Last album you bought/downloaded?

Depeche Mode: Black Celebration. An old album, but the epitome of Depeche Mode's gradual change to a darker, more serious tone. And it has such fan-favorite tracks as 'Black Celebration', 'Fly On The Windscreen' (a line of the lyrics for this song is in my siggy), 'A Questrion of Lust', 'A Question of Time', and 'Stripped' which was subsequently covered by Germen band Rammstein.

This is, needless to say, an awesome album.

Last album I bought was the Hoosiers last week, it's pretty nifty great to sing along to (badly in my case) and I bout The Killers - Sawdust as well which isn't too bad even tho I only bought it for Romeo & Juliette ^_^

I likes songs I can sing along too xD

I just downloaded Reise, Reise by Rammstein. I had heard only two of their songs before, which I liked, but I never got around to really listening to them. VR badgered me into and now I'm glad he did. I love the album and I'm planning on getting more of their stuff now. xD

Last Album i got was T.I. - T.I. vs. T.I.P. Its a rap album and its pretty sweet if your into Rap. T.I. is one of my favourite artists. Some of the songs are Raw, You know what it is, and My Type.

The Magic Position, by Patrick Wolf. A friend of mine had been bombarding me with songs of Patrick's for months, so I thought I'd buy it to check out the songs on it I'd yet to hear. It's a bit too happy and upbeat compared to his previous, darker stuff, but I love it.

There's a sale on at HMV so I bought The Best of Oasis seeing as my whats the story & definately maybe are practically dead

The Golden Compass soundtrack I believe. The music is beautiful, and better than I actually remember it being in the movie! Love movie soundtrack...Wait... Since then I've bought the Hairspray soundtrack and Edward Scissorhands one. Also good. Love the liveliness of Hairspray.

No Doubt - Tragic Kingdom, was the last album I downloaded, sure, it may be old, but I love No Doubt xD

I also bought the spice girls greatest hits so me and my friends could act like little kids again <_<

Distortion- The Magnetic Fields

A contender for first great album of 2008, Stephin Merritt's rich baritone is as fine as ever and Shirley Simms' songs are excellent too. The swirling fug of 'distortion' on all the songs actually works too.

I went by borders yesterday and picked up the Sweeney Todd Sound track, its a limited edition so ya'll better get it whilst you can :P. I love the duet between Mr. Todd and Mrs. Lovett, and for a musical I love the sound track.

And also picked up Daft Punk's new live album ALIVE, featuring their live performances, which are amazing(I saw them live at Vegoose XP!).

Last I got Rammstein's live DVD Volkerball, also limited version, comes with 3 live DVDs and a audio disc of their live performances. Limit edition comes in the form of a book, from there tours in Japan, Europe, and other places.

All three of them are orgasmic :P.

The last album i bought was Revelations from Audioslave; it wasn't as good as the others, but it had some good songs.

And the last download it was from Ikue Asazaki; a classical japanese singer. Her music is kinda weird, but it's pretty nice.

Last edited:
Gjallarhorn, an EP from 9mm parabellum bullet.

Though its not as good as Phantomime, its still a very nice set of songs if you like hard j-rock.

I just bought Libertad and 10,000 fists a couple weeks ago or so...
