[Real RP!] - Have Party, Will Travel

Raz stepped back, hands held with the palms up as Cerden took over. "It's all you, buddy." She let the mage do his thing. Healing was never her specialty. Killing, on the other hand...

"Don't be so sure," she said to Aaron, who was leaning casually against a pillar. "Whoever sent this thing after us," she jerked a thumb a the demonic rabbit, "Knew we were coming. This isn't over until the Duke is decapitated."

Aaron Sohm

"...Could be,he could have sent this to be a test of our current strength as well I suppose..Even so a couple of us are injured now so how should we go about looking for this guy?"He asked Raz since she seemed to know more about him than he did,Hell he has never even traveled down to this continent yet since tickets to go here are normally more than a average sellsword can manage to save up.

He pushes off the pillar and walks over to Raz to get his answer.

“Well, if he is testing us… there is not much more I can take, I am afraid.” Tali was ashamed to admit it, but she was getting really close to running on empty. “I have been a tad bit… excessive in my spell casting. They are strong, but they are also taking their toll. Plus, with my leg in the condition it is in, I am restricted to staying on Berhu.” She wasn’t ready to give up, of course. Quite the contrary, she wanted to keep going not only to see where it led, but to ensure Ryan gave her what he promised.

Sitting on top of Berhu, she folded her arms against her chest. “However, let it not go without saying that I want this man dead as much as the rest of you. If it was not for him, Berhu would have never stomped on my leg. Therefore, technically, it is his fault.” She said. “Plus… as a king there should be gold to loot.” There was a slight grin on her face as she finished.

Ryan practically crawled from under the rabbit's dead weight when it shifted away from him.

"Gwah!" he huffed as he felt himself free. "I am never going to look at rabbit stew the same ever again!" he bemoaned, before seizing his guitar and inspecting it. "My beautiful girl! Aah, she's okay. Thank the Muses! The great bard Dellatone knew what he was doing when he made you~"

He was interrupted in his happy musings from a sharp pain in his ribs. "Ow--OW. Well shit..." he muttered and then looked startled when everybody seemed to suddenly fuss over him.

"Raz no, don't--ow! Well when ya poke it like that it hurts!" he bitched. "No I can breathe okay, stop poking--Cerden, if you take advantage of this moment of mine to screw me up for our later spar, I'll come back from hell and--ouch!"

Whatever Cerden was doing, it seemed to be working--if anything, Ryan felt like his self-healing was speeding up well beyond his normal abilities as a part-fiend.

"Well it's working..." he said tentatively. "Oh yes, Raz is so very right. That sick bastard's got to be around here somewhere. That rabbit was just him buying time. I'm not sure what other tricks that creep might have, but he's gotta be running out of options so--"

The loud rumble of the floor interrupted him. The room shivered before the floor, not too far from the dead rabbit, suddenly erupted outwards and a large purple creature leaped out. It landed before them with a thud and drew itself to its full height--a good ten feet. It was darkly purple with a white-ish chest, curled horns, the face of a man warped by Hell, red eyes and legs and tail like a dragon's and the musculature of a body-building bear. A blue pendant hung from his broad neck.

"This travesty shall end now, weaklings. I have not grappled with this plan for years just to have it stolen away by a motley assemblage of rogues!" he growled.

But Ryan just stared, all the while feeling like he could stand--it seemed like Cerden's healing had also replenished some blood. "Dude. You have six nipples."

The demonic Duke started at the absurdity of the statement. "...What?!"

"Look at yourself! You have six nipples. What the fuck is up with that? You said I'll turn myself into a demon and the first thing you asked for is six nipples?" Ryan insisted.

And the bard was right; the demon's chest sported 6 spike-like nipples that were purple and stood out from the demon's chest like sore thumbs.

"Silence! That has nothing to do with your current situation! I will crush--!"

"Yes it does!" Ryan protested. "You have an unfair advantage now, I'm pretty sure nobody here wants to be looking at your six fucking nipples!"

"OH SHUT UP, you goddamn bard!" the demon roared, shaking his fists. "You come in here, try to seduce my daughter--"

"No, she tried to get in my pants and I didn't want to!"

"You humiliate me through poetry and music! I imprison you, and you remain provocative and irreverent! I begin using you as a means to my plan, summoning the powers of hell--and still you mock me! Just HOW will you ever shut up?!"

Ryan turned to the others. "You guys see this?! I'm ALWAYS getting bad rap like this. Why does everyone and their mother blame bards for everything!?"

