing it back in his bag, he took out the huge book he found next to it. Opening it, he found the same strange language in it.

“This is quite the... Bizarre language. I can't make it out at all.” Raistlin said to himself. With no better ideas in mind, he placed the book back in his bag. After writing the symbols he saw on the Ouroboros on a spare sheet of paper, he decided to take the object to Krell. However, he was keeping the book. He would translate it himself, even if he had to move into the Library.

Raistlin was glad that at times like these he could teleport. However, he could only teleport to places he had seen, or else he had a high chance of teleporting into a tree. That wouldn't be a good experience at all. However, even then, he could only teleport within a two mile radius. Using his teleport ability, he teleported just outside the forest. The school was still about a mile away.

“Three fraking miles?” Raistlin was impressed he had the patience to walk that far. Teleporting yet again, he arrived inside the Academy gate. Right when he showed up, he noticed a Red Sect student threatening a Blue Sect student for... Lunch money.

“You, red one. Seriously, lunch money? Where are we, in elementary school?” Raistlin asked before delivering a boot to the Red Sects stomach. “Detention: Punishment – Janitorial duties. Bring your own toothbrush.”

Walking off before the Blue Sect student could thank him, he rushed off to Krell's office. Upon making it there, he knocked on his rather huge door. “Headmaster Krell, I need to speak with you.”

“Headmaster Krell, I need to speak with you.”

Krell sat in his office looking over papers from a singed folder. It's contents seemed to be spread all over his desk. He hurried and cleaned up the place before answering. "Yes, yes, Come in." he spoke.

He had been lamenting the sadness of the events that had just occured. He had decided to hold a private funeral...and what would the boy's parents think? Surley they knew that death was possible? Glancing out of his window Krell took in the deep ocean waiting for the person to enter.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Stella entered the Student Council dorms only to be startled by Escaflowne sitting on the couch. She put on the toughest face she could. It was time for her to take charge. To block out her feelings. "Mind if we talk? I'm ready now. I need to find Eliane and we can get Raistlin to tell the Discom later." Stella said this and thought. She pulle dout her cell and texted Raistlin.

She didn't know how else to get his attention. She needed to say something powerful as she didn't want it to seem petty. She typed: Come to StuCo Dorms. Emergency. Orion's... She sent the message before actually finishing it. She wasn't ready to face the fact that it was her who cost another his life.

She sat on the couch opposite Escaflowne who she figured was probably curious. "Eureka just may be under attack. The Diaga Academy and government officials want us all dead for some reason. As to why...All I know is it has something to do with our powers..." She began. "So we need to form a plan just in case of an emergency."

“Yes, yes, come in.” Krell told Raistlin from behind the door to his room. Raistlin answered, and closed the door behind him. It was customary in the Majere family to slightly bow to someone of higher rank. Seeing no reason why that should stop now, he stood in front of Krell and bowed. “Good morning, sir.”

Somewhat anxious, he began, “Lately, I have been exploring the forest south of the school,” thinking this may get Krell into thinking Raistlin wasn't doing his job as DisCom leader, he added, “mind you, I'm this hasn't hindered me from punishing rule offenders at the Academy. It's just a small hobby, I've been doing this for a while now.” Thinking he had saved himself from any negitive thoughts from the Headmaster, he continued. “However, today I ran across some ruins. I believe they were of an ancient civilization of Mages. Once there, I fought it's 'defense system'. I won, and I took what it called an Ouroboros. Not knowing what to do with it, I brought it to you.”

Opening his bag, and holding out the Ouroboros to Krell, he asked, “What would you have me do with it?”

Eliane saw Stella heading for the StuCo Common room. Figuring that she had to explain what was going on, she decided to follow her in.

As Eliane got closer she started to hear what Stella was saying.

"Mind if we talk? I'm ready now. I need to find Eliane and we can get Raistlin to tell the Discom later."

Eliane leaned on the door frame and listened, she closed her eyes and listened in to the situation.

