*Eureka Academy*

Raistlin decided that the best place to look for Krell was going to be his office. Even if he wasn't there, he could probably wait until he showed up. Walking to his office, he knocked on the door. Almost immediately, he heard Krell answer, “Come in.”

Wasting no time, he walked into Krell's office. “My apologies for bothering you twice in one day, especially so soon, but I've figured out what I can do with the Ouroboros that will give us the advantage in the upcoming attack.” Raistlin now stood in front of Krell's desk, and awaited his reply. He hoped that Krell would like the idea, but he wasn't going to know for sure until he just came out and said it.

“Sir, I can make the island fly... If that's okay with you. Certain teachers may try to tell you that the Ouroboros is a destructive god... Yes, in Norse Mythology. However, in Alchemy, it's much different. The Ouroboros is a snake that eats his own tail. Used in an Alchemic sense one could conclude that by feeding my own power into the artifact, I could then use it, once powered, to do amazing things. That's where the symbolism of the object comes into play. Myself and the Ouroboros become one, I feed myself into it, and use that as a medium for my power. Using this, I can make the school fly. Giving us the upper hand in combat.”

Realizing that he hadn't even given Krell an opportunity to speak, he grew silent, and waited for Krell to reply.

“My apologies for bothering you twice in one day, especially so soon, but I've figured out what I can do with the Ouroboros that will give us the advantage in the upcoming attack.”

Krell knew this was coming. Finally the mage had learned about the powerful artifact.

“Sir, I can make the island fly... If that's okay with you. Certain teachers may try to tell you that the Ouroboros is a destructive god... Yes, in Norse Mythology. However, in Alchemy, it's much different. The Ouroboros is a snake that eats his own tail. Giving us the upper hand in combat.”

"I'm very much aware of the Articats spread all throughout the island. Each one is powerful in it's own way. Sadly though, the price of power is a huge one. Are you sure you know what you're getting yourself into?"

Krell could feel himself going to have to show Raistlin the deep depths of the school. "When the time comes....if you're ready, meet me in my office at the instance of attack. I will have something to show you at that time....And I believe Mishra is waiting outide this door?"

Krell stood to open the door, "don't be so shy....So many accusations and believes. I don't know what to think anymore." Krell said staring out at his office window to view the black creature swimming in the water's of Eureka.

"I'm sure you can make the island fly but that is not enough to stop the attack."

Raistin replied, “I'm sure. This is the only true home I have, Master Krell. I'll do anything, including paying the toll to use the Ouroboros. As leader of the DisCom, is it my duty to protect this academy, as a person, it's what I want.”

Raistlin knew what it would cost, and he knew that at the end of the day, it was going to hurt, rather badly. “When the time comes... If you're ready, meet me in my office at the instance of attack. I will have something to show you at that time... And I believe Mishra is waiting outside this door?” Krell then stood up to open the door. “Don't be so shy... So many accusations and believes. I don't know what to think anymore.” Krell looked out of his office window at that, most likely looking out into the water.

I'm sure you can make the island fly but that is not enough to stop the attack.” Raistlin knew this. However, stopping the attack was going to be impossible. It could be delayed, but nothing was going to stop it. “I'm aware. However, the least I can do is give us an advantage.”

Raistlin bowed, and left, waving to Mishra as he left. He was going to go ahead and get lunch. He was quite hungry.

Taron:

He smiled at the opening the teacher had made; it wasn't what he was expecting but good enough. He felt the gunblade against his stomach and his smile widened. "Am I dead, or are you dead?"

"I told you I'm a spellblade which means I'm just as good at magic as swordplay. For the purposes of this practice match, yes you won. But if this had been a real fight it would either end here with me as the victor or a long while later," he continued.

Putting his sword back into it's scabbard on his back, he held up two fingers. "I have two magics at my disposal, lightning and magma. As you blocked, I could have pierced your heart with either one, as easily as extending a finger."

Looking into the rip in Arukab's coat, he saw the glint of metal, similar to the silver gunblade in his hand. "If that metal on your arm is real silver like the sword then it is an excellent conductor for both. If I had charged my weapon your arm would have been charred beyond use."

"I should thank you for this as well. It was a suitable distraction from..." Taron trailed off, hoping it wouldn't come back to his head. Alas, it did but not at such severity. Now it was just a dull pulse. Whether the meds or the fight, he didn't know.