Aaron Sohm

A explosion came from the floor of the room as a purple Demon bursts out from under the Rabbit,He watched as the demon did the normal "I shall Kill you all for blah blah blah reasons" and started to bicker with some of the group. He looked over to Raz and yelled to her."Oi!! Is this purple werido with 6 Nipples the king we're hunting..?"He yelled loudly so everyone heard even Mr.6 Nipple Man.

He waited on Raz's response

Cerden
Location: Morris Castle - throne Room(I think. xD)

After Ryan was fully-healed, Cerden stepped up and allowed him to get some stretches or whatever done. few moments passed, and something happened. Cerden could feel the shaking, and what happened next no one couldn’t expect.

It was hard for Cerden to keep a strait face. There were two reasons for this. One being the big, purple doofus that is shockingly the former duke. And two at how Ryan was arguing at the fact that Demon Duke had six, white nipples was a relevant thing or not. Yeah, sure those nipples were uglier than the duke’s face, but was it really that important.

“Hey big dumb and purple!” Cerden shouted , “why don’t you go back into the hole you crawled out of, and come back with the standard TWO NIPPLES!”

It was pretty obvious that Cerden wanted to voice his opinions, but maybe he’s going to regret those words. When Cerden insulted the duke, it would be pretty obvious that he would get angry and Cerden would be on his list of people to kill, but really everyone in the room(well except the dead bunny) is on his list of people to kill. Everybody here did at least one thing to piss this guy off.

Taking the big dummy serious for a moment, Cerden noticed his features, and he saw that the now demonic duke was quite tall, and also quite ugly. Purple and white were the colors his body bore, and he had the physical body of some kind of freakish bear demon. He also had a tail of some big-ass dragon. All-in-all, the new form the Duke took over is one to be intimidated by, but Cerden doesn’t get intimidated easily, so it doesn’t effect him…yet.

“Whatdaya say, Gary? You think we can take him?” Cerden said gripping his Twin Heart short swords. Gary gave out his battle cry, running his front left leg back and back on the ground and head pointed upward with it going left to right in a wild motion.

“Say Ryan…What does your gut tell ya? Is big ugly here like all the others? Or is he actually going to provide me a challenge?”

"See? I told you that you would fall today, if you take comments about your new appearance this easily to heart, I cannot begin to imagine how you will do during the fight." Seth stated dangling around the duke's neck.
It was true, he had gotten more powerful, there was no doubt about it. But another addition to his appearance were as the bard first mentioned; he had six nipples. Not that this really mattered but the changed man did indeed react to the petty insults like the man he used to be.

"This man has gone through all that-" Seth started replying to his last comment about the bard's insulting nature. "-and he still stands against you. He has friends this time and he clearly got away last time you had him. Even with your changed exterior your mind is still as fragile as before." Seth insulted the man. It was clear that Seth was indeed correct, if the now demon Duke had evolved his mind to his new exterior look as well, he would not take the insult as he did; he would not be as self-conscious as he was. Though it was not a guarantee it was a valid tactic to take advantage of his still-human mind.

Seth tried speaking louder, aiming his 'voice' at the adventurers in the room.
"Can someone put me in some water!?" he tried to 'shout' out, but due to his physical body and how his 'speech' worked, odds were that no one besides those with the most accute sense of hearing would pick it up, or those standing within a meter or two from the Duke (~3-6ft).
Seth quickly found out that the odds of him being heard were quite small, though he hoped that someone might pick it up during the course of the upcoming fight. At least see the gem that was dangling around the Duke's neck with an eye inside; the specific part here is that said eye moves around on its own regardless of which angle the gem itself is in.

---------------------------
OOC : Yes, Seth is that amulet around the Duke's neck. Know that Seth 'speaks' by vibrating the gem that is his body to create sound-waves, these are very low even when you are close; so odds of anyone beside Ty hearing this at this moment is very slim.
Feel free to note 'the odd gem with an eye in it' that the duke is using as an amulet; but unless you have strong ties to the element of water, odds are that you will not get it right away.

Raz shrugged at Aaron's question. "Deal with that later. And don't sweat it, Tali. A tired mage is still a substantial threat. If worse comes to worse, just draw yourself up imperiously, spout a bunch of nonsense and by the time the enemy realizes a spell isn't coming, Berhu will be snacking on them." Raz winked one red-black eye impishly. "I've seen a mage use that before. Very effective."

When the purply Duke burst from the floor, roaring, Raz just quirked an eyebrow. "Looks like he came to us," she told Aaron dryly.

"You think you got it bad?" she called to Ryan. "Once people see I'm a woman, I get bombarded with shit like this!" She jerked a thumb at the six-nippled demon. "And it's PURPLE too! I hate purple! This is every day for me, pal."