"Eureka just may be under attack. The Diaga Academy and government officials want us all dead for some reason. As to why...All I know is it has something to do with our powers...So we need to form a plan just in case of an emergency."

"The student's safety must take priority above all else." Eliane said suddenly. opening her eyes and snapping back. "Just tell us where the student's will be at its safest and we can deal with Diaga, the government, whoever it is that threatens us."

"Eureka just may be under attack. The Diaga Academy and government officials want us all dead for some reason. As to why...All I know is it has something to do with our powers...
So we need to form a plan just in case of an emergency."

Internally in her mind, the shit had just hit the fan. If it was just Diaga, then all they needed to do was go to inter school war, wipe out the heads and sit down for negotiation, something Escaflowne believed very possible if they had the DisCo with them. However, if they bring in the Government, things weren't going to be as peachy as that.

"The student's safety must take priority above all else. Just tell us where the student's will be at its safest and we can deal with Diaga, the government, whoever it is that threatens us."

Damn straight. You point me in a direction and ill stab the guy that comes close. As much as we have butt heads with each other, i think the DisCo would be of great help. After all, Eureaka Students stick together when push comes to shove.

“What would you have me do with it?"

Krell gazed upon the odd looking object. His eyes flashed for only a moment but then he said..."I suppose it is an odd object" Krell spoke quietly as he walked towards the large window in his office and gazed out beyond. "This island was a place for some of the greatest mages to train. I know from your familiy that you all pride yourselves in your magicks and training."

The headmaster sighed as he leaned against a wall near the window."And I suppose if a great wizard like yourself has found such an object then it is indeed yours to keep. Think of it as a reward for your hard work." Krell sighed still thinking.

So many things were happening right now. He didn't know what to focus on at the moment. "But...I will tell you this. There are treasures hidden all throughout Eureka Island. These treasures could be thousands of years old, left from very skilled mages from back then. Be careful of unknown magic."

"The student's safety must take priority above all else. Just tell us where the student's will be at its safest and we can deal with Diaga, the government, whoever it is that threatens us."

Upon being suprised by Eliane's sudden appearance by the door Stella agreed upon this point but she couldn't have all the answers herself could she? "That's what we are her to discuss Eliane...But there will be no doubt students who will want to fight. This is a fighting based school after all. But I think we should evacuate students under the age of seventeen..."

Damn straight. You point me in a direction and ill stab the guy that comes close. As much as we have butt heads with each other, i think the DisCo would be of great help. After all, Eureka Students stick together when push comes to shove.

"Spoken like a true watrrior Zee!" Stella chuckled. "Now lets get to business! The younger students could take shelter in the town as it's the school that would be most likely targeted. There will be boats at the docks ready to evacuate the students."

"There are also some main locations the school could be approached. I believe the headmaster has that covered already. The places that could really use defense in case of an emergency would be the Great Hall entrance and the courtyard as they lead into the school. We shal also have to have mages in topmost towers in case of an arial strike. Each of us can lead a team of students intobattle if need be...You can choose to request. someone specific. We should also include teachers in our battle plan. I opt for Miss Nova to help guard the entrance to the school. Ultimately though it's the teacher's decision but fornow everyone is in the dark about it. We don't want to cause an uproar about something that may or may not happen..."

(OOC: You can refer to the student handbook for picking locations or make up your own.)

“I suppose it is an off object”, Krell said to Raistlin. Watching him as he walked to the large window, Krell continued. “This island was a place for some of the greatest Mages to train. I know from your family that you all pride yourselves in your Magicks and training.” Raistlin's ego was somewhat boosted by this.

Sighing, the Headmaster continued as Raistlin watched him lean against the wall. “And I suppose if a great Wizard like yourself has found such an object then it is indeed yours to keep. Think of it as a reward for your hard work.” Realizing that he could now study this thing at will, with no restraints, a slight smile appeared on his face. He was also gleaming with pride over the Headmaster calling him a “great Wizard”.