"Perhaps at some point we could have a real battle and see what happens?"

Mishra:

Mishra waved back at Raistlin as he left. He took it as a sign that Krell was free. He finished transcribing the list of forbidden yet shareable results into a spare notebook. He drifted in, phasing through the wall as he did and laid the notebook down on Krell's desk with a fanged grin.

"Now, headmaster, I know when you signed me on, you told me that I had to keep a portion of my work unused. However, with the forces we are up against, I think it may be time to allow me production of them. In this case you have no need to fear of student being harmed. Each of them has been tested by myself prior."

He flipped the notebook to a certain page and pointed with his tail at a picture he had drawn to accompany it. "Now, see this one. Its essentially a reversed black hole. It exerts force instead of drawing it in. Effectively he will press the enemy to the ground, making them unable to fight."

He pointed to a second picture. "Or it is an effective deterrant from air barrages. Granted it doent seem too deadly but depending on the proportions of the ingredients, it can crush mountains." His smile widened even further. "I can do it either way, submission or death."

Mishra continued like this, pointing out a few more items of note. The final page was the most deadly in there though. "The endless meteorain. Awhile back i discovered combination that opened a rip in space to another dimension. It is a world of bursting magma and falling meteors. The magma bursts propel volcanic rock at least 50 ft into the air. If I were to open a rip above the army then I can release an endless firestorm."

Clapping the book shut, he smiled again. "So do I have your permission to use all of my resources at hand?"

Arukab

After listening to the explanation of who might have died in that situation, Arukab dwelled in that thought for a minute. The student was right. There was no way he could have survived from any sort of magic that he had no defense against. "Well, You got me there." He said with a proud look on his face. Despite this not being his student it pleased him to see that at least one student knew how to fight with style and technique.

"Perhaps at some point we could have a real battle and see what happens?"

"Perhaps. Until then, keep practicing. That fire I saw looked like it might have been a wonderful collection to your abilities. Teach it to obey you." Arukab knew he could not help such a thing. His weakness was magic, so there was no way he would even consider risking his life to teach a student this. Besides, that display of knowledge and strategy showed that he might even be able to do it himself.

Just a few seconds after he had said this, Arukab heard his name being shouted. It was the voice of an old friend. It was Krego. Arukab then looked at the student, "Anything else?" As Krego approached .

Krell thought for a minute. Such a technique was extremely dangerous, especially when used on school grounds. "If you are to use such a technique, keep it to soldiers and machines only. Try not to get the Eureka students involved. You will have to go completely into enemy territory to unleash such a foul thing." Krell said as he walked back to his desk.

Sitting he went back to his paperwork. Hopefully there would not be an attack at all...

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Of course I would!"

Stella noticed as Ray's pet Kisharu went to rub his head on her leg. She stooped down to pet him and even threw in a belly rub for the wolf like creature. Standing back up she gazed at Ray. A happy moment what what she needed at that moment. "Speaking of that date tomorrow...can we meet at the courtyard fountain?" she asked.

She would make plans early on. Hopefully there woul dbe no attack on Eureka at all.

Ray

Ray giggled when he saw Stella hug Kisharu. "Well, he likes you," Ray said with some enthusiasm in his voice. After he said this, Stella had asked to meet with Ray at the fountain for the date. "Uh, sure, sounds great! What time?" Ray was getting nervous again, but excited none the less. He thought Stella was a pretty girl, so it was only natural for him. He might even try to take her hand today...if he had the balls to do so.

Taron:

"Not really, Arukab. But it does prove one thing. If i had simply been a warrior then perhaps I would be in the red sect. But it seems I'm blue because of my magic. Still, they know whats best, don't they?"

Taron left Arukab to the other man, not really minding it. His now less cloudy mind was thinking of Eluniel. She was supposed to be on a mission. 'I suppose I can wait on her. She will probably come back to the same spot.'

He left the arena and headed back to the gardens, taking a seat at the spot where he had had lunch with Maya and Eluniel. He wasn't hungry at the time so he just sat there and waited for her to come back. Surely it couldn't take all morning?

Mishra:

Mishra couldn't help but giggle at the thought of the literal destruction he would rain down upon the enemy. He simply disappeared from in front of Krell, leaving his whisper of "Goodbye, Krell.." lingering int he air.