With dissonant nonchalance that seemed out of place in the situation, Raz walked over to stand by Ryan, drawing her sword as she did. Casually, she swung the sword up to let it rest on her shoulder. She smiled dangerously at the demonic Duke.

"No fucking respect."

Tysorai grunted as the rabbit finally shoved aside, and he backed up and...well, he couldn't 'survey' his surroundings, being blind and all, but rather took a moment to take everything in. Aside from the smell of hasenpfeffer - cooked hasenpfeffer, no less - Tysorai wasn't particularly impressed with what he smelled and heard. He remained silent, but observant; the presence of those he did not trust was more than enough to convince him to keep his mouth shut. Take no risks, leave no bodies.

Ty was the first to feel the ground move, and leapt up to grab onto a wall hanging. He planted his feet against the wall and pushed off, grabbing onto a nearby tree before vaulting himself to another one on the other side of the room*. He felt the tremors, then the crumbling of the ground reverberated through the air. He listened to the exchange, perched as he was on the top of the tree; it was uninteresting, and idiotic, banter. The demon itself - from what Ty gathered, it was indeed the duke (who smelled rather strongly of dark magic) - was very nearby, not even ten yards, and obviously facing the other way. Tysorai launched himself and grabbed onto the demon duke by the head. He used the head as a mid-air pivot, swinging around and using the force to throw the king backward. It half worked; Tysorai had just planted his feet on the ground when his arm was grabbed roughly and he was thrown back towards Ryan. Tysorai landed on the ground rolling backwards, and used the momentum to leap up and slide to a stop on his paws. Tysorai straightened up and said, "Forget the nipples, have any of you noticed that he seems to be flashing his gadget? I can smell it from here..." He cocked a smile, flicking a throwing knife up in the air and catching it. He repeated the action several times, saying, "Seriously, at least do us all a favour and wear some pants." He caught the knife and threw it with lightning speed. The knife whirled through the air and severed the duke's hanging wang from his crotch. As the duke roared in pain and indignation, Ty said, "Nobody wants to see your junk."

Tysorai grabbed another knife to throw, then stopped as he heard something. It was faint, and he almost didn't hear it as the duke threw a rock right at him and the assembled warriors, but even as Tysorai dodged to the side and leapt back up onto a tree he knew he could hear something. It was vibrating, like a glass ringing from being tapped...and it was coming from the duke. Ty honed in on the sound with his ears, rotating them both forward towards the duke...and he realized the sound was coming from the duke's neck. It was saying, "...water...can someone put me in some water..." Tysorai leapt off the tree as the duke grabbed it to swing at Aaron, and as he did so he thought of one of his favoured assassination techniques. If the duke was pulling a trick...Oh yes, I'll give you water.

Ty dodged behind a column and focused, drawing water from a nearby pot to him. He moved his right hand back and forth, palm downward, then swept it up and around. The result was a stream of water swerving out of the pot and coalescing into a bubble of water in his hand. Tysorai chanced a brief twist of his ear towards the battle; even as he concentrated on the bubble, the duke roared and made to attack somebody else. But, Ty thought, it wouldn't really matter. He leapt out from behind the column and pushed forward, shooting the ball of water at the duke's head. The water missed, but Ty pulled back, stopping it before it hit a wall or something. Instead he waited until the duke roared again, then pulled the water back towards the source of the sound. With a grin, Tysorai closed his hands, locking the bubble of water over the duke's head. "Suck on that, you bastard," he smirked. His smile vanished, however, as he began to lose control over the water. He could hear it; the water was moving, and he wasn't the one moving it.

What the hell?!

((OOC: Heehee, I love this taunting thing we have going here. It's just fun as hell xD

Also, I believe that Seth is now in the house. Everybody, run away from the weird eye!))

(OOC: Meh post is meh)

Just as it started to look as if everything was now okay… things got worse. The floor shook as if the building itself was angry, and near the rabbit jumped out a large purple colored creature. It was huge, and from the looks of it was angrier than the rabbit. However, what caught Tali’s gaze was a large blue pendant. It looked as if it could have been worth a kings weight in gold! “This travesty shall end now, weaklings. I have not grappled with this plan for years just to have it stolen away by a motley assemblage of rogues!”

Tali was insulted. She was neither “motley” or a rogue. She was just about to say something to him when Ryan picked out the most absurd thing to focus on: the fact that the demon had six nipples. Tali hadn’t even noticed that when she saw him. However, the second Ryan decided to point out that little detail Tali couldn’t help but look, and then avert her gaze as she cracked a smile. She may have not have liked the sight of it, but it was a little funny.