“But... I will tell you this. There are treasures hidden all thoughout Eureka Island. These treasures could be thousands of years old, left from very skilled Mages from back then. Be careful of unknown magic.” Raistlin heeded his warning, and took note of it. However, he noticed that something appeared to be wrong. “Sir, it looks like you've got the weight of the world on your shoulders. Take it easy a little bit, if you can. Besides, if it's something serious, you know I'll help take care of it. As for now, I think I'll go study up on this thing. I'm quite excited.”

Running out of the door before the Headmaster could retort, he headed down to the library. He had enough of teleporting for the moment. He couldn't wait to translate this book in its entirety. “I've got a good feeling about this!” Exclaimed Raistlin as he neared the Library.

Eliane thought, "Maybe so, but you may also have to consider that the docks may be one of their landing points as well. They will not be just attacking the school, they will attacking any student of Eureka on this island, even those in Eureka Town, so the civillians safety must also be considered as well. Whatever strategy on how to defend the island should be agreed upon by the headmaster and the head of the Disciplinary Committee, since Rastlin's Committee would help maintain order."

She turned to sit down on the common room's chairs, clutching her hands and thinking, "I'm just hoping that the government isn't really involved in this."

Walking down the halls, Xe looked at the faces of the people he was passing by, hoping to remember them.

Hmmm, interesting faces here. Well, I need to home my skills some more, time for the training room.

Arriving in the training room, Xe looked around.
Not many people here, just a few. Looks like I can do some fun stuff today.

Xe rigged up some scarecrows, stone plates and a crash dummy to train with. The scarecrows were to hone his pyrokinetic skills, the stone was for striking and the crash dummy was for melee attacks, such as punches and kicks.

And just like that, Xe began to train.

(OOC: I don't like this post. I'm just going to say that now. However, it is the best that I can do while I'm as exhausted like I am. Deal with it. I'll write up better posts starting Wednesday. For the moment, I'm just not liking any of my writing, and I'm too tired to care.)

“Okay guys, I'm going to need you to move from this table.” Raistlin demanded, quite reasonably. “Why?” The students asked humbly. “Well you see, this table is the closest to the restricted area of the Library, and right now, I really need to get in there.” A reasonable answer as far as Raistlin was concerned. “But we were here first.” A reasonable argument, but Raistlin really didn't care. “Move. Before I make you move.”

Packing their books up and leaving, Raistlin put the old book on the table, next to the cylindrical object known as the Ouroboros. There were books in the restricted section of the library that would have more information on this language. Before he left the objects behind on the table, he summoned a barrier of flames around the table. They would burn all but himself, the table, the objects placed on them, and the objects he brought into it himself. Everything else would be burned. This was to ensure that no one could get to his newest project.

Heading to the back, he picked out four books that had similar markings. Two of them looked to be written studies of the language. Taking them back to the table, he started reading.

What seemed to be hours, but in all reality, only a few minutes, he made out the markings on the Ouroboros. Roughly translated, it said: Once Powered, It Is What You Make Of It. “Sure... That helps a lot.” However, one part was done, now all he had to do was figure out what it took to power it, and what exactly it could do once powered.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

(OOC: For the sake of keeping future events secret, I'm leaving out some things to explain them later on.)

Raistlin was smart, very smart. It only took him an hour to figure out what the respective symbols meant in the language. He hadn't even finished reading the book yet, but he didn't need to. He read what kind of power it took, and what the capabilities of it were. In the wrong hands... Just the mere thought of it actually put him on edge. For the first time in years, Raistlin bit his lip so hard it started to bleed.

Packing up his object, which he knew he would now have to protect with his life, and packing up the book for future reading, he left back to his dorm. He wondered what he could do with this... Even if the cost of using the object was quite steep.

Just the mere possibilities of the Ouroboros was enough to send thrilling shivers down Raistlin's spine.