On the floor below he drifted through the halls, indignant at Krell's name calling. 'How dare he call my work foul! He just can't see my greatness,' he fumed. Still, he now had his permission and everything at his disposal; he had worded it just right for that.

He was back in his lab, ready to begin his work. The papers were all cleaned up from his previous search and the drawers were back in place. He clapped his hands together. "How absolutely bloody excellent. Work can finally begin."

He found the lab's equipment, and without care for himself, pulled out several dozen flasks, beakers and everything else he could get his hands and tail on to. He stood at the empty side tables, filling the containers with the necessary reagents from his sword, leaving his fingers at the edge to let it pour right into the beaker.

"This is gonna be great." He had almost completely forgotten his new apprentice though. Somewhere in his shattered mind though, a voice called out hoping to get Mishra's attention and draw him back to his student.

OOC: I'm done until someone either approaches one of my chars, or Eluniel (Taron) or Xe (Mishra) come to them. Otherwise, expect a continuance when Oliver is back.

The trio walked into the garden woods. A sort of excitement was building up within Eluniel, and even more as the surrounding sounds of nature greeted the group. Playing with her hair, she followed as Delijah instinctively took leadership of the group. Her eyes were darting around her, mesmerized by the lush greenery and the occasional colors. She was particularly attracted to one when she noticed a strange creature hover over it.

There is one. Careful. Slow and easy... we'll surround it so that it doesnt have an escape path.”

As Delijah says this, she strafes to the left. Amused, Eluniel decided to go from behind the pixie. Her steps were uneasy but quiet enough.

Raistlin walked back to his dorm figuring that since his mission didn't start until the afternoon, that he would just grab a quick bite to eat at his dorm. Thinking that he would probably eat something simple, like a sandwich, some chips, and a coke. As he walked back to the dorm, he saw a rather large black cat walking around campus. Odd... It looks so familiar... Raistlin thought.

However, it was just a cat, he convinced himself as he walked to the front door of his dorm. Throwing his bag on the bed, and walking towards his fridge, he pulled out ham, cheese, mayo, and lettuce. Grabbing the bread from a nearby cabinet, he made his rather simplistic sandwich. Grabbing some regular potato chips, he put them in his sandwich. The ultimate simplistic sandwich experience. Grabbing a coke from the fridge, he sat down and ate.

He couldn't help but think of how much powering the Ouroboros was going to hurt.

Cameron Majere watched as his son walked by, not realizing that the big black cat he saw was his Father. It was better this way, Raistlin wouldn't like what his Father had come here to do. Besides, Cameron rather found it enjoyable to walk around as a cat and listened to what students had to say about issues, political events, and studies.

At times, a student would notice him, and pick him up and pet his long black fur. Cameron knew why cats enjoyed being pet like they did. Once the student walked to class, they would set Cameron down, and Cameron would walk somewhere else. Giving himself the private tour of the arena, in which it seemed like someone just got done with a fight.

He also went to the student council room, the Dis Com room, a couple of classrooms, and then finally started heading towards Krell's office. Instead of turning back into a human, he just went into the room unexpected, and sat on a chair in front of Krell's desk.

Krell sat at his desk writing up the last of the reports of the new school students. Work was becoming tiring as luch had set in. Krell awaited his guest and decided to fix himself a nice meal for lunch. It turned out that he no longer housed a full cabinet of food anymore. Instead Krell focused and conjured up a pot of boiling water and a tea set. He then conjured up loaves of bread of which he set to the side and took out some butter from a drawer near his cupboard.

Sitting back at his desk he made the tea and poured thesteaming water into a tea pot. Letting it sit for a while, Krell gazed at a black cat sitting upon the chair in front of his desk. "Ah, Cameron just in time." Krell said. "Would you like some tea?"

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Uh, sure, sounds great! What time?"

Stella smiled. "Early in the morning. Make it 6 okay?"

She was happy, and wanted to only think about school things. "Hey let's go have lunch!" She grabbed Ray by the wrist and attempted to lead him to the cafeteria. Lunch today was suprisingly different. There was a wide selection of foods and it smelled even better than yesterday. Stella spotted the kid who's lunch she had stolen the day before. When he saw her he shrank away into the massive cafeteria crowds.

Stella already knew what she would get. Maybe a healthy salad. Along with a nice big slice of cheesy pizza!