Ryan and the demon exchanged words, and she couldn’t help but agree that she didn’t want to look at a giant demon with six nipples all day. Surely if one was going to make himself into a giant demon he would have had someone prepare him a giant shirt or a suit of armor… anything. It was very hard to believe that the demon she was now looking at was a king at one point of time. Everyone else seemed to be joining in on the insults too.

For a split second, she thought she heard someone whispering… but she paid it no mind. It was probably just her imagination. Besides, who would be whispering? They were the only ones there… besides the demon with the abundance of nipples. It was then that Ty and the demon started going at it. Tali did nothing but watch as she started charging another lightning spell. This one would be huge compared to her others, so she could do nothing but focus and channel her energy in the meantime.

Little to say, she her concentration was broken when she noticed that the gem around the demon’s neck was… not right. The water that he just dumped on the Demon was moving… on its own. Tali wasn’t moving it, no one else appeared to be… “W-what is that?”

OOC : FINALLY! Seth joins!
*fangirl squee*
----------------------------------------------
Seth was rather helpless dangling in his current situation, he was a water elemental without water, or as the saying goes; a fish out of water… Just without that whole strangulation part.
The adventurers seemed rather set on taking out the duke, something that Seth completely agreed on, after all though the duke had more or less infused the gem with infernal energies the gem was still clear on the blasphemy the now demonic man had done in trying to command the element of water. It is not commanded; it is guided!

Looking at the furred one, clearly a lykan, Seth found it interesting to what kind of insults the lot managed to spew out, but even more surprising the reaction the duke had to things like this. But it was not before the lykan pointed out the lack of any coverage on the demon’s nether regions that Seth realized that it might not be appropriate, all things considered. But even the trapped elemental had to let out a laugh when the werewolf took action; an incredibly skilled knife throw severed the Duke’s manhood from its base leaving but a stump and sack remaining.
“See, I told you, you will fall today. Not to mention that you are, by definition, no longer a man~” There were a taunting tone to Seth’s words; though he might be wrong in his own mind what Seth said made sense. He had been wrong by things regarding genders before due to his lack of having one after his own change all those years ago; but this still made sense dammit!

Then… It happened.
The lykan, it had powers to manipulate water? The lykan shared the gem’s power?
The closest to blissful happiness a being with little emotion could have; shared the same space as his mind should be. Seth was glad that this became a possibility, and what’s more it was currently en route towards Seth. He prepared to take vengeance on the duke, as soon as the water hit the…. He missed… That damn mongrel… Lifting Seth’s hopes up like this only to miss.
Seth felt a sort of despair as the eye looked around for alternative sources, after all there had to be wat*… Then, Seth’s wish came true.

No doubt to the Duke’s dismay the lykan had focused a decent blob of water over the demon’s head, a valid strangulation-on-land tactic that the gem had used more times in the past than he cared to count. But in this case it changed a lot of things, Seth didn’t expect the Duke to succumb to an effect like this, nor did he want to take the chance to let the water slip out of his hands… Figuratively speaking off course.
In his base form, the gem he is now, he has no control over water unless it directly touches the gem, and as Seth was an amulet he were further down on the chest than the water reached now. It nad become a waiting game, as if someone were to hold a child’s lollipop a centimeter (.3inch) away from his tongue.
Then it happened, a single drop fell down from the strangulation-dome and hit the gem, that was it; this was enough for him to gain control over the rest.

Almost as soon as the single drop hit the gem’s surface, it suddenly stretched into a thin needle back into the blob, forming a hairline of connection between the two. Over the course of a few seconds the bridge became wider until it reached a thumb’s thickness in with, at that time the bond was strong enough so in a split second all the water that were around the duke’s head just moved out of the lykan’s control and ended up around the amulet around the Demon’s neck.
“Finally.” The blob of water stated, now that he had water around him Seth’s speech reached a more audible level, most –if not all – in the room should be able to hear this if they wanted, something which might be a tad interesting all things considered.
The gem and blob of water fell to the stone floor, making its signature splash sound, but as strange as it sounds the water did not lose its shape instead smaller streams of water came from the room around it; from a few jugs here and there, some dank puddles that had formed over the years, from the very air itself. The water that was gathered started out as its various colors depending on its location; but it was cleaned before it entered the blob of water around the gem, the dirt falling to the ground bone dry as if someone dried the dirt out of the water. This went on for a few seconds until it formed the rough, the very rough, height and shape of a common human being. In a split second the water solidified, not as ice or something you could expect to happen, but into a human being.
“I told you, I warned you that this would happen-“ as the new man that had formed stood a few meters away from the demonic being. Seth widened his stance as he suddenly felt a tad sick, the energy that had seeped into the gem as well as the sudden ability to smell, or rather the ability to process smell.
His mind focused on the matter at hand; yes he had control again but he would be damned if he were to end up in the hands of this… thing, again. Not wanting to give the duke too much time to act on. Seth extended his arms halfway from his body, palms down and fingers spread as if he were trying grab hold of a large ball. Water formed from the same places around in the room as he got the water to form his body, though the main difference is that the water that formed under each of his hands did not go through the same cleaning process and stayed murky and far from clean.
A twitch of the fingers and the blobs of water froze into leg-long –and just as thick – spikes of ice, moving both his hands forward at the same time as if intending to clap forced the spears of frozen water to follow its master’s command and darted towards the center-mass of Seth’s ex-captor, its speed comparable to a master spear-thrower.