(OOC: Yes, I'm intentionally making things cryptic. :mokken: )

It appeared that if it was powered the way it was, Raistlin would only be able to spend 2 hours away from it while it was powering whatever he was using it for. The Ouroboros was a grand object indeed. He now saw that depending on what it was being used to power, it really could wipe out an entire civilization. Though, Raistlin didn't have anything like that in mind, not in the slightest. However, in all honesty, he couldn't figure out what he could do with it that would be worth the steep price of charging the Ouroboros.

It took an enormous amount of energy to power it. And once it was powered, it could do just about damned near anything you wanted it to. A rather nice concept, and once Raistlin figured out what it cost to fuel the object, it was no wonder that the makers decided to call it the Ouroboros. It now made perfect sense to him.

Raistlin leaned back in his chair and smiled. Leaning towards the left a little bit, and reaching into the mini-fridge for a Coke, he popped the top and sipped from it with that grin on his face. Once he figured out what could be worth that kind of price, he would indeed use the Ouroboros. Then he could prove to his Father and everyone else that he truly was the greatest Mage of his time.

Kutisaka Amane
Kitten

"This may look unusual to others, but if it is what you want, I don't care what they think of it..."

Amane purred softly as he petted her. Despite the fact she was a wild, feral beast in this form, there was still a part of her that enjoyed contact. Perhaps it was due to her human side. Amane couldn't be sure.

"It is nice to see you again. It has only been hours, but it has seemed like days, I've been thinking about you so much during this time, Amane..."

Amane's head tilted curiously. She was unused to being around others as before she came to the school, the feline hunted alone or with her mother and kept relatively to herself.

"Might I ask what brings you here to the Great Hall? While I've seen you as more of a playful feline, seeing you now I can sense the wild side of you, as that of a feral beast, a black panther, prowling under the night sky, under the light of the moon...ugh, sorry, I got carried away..."

She chuckled softly; a rather odd sound coming from a large panther some might think. Amane paid no attention to the odd glances that were shot her way as she answered Wolf's question.

"I am not tame... I do not pretend to be like these every day domesticated cats that will happily sit on the sill cleaning themselves all day. I'm a born hunter..." she sighed softly. "I'm here for a mission."

"If you're finished. We have a mission to complete. If you both survive the Ice Dragon, you can pet her all you want. You should do the same. Stops you from pulling a muscle or a hamstring in the middle of a mission. And that's going to save your life if you're in a capture or eliminate mission."

Amane laughed softly, stretching her lithe feline body out in one, limber movement. The girl was right. If Amane wasn't prepared for what was to come, anything could happen. Amane really didn't want to end up looking like a complete idiot in front of Wolf.

She rose as her body shifted to her human form, arms stretched above her head.

"Indeed, you are right." She gave the other girl a respectful bow and adjusted the tanto sheathed at her waist.

"Come on. We're leaving."

Amane gave Wolf a glowing smile. "Seems we're on the same mission, Wolfy! Let's get to it!"

Veerle Shinja
Taking Charge

"Ehehehe... Um... Ms Veerle, i'm new here so... do you mind if you lead the way?"

Veerle strode confidently towards Maya, adjusting her halberd so it sat across her back, held by a belt like appendage that strapped across her chest. Cracking her knuckles, Veerle rolled her neck before continuing forwards.

"Stay close to me," she said, assuming Maya was following.

Veerle was perfectly competent enough in battle to handle herself... and then some. However, if they ran into trouble and Maya lost her cool, things could easily turn hairy. The girl didn't seem as confident in her abilities as Veerle was... and whilst that wasn't usually a problem, it gave Shinja no indication as to the powers the girl housed. For all she knew, she could be taking care of a ticking time bomb.

Striding through the gates and continuing along in silence until the forest loomed ahead of them, Veerle peered over her shoulder only once as she came to a halt.

"Keep your head. If you need help, don't be afraid to shout for me."