If a cat could smile, this one would have been doing it. Transforming back into a human, she sat upright in the chair. “I would love a cup, thank you,” he said, putting fresh tobacco in his corn cob pipe and lighting it up with fire from his fingertip. Taking a couple of puffs, and blowing the smoke in the air, he smiled at his old friend. “It's very nice to see you again, old friend. How long has it been?”

After several hours of searching, Elaine finally gave up. She didn't have time to go off searching for a map. At this point, it is better off to train for the upcoming invasion.

Leaving her room, Elaine moved down to the cafeteria. It has been ages since she ate, guess events probably make her not so much hungry.

Nonetheless, if she didn't eat now, she was going to regret it later. Walking into the Cafeteria, she took up a tray and started looking for what was available to eat...

“I would love a cup, thank you,”

Krell smiled. He had called Mr. Majere to the school once again to teach for a reason. The cat had long since become a man and Krell poured some tea into a teacup on a tray he instantly conjured up. Steam billowed from the cup as he set it in front of Cameron. "So delighted you could join me."

“It's very nice to see you again, old friend. How long has it been?”

"My old senile brain has long since forgotten the passage of time." Krell joked as he poured himself a cup. He took a loaf of bread and began to eat. "Help yourself if you like, there's plenty."

Krell chewed the bread and took a sip of green mint tea before gazing his old friend in the eye. "I trust you got all the information I sent you?"

Taking another puff from his pipe, he spoke as smoke left his lungs with every word. “Yes, I gotten it. It seems the school is under verge of attack. From... Durga Academy, was it?” It was hard to believe that Academy could even get an attack planned. They weren't exactly well known for their skills... Better yet, they weren't well known for much of anything, save for being in the shadow of Eureka Academy, a much better school.

Taking a piece of buttered bread, and sipping his tea, Cameron then said, “how rude of me. I didn't offer you any tobacco at all. Would you like a smoke?” Cameron offered, putting a small brown back on the desk.

Suddenly, with his eye brows raised, “and my son... You told me he had a plan. What reckless thing is that son of mine up to now?”

Delijah

From the corner of her eyes, Delijah spotted Eluniel slowly moving towards the rear of the Pixie. It was perfect formation. All basic directions were covered. The pixie was as good as theirs. Sure that all was set and ready, Delijah set down the weaved cage and raised her net. She would aim a bit short of the target. At the very least, if she missed or the pixie dodged, it would go backwards towards Eluniel or right towards Allen. Her heartbeat throbbed throughout her body as she slowed her breathing. Catching small animals required a perfect state of mind. Several seconds flew by as Delijah stood with the net raised when she suddenly felt an opportunity. Her net came down fast but pixies were smart and sensitive creatures. It caught sight of the net in the last second and dodged. However, Delijah smiled a smile of victory. The poor being back flew backwards, straight towards Eluniel without a clue of where she as going.

Now! Eluniel!

OOC: To halt any questions I may get, I do have permission to post. Alright, now then; time to look at what the enemy has.

IC: Walking down the corridors was someone in a Diaga uniform. Not surprising, since this was Diaga Academy. Many students were in the corridors. However, there was a difference between this person and all the others was very visible.

There was a large silver star embroidered onto his uniform. Signifying his rank as...

"General!"

The General stopped and turned, his face impossibly calm despite the coming battle the next day.

"Yes?"

The student, breathless, saluted, and held it until The General nodded to him. The student then spread his legs shoulder width and clapped his hands behind his back in the parade rest position. (army goers should know it.)

"Sir, preparations are complete. All troops are prepared for the battle mentally, and shall be resting to prepare themselves physically. They all have their weapons in top condition, and will strike when ready. The ships are loaded, fueled, and the coordinates are set, so we can move out at a moment's notice. The time has been decided: the crack of dawn is when we will arrive and wipe them out."

The General nodded. All things seemed prepared. A few more questions, though...

"Good. Very good. Are the items I have requested ready?"
"Yes sir. They are awaiting pick-up in inventory. Your plan for your role has the green light: take out your targets, and Diaga will rip Eureka apart."
"Excellent. We shall wait for ten minutes to prepare ourselves, and then we shall board the ships and set out. Now then, if you shall excuse me: I hear a few students arguing in a manner that must be stopped."
"Sir?"

The General tilted his head slightly toward the student.

"Get some rest. Dismissed."