It was clear that whoever this… man.. was, he was a tad groggy, his face held more or less no expression at all but from how he were standing and moving it was clear that he were not feeling too well.

For those that did not get to reading his bio before, I suggest doing so to avoid misunderstandings.
For you lazy people, here be link ^^

Raz Answered Aaron's question and he smiled."Guess this moron sold his soul for something.Though if he wanted a stronger body could have made certain requests to look a little cooler..And maybe he wanted something bigger for the ladies."Scratched his head chuckling and glanced in fear when the Duke looked at him with intent to kill,But before he could do any type of attack a man took advantage and forced some kind of bubble over his head trying to drown the Duke.

He knew the situation was getting serious now.So Aaron took the sword from his back once again and took his stance."Well I have no interest in fighting this guy unless its in defense,so he's all yours I'll hang back and guard Tali."He spoke aloud as he slowly positioned himself to Tali not letting that ugly bastard leave his sight for a moment.

Ryan cocked an eyebrow at Ty. "Oh yeah, you're right. I guess I'm kinda over-used to seeing people's junk so it didn't really stick out as much as the six nipples..." he said, expecting to hear a chorus of 'what the fuck are you talking about', as it usually happened in such cases.

"Yowch, Ty, you didn't have to do that while I was lookin', jeez. That's it, I'm gonna start wearing a griggin' cup around you, from now on..." he muttered, wincing at the sudden castration.

However, he did crack his knuckles a bit, watching Ty have a go at the demon, before nudging Raz. "Watch yourself in this one, 'kay? The world needs all the handsome warrior ladies like you it can get~" he told her in a cheerful kind of way before his blood manifested a pair of gauntlets that spread up to his shoulders and made his arms look fairly monstrous.

The Duke had grabbed one of the of the columns of the hall--a real feat of aesthetic magic, turning a wooden column into a living tree--and had used it as a weapon, swinging and smashing it on the ground. Ty's initial efforts to do damage and distract the demonic being had paid off, as the Duke was now focused on him...and then the strange being that arose from the water that had been controlled. Ryan stared at the...guy for a long moment with a look of curiosity. But hey, as long as the guy was fighting with them, who cared?!

He took his chance when the Duke roared in pain as some of the ice spikes hit their mark and pierced his form rather deeply. He stumbled backwards one step, leaving trails of blood in his wake--blood that Ryan had no interest in. He'd never pollute himself by even attempting to control and assimilate the blood of a bastard like this, who'd gone and made himself a demon.

"My turn!" he laughed in a wicked way and dashed forward, closer to the demon.

"Insolent cur!" the Duke growled, showing no signs of slowing down from all that damage--if anything, he was regenerating quickly and Ryan did not care to observe the demon's crotch to note the body trying to repair the damage and regrow a missing part...

The wires from Ryan's arms moved quickly, melding into two axe-like blades along his hands while a wire shot upwards and latched onto a beam on the ceiling, yanking Ryan off his feet and into the air. The Duke swung the massive piece of wood but a loud SHUNK! rang out and the wooden column was split in two as Ryan swung one arm down and cut through it like butter.

The Duke's motion of swinging it was interrupted and he stumbled, while one half of the column continued its trajectory and crashed against the wall with a loud thud. Meanwhile, Ryan had used a few more wires to pull himself up and over the demon, then landed on the ground with a thud, then directly made a straight dash for the Duke's legs. As he closed in, the blades on his arms melded back into his armor and then bringing his hands together, created a longer, slightly curved blade like a sword. He swung hard at the demon's ankle and cutting through the thick hide, he severed the tendon there, scratching the bone deeply too.