Crimson Wolf
slight misjudgment

After Amane had chuckled softly after Wolf finished speaking, mildly amusing to hear come from a Panther, she proceeded to answer his question.

"I am not tame... I do not pretend to be like these every day domesticated cats that will happily sit on the sill cleaning themselves all day. I'm a born hunter..." she sighed softly. "I'm here for a mission."

Then in response to the mission leader's words, she rose up, shifting into her human form. 'Haven't seen that in a while...' Crimson Wolf thought to himself. He was intrigued, as it was the first time he saw a feline do this.

"Indeed, you are right." She gave the other girl a respectful bow and adjusted the tanto sheathed at her waist.

Amane gave Wolf a glowing smile. "Seems we're on the same mission, Wolfy! Let's get to it!" When it is time to go, one departs. So they made off towards where the mission would be taking place, and though focused mostly on the mission, there was something he had to get off his chest just quick as they were on their way...

He looked over at Amane, and quietly spoke to her saying "I know we must focus on the mission now, still just trying to get used to the idea of you out on a mission...but on that note I apologize for my...slight misjudgment..."

After a moment of pause in speech, he continued. "I hope you don't take offense to it Amane, I do know now that you are, as you say, born a hunter, and aren't like a domesticated house cat...dare to say I've done my share of hunting myself...

We can talk more later, right? Need to focus on this mission now..."
Slowly he redirected his head to straight ahead, at their destination.

Escaflowne

Maybe so, but you may also have to consider that the docks may be one of their landing points as well. They will not be just attacking the school, they will attacking any student of Eureka on this island, even those in Eureka Town, so the civillians safety must also be considered as well. Whatever strategy on how to defend the island should be agreed upon by the headmaster and the head of the Disciplinary Committee, since Rastlin's Committee would help maintain order. I'm just hoping that the government isn't really involved in this."

Unlikely with the point about the Government's involvement.

It seemed grim. Daiga was just a fighting school. If it was combat capabilities taken into comparison, both schools were pretty much on par. However, throw magic and special capabilities into the mix, and Daiga was at the very least, going to be gambling big if they attacked Eureka.

Daiga people aren't stupid. They know they probably would be hard pressed to just attack us. If they do succeed in overtaking us, then they win the gamble, but more likely than not, they won't. They must have some pretty heavy duty support if they are willing to pull risky maneuvers. Unprovoked attack on another school is bad press after all.

Back onto the matter of student safety and possible evacuation, the landscape of Eureka Academy was also a point of debate. It was an island. That meant the only way of escape was boat. The main docks was going to be a hot zone if a battle came up, so other docks may need to be used.

Its quite true about the docks. We cant have people evacuating from the main dock if a battle is raging there. Unless we repulse the Daiga on their first wave, we only have a small window of time to get students off before they launch another wave. We should find other possible docks to use as well. Even if they aren't as big, at least students are getting off the island.

Last on her mind was of course the worst case scenario. The Daiga land and has taken control of some LZ. If thats the case, they need to set up choke points and funnel points for defense.

Lastly, if they do manage to get a hold of some landing point, then i really assume the final fallback point will be the school. If we do settle on that, then we should set up funnel and choke points along our fallback routes. The longer we stall them the better. I opt for keeping the battle in the town, but thats only being optimistic. Of course, we should definitely finalise a plan ASAP with the other powers in school. Are we able to get a hold on Raistlin and some DisCo members for an immediate meeting Stella?

Maya

"Stay close to me,"
Like a shadow, Maya stuck with Ms Veerle. She did indeed see the display of Delijah earlier on and the repercussion for disobeying this "Disciplinary Committee" did not seem pretty. In fact, it almost seemed oppressive. However, given the interaction within the last few minutes with Ms Veerle, maybe it wasn't so bad and arbitrary. Whilst in her own thought, Maya almost walked into the back of Ms Veerle when she stopped. The forest towered over Maya, its ancient trees blocking much sunlight, though a hazy light still wafted through. It looked peaceful enough, but many fairy tales had rather peaceful looking forest which harboured many savage beasts.