The student went to attention, saluted, then left to his quarters. The General turned, walked four steps, and entered the room on his left.

Inside, two quarreling students had drawn blades, and the blades were clashing against each other. A third, obviously a bit smarter, had ear-muffs around his head and was lightly sleeping in his bunk. The two fighters didn't see The General until he had grabbed their blades by the hilts and shoved both blades an inch into the wooden floor, dragging the student's bodies down as they attempted to not dislocate their arm. The General eyed both of the students.

"Now then. I don't know why you are quarreling, nor do I care; all I want to know is why you are fighting and wasting energy when you should be prepping for the coming battle!"

The last bit was a roar, followed by him quickly releasing the blades and slamming the two into the wall via their collars. The General had earned his rank via two things: an excellent grasp of tactics, and that only a few people in Diaga could actually match him in combat.

"Now then, here's what your going to do. First, your going to retrieve your blades, and sharpen them back, since you obviously dulled them by fighting and shoving them into the wooden floor. Then, once that is done, you will report to assignments and tell the officer there that I suggested that you be transferred to the front line unit, since you have so much energy you seem to want to burn off. Finally, your going to come here, rest, and when all of you are instructed to move out, you will apologize to your roommate for disturbing his sleep. AM I CLEAR?"

Both students, now thoroughly terrified of The General acting as a Drill Instructor, both nodded. The General released them, and they jumped to do the tasks they had been instructed to do. The General stayed for a few moments to make sure they were listening, then nodded slightly to himself, performed an about face, and walked out the door, continuing his pre-battle checks of the students by checking in, putting at ease any of their fears, and offering any helpful advice that they need.

He was a General. He is the leader of the Diaga forces. And he had only one goal: to cause the fall of the Academy.

Ray---

"6 am. it is then. You're an early bird I guess." Ray didn't usually wake up that early, but he had no problem doing so when he needed or wanted to. He just assumed that she had student council business to attend to, and he would be perfectly fine with that.

Arriving at the lunch line, he could see that the lunches were different than usual today. He thought nothing of it. Instead, he looked at Kisharu and said, "Whatd'ya wanna have, boy?" He was just trying to be silly, he only fed Kisharu the best food you can give a wolf. Looking back up with his usual soft smile, Ray then ordered a slice of Pizza.

Arukab + Krego---

"Not really, Arukab. But it does prove one thing. If i had simply been a warrior then perhaps I would be in the red sect. But it seems I'm blue because of my magic. Still, they know whats best, don't they?"

"Yes, I'm sure they do. Spellblade is a hard one to place." Arukab said as Krego stopped beside the two. Krego took note of the leaving student, as he could see there was something special about him.

Shrugging it off, Krego then looked back at Arukab. "We need to talk, there seems to be an urgent situation at hand. It's best we do it in either my or your office..."

“and my son... You told me he had a plan. What reckless thing is that son of mine up to now?”

"He's trying to use an object found on school grounds of ancient magic to make the school 'float'. I normally wouldn't recommend laying your own life on the line on an institution, but his dedication is inspiring."

Krell sipped another mouthful of tea before swallowing. "You may want to have a talk with him about his descision."

Eureka can defend itself from Diaga, Krell was rightfully sure of that. He took a bite out of his bread before realising that the missions would be finishing soon.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Stella munched on her pizza slice. The greazy goodness eased her mind, but hse knew that soone ror later she would have to work it off later. Stabbing a lettuce leaf with her fork, she played with her salad a little while looking at other kids in the cafeteria. She would need to find Cathal and Alan if she wanted to begin her next mission soon. She daydreamed while sitting in the cafeteria. If harm was to come, she wouldn't let any student in the school get hurt on her behalf.

'IT'S COMING!' Eluniel found herself thinking in that brief moment as she realized the Pixie coming her way. While she had been prepared, it would appear she wasn't as prepared as she would like to be. She had only just produced her neck from her item bag, just in time to prepare for the pixie.

The pixie flew right into the net, knocking Eluniel over. Fortunately, Eluniel fell over the net, conveniently sealing the net with her body... But what was more worrying, is whether or not the Pixie was crushed by her... Edging over slowly, Eluniel sighed.

Taking up the net, sealing the opening with her hands, she smiled softly to Delijah. The pixie struggled against the net, trying to push its way out to no avail. "U-um, I've got one," She said.