As the Duke grunted loudly in pain and stumbled hard, Ryan dove at the other leg to repeat the process, while dodging the tail that started to swing madly, crashing onto the ground and form side to side. He couldn't approach the other ankle quite yet, but at least he'd slowed the Duke down.

"I WILL CRUSH YOU ALL!!"

He's not making much sense now, he thought. He's completely given in to the demonic powers.

Clair sighed as she shook her head. "This happens here and there, huh? Humans aren't supposed to take demonic power into themselves like that. Their psyches can't handle it." She jumped aside from a flailing appendage. "It's sad that they still haven't learned. But things are never dull when they go wild."

She drew her sword, a smile on her face as she drew her tongue to the base of the blade, touching it. "Mmmm. I can't wait to see what you've become."

Priming her blade, point forward towards the duke, she winked at the abomination that had once been a man. "Let me give you a proper farewell, my tasty little Duke. And with that, she charged, imbuing her sword with the same dark energy the Duke was using now as she thrust it at the abomination's midriff.

"Why Ryan, I'm flattered," she said before joining in the battle. Raz didn't bother with the newly-arrived man or the strange turn of events. When they started attacking the Duke, she started to run forward toward him. She leapt and rolled underneath him, between his legs and under his manhood stump. Springing to her feet, she wrapped and arm around the large tail and hung on as Ryan cut the ham-string. The moment the Duke collapsed to one knee, Raz swarmed up his back.

"Reap what you sow, bitch," she snarled as she drove Thirst deep into the spot where his neck and collarbone met. Blood spurted in a hot arc, splashing across her face, dripping down her neck. Raz hung on by wrapping her arm around his neck and continued to make short, vicious jabs into his flesh.

The runes on the blade glowed darkly as they drank in the demonic blood.

((OOC: Oh em gee, I can has post!))

Tysorai's senses were glued to the feel of his water bubble being ripped from his control. What the hell is going on? he raged. But then he felt...something. It did not feel new - it had been there since the Duke had arrived - but Ty had only chalked it up to being part of his dark magic. Now it seemed larger, like a mind of its own attuned to pure water. How was this possible?

Tysorai tore his senses away when he felt something thrown through the air. He dodged to the side, and positioned himself behind a column. He listened to his allies, and his ire rose. Poking his head out from behind the column, he shouted, "Would you lot shut up with the pre-ass kicking one liners and just do something useful?" He jumped out from behind the column and dodged under one of the Duke's wild tail-swings, then drew his dagger and lunged, stabbing the blade through the monster's ankle to the hilt. With a grunt of exertion, he pulled the dagger out and dodged aside as the Duke crashed down on both knees.

Tysorai righted himself, listening to the Duke roar in pain as he was stabbed repeatedly. Tysorai was deadpan; the squishing stabbing sounds came from his gut and his neck, good places but not good enough. While the Duke thrashed about, trying to relieve himself of the thing stabbing his neck, Tysorai dodged around and grabbed onto the tapestry. The demon's skull was thick; a simple stab wouldn't do anything to it, but maybe with the right momentum...

Tysorai jumped up onto another tapestry and clawed his way up. With a leap, he grabbed onto a hanging tapestry and swung down, his dagger gripped in one claw. As he let go of the tapestry and soared towards the Duke, he splashed through what seemed to be a pool of water in mid-air. He spluttered, but still managed to land a solid hit to the Duke's head. The dagger sunk in and Tysorai felt the roar of pain as the dagger drove straight through the skull into the Duke's brain. Tysorai hung on wildly, soaked right through, as the Duke reared back and moved around. The Duke grabbed Ty by the throat and pulled him off, roaring in his face before throwing him. Tysorai landed hard, and he cried out as his back crunched against the wall. He fell in a crumpled heap, and his dagger clattered to the floor beside him.

Tysorai pushed himself up, grabbing his dagger. The wind had been knocked right out of him, and he panted hard. Bastard, he thought with a groggy head. You'll get what's coming to you...but how did you survive that? Tysorai knew that something was controlling his water - was still doing so, if he had managed to splash through water in mid-air - and so yelled out, "Drown him!"

((OOC: Well that was a fun post to write. And Ty hates it when people beat around the bush; just get the job done, he says. He seems to be rather trope-savvy, too...))

Seth imagined that this feeling was akin to what he once knew as being sick, it's been a while since he felt it last and he wished that it would be quite some time till the next time though now he did not have much of a choice.
The demon focused on the canine as he seemed to have succeeded in a damage-and-taunt maneuver, or something like that... Seth could not really remember much about tactics.

