Training Grounds

"You finished playing?" Shenorai asked, standing by the tent. Her arms were crossed as she was observing the battle. She first walked over to Julius to help him to his feet and bring him back to the tent. Afterwards, she went out to fetch Arthvader's unconscious form and brought him inside as well, laying him on a bed and letting a nurse tend to him.

"Well, that was a little more than expected," she said to Julius. "Didn't expect anyone to be knocked out."
 
As he wakes up, he realizes that he was in a bed. He started asking the people how many days has passed, according to what the people said, he has been resting for 3 days. realizing how far his powers went during the battle against Julius, he decided to train at the training grounds, refocusing his energies to their extent.
 
Julius was resting, after all he went a little over the limit during his last battle. Though he was a bit tired, Julius woke up only to find out he was inside the tent in a bed. Shenorai was standing near the entrance and Julius knew that she was going to be angry. He stood up, picked his things and walked towards Shenorai expecting, at least, a minimal scolding and he wished that she didn't slapped him.

"I can't help to get out this idea that this will hurt...."

He stands before Shenorai staring to the floor. Then he sighed and turned his sight to look straightly to Shenorai's eyes while smiling nervously.

"Shen, I can explain everything...you see...."

Julius kept explaining not knowing if Shenorai was paying any attention at all...
 
Shenorai held up a hand, waiting for Julius to take this as a sign to silence himself. Indeed, she has been watching from the tent. Otherwise, she wouldn't have known if he and Arthvader had passed out or not.

"I thought you said you weren't going to let things get out of hand?" she asked, though teasing him a little. Soon after, her tone was friendly again as she continued. "Although...it's not always necessary to tell everyone you fight your life story. With some people, it's best if they just don't know. You get what I mean?"

((Eh, sometimes the character's story does not need to be revealed in a battle. Here in the training grounds would be one example.))
 
Julius sighed relieved to know that he wouldn't be sent back to Infirmary by Shen's explosive attitude. Julius laughed faintly and nodded his head agreeing with Shenorai's comments, after all she knew him for quite sometime. In fact, Julius owes Shenorai his life, since she saved him from a near fatal injury once (refer to the Open Battle: Shenorai Eterna (Vs Julius) thread).

"You are right Shen, I have always admired your wisdom, no wonder why Lucius hesitated to strike you down...hehehe"
 
hmph the battle is over, this is my chance to deal with that eye sore of a budgie

*points sword at arthvader*

FFGuy:i challenge you arthvader! will you accept or are you a coward!?
 
Julius was surprised by FFGuy's challenge, so he quickly turned around to FFGuy. He grinned and actually gave a faint sarcastic laugh while staring to the ground. Julius' expression changed to a more serious one, his eyes were slightly open and he lowered his eyebrows almost starting coldly at FFGuy. Of course Julius had nothing against this man but he thought that FFGuy was really asking for the angry version of Arthvader.

Julius walked slowly, the grass flatten under his footsteps while he kept his eyes fixed on FFGuy. The sunlight was warm and gentle, it was a quite late afternoon and the Sun was about to set soon.

"Both Arthvader and myself just fought a few moments ago and you want to challenge him again? Perhaps you should train your skills or wait until tomorrow for your rematch against Arthvader. I could help you with spells training."

Julius turned to face the nearby river and stared to the crystal clear water. He smiled, his expression was somehow influenced by the purity of the water and he felt relaxed.

"Meet me at 19:00 Hours...I'll be waiting over that hill..."
 
fine, (thinking)you imbecile! you think to underestimate me!

FFGuy went to the shadowy area of the training grounds and becan strengthening his demon summoning skills and started sparring with them with light bane (light bane is a darkness sword so any slashes performed on the demons are ineffective)

(by the way did anyone notice how my description of my character is similar to raziel? :giggle: )
 
Notice to FFGuy: ((Your spells are ready, check the KOTR thread in my last post replying to your spells' comment))

A guard arrived bringing a spell book with Julius' signature on its front cover. the book was covered with leather and the pages were quite old. The guard saluted FFGuy and gave him the book and the following message:

"FFGuy,
I hope you enjoy this little reward to you for helping me when the dark army attacked the Balamb Garden. It contains a few spells from mid to advanced magic.

Use it wisely.
Julius Argexis"
 
After restoring his energies at last (as well as learning a new summoning), Arthvader heads towards the coliseum.

Arthvader "Ok, I'm finally ready for another battle. Who want's to take me on?"
 
Well, I want to test my new Rp character... But he's designed to kill. XD

Hearing FFGuy's challenge, he heads towards the arena, putting his weapons in the barrel and drawing out 4 wooden swords from the barrel.

Arthvader "Alright, you wanted to challenge me for a while now, Now, let's see what you got. Come on out, Gilgamesh"

Arthvader made a summoning Circle and tossed a pendant that looked like a naginata into the circle, causing the warrior to make his appearance.

Gilgamesh "It's been a while since I came out, hasn't it, Arthvader?"

Arthvader "Of course, Gilgamesh. Just to let you know, Gilgamesh, We're in a training battle and we are not allowed to use actual weapons in battle, so here, use these wooden swords for this battle, if you don't mind."

Gilgamesh "Hey, remember, You brought me back to life. I owe you my life, and I'll follow any orders you give me. Now, are you ready to have a good battle?"

Arthvader "Sure, Gilgamesh. Here's our opponent, Let's go."
 
putting his sword upon his shoulder he eyes his opponents and readies a spell

FFGuy: Ferocious soul!

FFGuy lets his sword free and prepares to dodge any sneak attacks
 
As he saw FFGuy prepares to cast a spell and prepared himself to dodge, Arthvader readies his plan.

Arthvader (to Gilgamesh)"Hey, Gilgamesh, here's the plan..."

Gilgamesh "... OK, I got It."

Gilgamesh then charged towards FFGuy with full speed, While Arthvader also decided to prepare a spell. Just as Gilgamesh made it to FFGuy, he swung both his swords horizontally towards FFGuy.
 
hmph *lowers head then jumps high into the air while his sword charges closer towards arthvader*

you thought I would fall for that!?

*when FFGuy gets closer to the ground he aims his feet at gilgamesh's head hoping to push him back*