"Keep your head. If you need help, don't be afraid to shout for me."

*Gulp* Yes Ms Veerle.

The warning seemed more like someone entering hostile territory than just the school forest. It unnerved Maya slightly, but was quickly corrected and pushed aside by the knowledge that she had Ms Veerle.

I should be safe...... NO! I WILL be safe. Yes.... Lets go...

With her confidence back up somewhat, Maya followed after Ms Veerle.

Alan blinked disbelievingly. Would he really have to take control of this mission? Though it didn't seem like Delijah or Eluniel wanted to be in charge, and this could be a good chance to impress a member of the Disciplinary Committee, which could only be a plus. So he took a deep breath and spoke to the team in what he hoped was an authoritative tone, but was most likely a childish stammer.

"Let's go, then."
___________________________________________________________
As Athena walked down the concrete path, trusting that Crimson Wolf and Amane would be close behind, she briefed them on the mission's finer points. They had only been told that there was an ice dragon nesting in the shore caves that needed to be driven out, but now was the time for the more intimate details.

"Ice Dragons tend to stay in sub-zero climates for most of the year, nesting in snowy mountains and the like. However, as the weather gets warmer, they tend to favor damp caves such as our destination, and usually stay there for the remainder of summer. However, this dragon has been remarkably aggressive and several tourists and residents have been injured in its territorial rampage. It must be eliminated at all costs."

As concrete became sand, and the cave became visible in the distance, Athena folded her arms and observed the great gaping entrance from afar. "Prepare for battle."

After a quick breakfast mainly to get something in his system, Joey headed out for a stroll. His back was feeling worse than that morning, but he had to go find something to keep his mind somewhere else.

"I know, I'll take a stroll around Eureka. Maybe I'll find something to do there."

While walking, he noticed Ray and his wolf playing. He didn't know if he would get what he wanted, but he knew he wouldn't if he didn't ask. As he approached, his back started getting tighter, until he was forced to walk hunched over.

"Hey, Ray. How's it going?"

Ray and Kisharu were running around, Ray was laughing. They were having a jolly old time. Ray had been tackled by Kisharu and he was on the ground when he heard a familiar voice say, "Hey Ray. Hows it goin'?" Ray got up off the ground and brushed all of the grass off of him. He noticed how hunched over Joey was, and he couldn't help but wonder. But instead he let his manners hid his curiosity.

"Oh, hey Joey. Didn't see you comin'. I'm pretty good, how about you?" It was good to see his roommate outside of the school, otherwise it might get awkward in the later days of the school year.

"Oh, hey Joey. Didn't see you comin'. I'm pretty good, how about you?"

"I would be better if I wasn't in complete pain right now."

He could tell that Ray wanted to ask him about why he was hunched over, but he decided to wait until he asked to give the answer. He was glad that Ray was having a good time, and he wished that he himself was having a better time.

"This might seem like an odd question, but do you by chance have any painkillers? My back seems to be really messed up right now."

As Arukab was waiting patiently for something to happen in the Arena, another teacher had approached him. The only reason he knew it wasn't a student was clearly because of the lack of sect indication and his age. He was not too familiar with this teacher, though he did know who it was.

"I assume you are Professor Tragide. I don't suppose you would be able to tell me about spellblade tactics. Or at the very least, be able to tell me what my training lacks..."

"Yes, I am Professor Tragide, but I prefer it if you call me Arukab. I'm a little less formal than most people here." He stood up and looked at his co-worker. "I've seen my fair share of people who use spell blades, but it is a very..." He paused for a second to search for the word he wanted. "...Personalized technique. The very few I have seen all use if differently. I myself don't have the magic capabilities to do this, so I can only advise certain things to assist you."

The handle to his gun began to crawl out of his palm. He grabbed said handle and pulled out his gunblade. "But if I can get a demonstration?"

OOC: Just looking for some action :hmph:

Ray later...