The one that marked himself as a rather special one was the black haired man, his blood.. It acted almost as Seth's water, it stretched, formed, became solid.. It was as if this man was a blood-version of what Seth was. It was more interesting than one would expect as it was the closest to a kin Seth had seen in many years.

The duke was at least interrupted by his choice of... things to do, and a few of his companions chose to follow up with attacks then all of a sudden something odd happened. Seth felt his body being invaded, the water that made up his back was forced apart, something was inside him until it extruded from his chest. A foot, leg.. what?
A second later Seth had Splashed around a little, the water that made up his body forcefully scattered around as if someone jumped into a pool of water, the gem still in the majority of said water was the sole thing that allowed him to reform over the course of a few seconds. What was this character, blind? an idiot? It was impossible to know as of now but the follow up after the furred one's speedy bath justified what had happened. Not really knowing why he choose a path though Seth but it seemed to work at least.

A seemingly decent amount of damage was cause to the monster's head, this opponent took a lot of damage. Seth could not really remember someone taking this amount of damage before, well he could but said target were not standing afterwards.
The werewolf was then forcefully removed from the Duke's presence, a grip around his throat marked the start of his path into the stone wall he ended up against a few seconds later, his weapon still within grasp but not in his hand.. paw... thing.

"Drown him!" the newly bathed creature stated, which made sense, why hadn't Seth thought about that? It was one of his primary methods of attack. Was this infernal energy that the abomination in front of him seeped into the gem enough to cloud his mind? Or was he just 'rusty' from lack of any action for a decade? The answer mattered not as it was the order from the one that first gave him water that had value.

Sadly there were no natural pools of water connected to the ocean in here; that would have made this a swift victory, but he would have make do with what he had. Basically this was a similar plan that the water-giver had that ended up releasing Seth in the first place. Seth would just make it larger scale.
Closing his eyes he stretched out his hands as if he were trying to grab something at his sides, as his hands moved close and closer towards the front of him various water sources were taken advantage of to obtain said liquid. The walls were drained from the little there, the jugs around the room run dry, the carcass of the giant demon rabbit visibly dried as a tainted crimson tinted trail of water flowed across the room (rabbit jerky?), even the air was drained more than it already were.
All in all, a large sphere some 4 meters or so in diameter (16ft'ish) formed in front of Seth. A fluid movement where he slid his left foot forward across the dry stone floor, followed by arm movements akin to Seth pushing something with the base of his palms. The movement was fast enough but still fluid in its performance; clearly lacking perfection a tad due to his infected nature at the moment. The water sphere in front of him deformed as it moved itself around the Duke's body, taking shape as an oval that covered his upper torso and some of his lower, starting its oval-tip over the Duke's head and stretching down to even cover the Man-stump he had left.

Starting the struggle that most people without the possibility to breathe do the demon was far from a happy-puppy at the moment. Not really being a dumb man, though his intellect were dwindling, he aimed to attack Seth as he was the one that restricted his lungs from breathing its common gaseous combination of molecules (air) instead of the liquid that Seth were filling it with now. Grabbing whatever debris he could get his hands of, small rocks; throwing them at the elemental, missing with some larger pieces, ending up with grabbing a larger piece and stepping towards the Hydromancer planning to flatten him to the ground. Though the smaller debris parts just went though the living water, not damaging him the slightest, the large piece of the column he now sported would disrupt too much of Seth's powers and force him to lose control. Should it come to that he would dodge but perhaps his next order to the ones around might hinder that.

"Attack him, I will open the sphere for you!" Seth commanded. His plan was simple, every time he saw someone attack the Duke, he would 'open' a path in the water from where the attack came from all the way into the body where it would normally strike; imagine it as an invisible pipe opening u. That should hinder the Duke as well as aid the demon's enemies.

I give everyone permission to open these openings in the water as described, just so that your own post flows a little better. ^^

Ryan was glad for Ty's assist, and even Raz's sudden attack. He was about to join them on a stab fest as soon as he got a clear shot over that damn tail when to his horror, the Duke seized Ty by the throat and threw him across the hall.

"Ty!" he blurted in surprise, cut off from going to him and helping him. "Aedan!!" he cried out to the paladin. "Get Ty up and away from there, please!!" he pleaded.

At the same time, he was starting to feel funny. Funny as in energized, like he'd taken a very big and strong pick-me-up and he knew what that meant.

It's kicked in at last. The infernal energies are getting too high in here, I'm starting to pick them up. Tch, this could go bad... he thought and clenched his armor-clad fists even as his red eyes started to gleam with renewed power.

It wouldn't help much with the fact that his blood supply was so low now, but at least he'd have a slight physical boost that'd put him at the top of his game for now. And make him a little more feral, probably. He grinned wickedly, his fangs swelling to proper knife-edged canines almost and his fingernails even grew into claws in his armor.

By now the Duke was little better than a berserker, grunting and roaring like a maddened beast, thrashing about and not healing about as fast as earlier on. Though on his knees, he was still dangerous, swinging that massive tail and those log-sized arms with hands big enough to crush a person--and Ryan saw him going for Raz, intending to yank her off and toss her too.

"Fuck no you don't!" he snarled with a throaty growl and launched two thick wires at the Duke, grabbing the arm around the wrist tightly enough to dig into the flesh and pulled back with a vicious yank of demon-like strength.

The Duke staggered, his arm jolting back and giving Raz a chance to get a better grip on him. He tried to pull his arm free but Ryan seemed to hold it back with an almost limitless stamina.

"Hey...you, water-using guy, whatever your name is! Keep that up!" he growled with approval. "It's time to give this bitch a fitting ending. Hold on Raz, I'm comin' aboard!"

He finally loosened his grip on the arm on purpose and the Duke was jerked forward from the momentum, the wires pulling Ryan along. He wasn't very chatty anymore, feeling too angry to talk. He landed onto the small of the Duke's back, using the claws of his gauntlets to grim on, sinking the claws onto the demon's back, producing a roar from him. Two thick wires spun around the duke's chest like constrictor snakes and a smaller network of others shot out from them, wrapping around the neck and trying to pull his arms together to keep as much of him into the bubble as possible. Some wires passed near Raz, allowing her to use them as better holds to keep herself from being thrown off.

Meanwhile, using one arm to hold on to a chunk of flesh and a wire to support him, Ryan melded the armor on his free arm into a large axe-shaped blade with a short handle, which he raised overhead with an angry roar.

"GRAARGH!" he grunted as he swung the heavy blade down and with a dull THUNK! cleaved right into the base of the Duke's tail, causing him to buck and tense his back in an arch as part of his spinal cord was severed. Another heavy cleave lopped the massive tail clean off and it hit the floor with an ugly splatting sound, blood gushing out from both the tail and the Duke's back, while the severed limb twitched and jerked about neurotically.

"Raz, go for his heart if you can!" he told her, while holding on to the back to help restrain the duke. He stretched two wires to the mouth, rather violently forcing the duke's maw open exposing giant canines and a dark, slithery tongue that flailed about. "Force the water in, mage!"

"Thanks!" Raz said through gritted teeth. She grabbed the blood-wires and wrapped one around her leg, and repeated this with the other one. She was stuck fast, now -- with both legs firmly anchored, there was no way she was going to be shaken off.

When Ryan leapt onto the lower back, she only spared him a glance. He did surprise her, though, when he cut off the Duke's tail. Damn. He's going berserk. That wasn't good. Berserkers were a danger to everyone, including their allies.

Raz couldn't get a clear shot to the throat -- the damn Duke was waving his head around too much for that. Slicing his throat wasn't an option, though she'd dearly love to cut off that obnoxious roaring.

Gripping the hilt of Thirst in both hands, she plunged it downward into the sternum, aiming for the heart on Ryan's advice. The blood-stained sword pierced the thick hide with ease, but jammed up against a rib. As she yanked the blade out, a fine stream of blood flew from the tip, spraying across Tali and Berhu. She stabbed down again, aiming between the ribs, putting all of her considerable strength behind it.

Raz was grinning.

Blood now covered both Tali and Berhu as Raz finished her attack on the Duke. After all that was happening, it was hard to imagine that it was still standing. Yet even after she sat on Berhu watching, what bothered her most was that she had been sprayed with blood. “Eww…” she groaned. It was all over her clothes and even somewhat on her face. Tali wasn’t one that enjoyed getting dirty, especially when it was bloody… or worse; when things blew up and she got entrails all over her.

However, right at that moment, she was having a rather hard time figuring out what to do. She was always fighting alone… not in groups. To make matters worse, just about everyone here was attacking the Duke at close range, and Tali’s spells did a lot of damage. She could hurt the Duke, but she would quite possibly hurt everyone else in the process. Thoughts of what happened with Ryan, Ty, and that rabbit came to mind.

The newly acquired Mage was using his water to attack. Perhaps she could go from there? “Hey, you, waterboy! Soak him so I can electrocute him!” Of course, she really wouldn’t want to do that until everyone was away from him. She just wanted to turn the demon into a crispy fried mess. The last thing she wanted was a massive amount of crispy fried warriors.