Taron:

"Understandable...Arukab..." The first name of a professor felt somewhat off in Taron's mouth. "Despite that my mother taught me the basis of my style, I have added my own touches." He pulled his blacksteel longsword from the sheath on his back and brought it forward with both hands. "You shouldn't worry about magic, Arukab. It is...undesireable for me to use magic at the current time."

He kept his blade in as he took a breath to clear his mind as well as he could. The heat of a battle was relfex; tactics played only a small part. Taron already knew his first move. He rushed Arukab, blade pointed to the right, aiming for the aread behind Arukab and to the left.

Predicting a block or some sort of parry from such an experienced person, he twisted around as soon as he got close enough for a counter to be implemented, rendering a potential counter a wasted effort. He kept the momentum going as he came behind Arukab to slash at his back, additional force added from the whirl. He kept himself facing Arukab, knowing there would be some sort of retaliation.

Mishra:

"Uncanny, that boy.." Mishra muttered. "But absolutely perfect!" he said, clapping his hands together. "Oh, but WHAT shall I teach him tonight?" MIshra flipped over his desk to sit in the chair and began yanking out the drawers in the desk. The lower ones were full of his teaching plans for class so none of it was going to be good; his new protege would be learning that just by attending. Besides, all of the files in those drawers were unorganized; he just yanked out one each day.

Pulling out the top drawers revealed his 'in progress' experiments. Again these were of no help for teaching but his student could be instrumental in finishing them. He left the drawers on the floor where he had pulled them out and went over to the filing cabinet in the corner of the room. Pulling out the first one, he found it full of grade reports from the previous year.

"Why did I keep these again?" He asked himself as he started pulling them out. The papers flew around the room, littering the floor. As soon as he had emptied it, he moved down to the second drawer. This, too, was full of grading reports. "Seriously, why did I keep these?" These reports found themselves on the ground with their brothers, ready for the trash or as Mishra preferred, 'the incinerator.'

The next two drawers contained the necessary paperwork for most of Eureka Academy's actions: syllabi, discipline referrals, requisition forms, everything. "Nothing! he yelled. He went back to his desk and slumped over it in despair. "C'mon, c'mon, c'mon, think! Where else can your work be?"

A literal lightbulb came on over Mishra's head. Although it was more of a flicker. "Sorry." came a call from the hallway as one of the janitors pulled his hand away from the lightswitch. "Thought no one was in here." He came in and started to pick up the papers on the floor.

"Go ahead and throw the papers in the trash," Mishra said, getting up. He exited the lab through the wall behind his desk. The janitor blinked a few times at this before going back to work. In this place, that really didn't surprise him as much as it would some one else, not with the crazy people that went here. 'And this guy must be one of the craziest,' the poor janitor thought as he started trashing the papers.

Mishra left the lab and started stalking through the walls to his office, going through several classrooms that had just finished, earning him the stares of student and teacher alike. He didn't care though, he was on a mission. As soon as he got to his office, he pulled out a small drawer hidden under his personal desk. Inside was a black notebook, scarred by acid, flame, water, anything else that could be found in a lab.

Cointained within was every odd experiment that he had conducted and gotten favorable results, including those that had led to how he was now. He smirked at the memory. He wouldn't put Xe in that situation just yet, but he had already laid the groundwork for it. And there were things in this notebook that even the highest of experts and authorities knew of, let alone the headmaster. 'Certain things in this notebook could be used to cause cataclysmic events on the world and they're all mine...ALL MINE!!!'

He started cackling at the thoughts of destruction that could come of the information contained. "Oh, yes, there will be hell on earth." 'And soon,' he added in his head, 'someone else will know it.' He kept laughing as he put the notebook in its pocket within his coat. "A mighty conflagration can come to this world and set it ablaze in a flaming glory," he whispered. "It's easy to snuff out one person who knows about it, but what about two?"

OOC: Methinks I went a little overboard with Mishra...whatever.
