Started Mugen Souls today, finally. A hot spring scene, a concert and a ship battle, all in the first five minutes? I think I'm going to like this game. Although I hate one of the main characters already; I am SICK of JYB voicing every generic hero character, with exactly the same voice. Much as I love the guy, he could stand to alter his voice once in a while for his roles. That this game suffers from Small Text Syndrome is frustrating as well, although I've managed to make it a bit bigger by adjusting the screen...I'll cope.

Also still playing Borderlands 2...just entered the Eridium Blight. Progress is slow because I've been doing literally every side mission I come across...hit a bit of a roadblock with the giant skag in Lynchwood. It electro balls my shields into oblivion, then proceeds to demolish me, and it takes fuck all damage. Might try it once I'm a few levels higher.

I'm playin' Borderlands 2, Resident Evil 6, and The Legend of Dragoons. :neomon:

I haven't gotten 'round much to RE6 but so far i'm really annoyed -_-. Oh, let's not have shiet ammo for your arse so you can bloody die:dry:

BL2 is awesssssssssssssssssome though ! I love every minute of the game c:

and playing all these new games, makes the graphics of Dragoons look like hell on wheels but eh, I love the game. This is like my 268797898 replay of it :-)

I started Pokemon Black 2 today...the first thing I did was unlock Challenge Mode with my Action Replay. Fuck you, Nintendo. What's the point in having a Challenge Mode if you can only unlock it at the start by having others send it to you, and don't otherwise get it until you've finished the main story? I'm having my Challenge Mode from the start so I don't just blaze through the game with ease; I want something that I won't be able to just walk all over :mokken:

My current team is Revolver Oshawott (yes, really), Hugh the Sewaddle (I wanted Sewaddy-waddy, but it was too long...) and Mina the Mareep, all around level 10, or just over. Going to get them all to level 15/16 and then take on Cheren. My trainer name is Serena, because seriously, look at that girl's hair and tell me that the Sailor Moon them doesn't immediately start playing in your head. I am extremely cynical of this, given how crap Black was, but...meh. Might as well at least give it a chance to impress me. The shiny new interface is nice, at least.

I'm currently playing Borderlands 2 and The Legend of Dragoon.

Borderlands 2 because I just can't get enough of it. been playing it since the day it came out, brought 2 characters to 50, and been having a blast finding legendary weapons.

As for LoD, finally got to the second disk, and am taking my time in mastering my additions before i move on.

I'm playing two games right now.

Amnesia on and off, mostly off because I'm too much of a coward to play for prolonged periods of time. Regardless, I am rather enjoying it. It's a different kind of challenge. ^_^

Secondly is RAGE. I went into this game expecting another sandbox action RPG like Fallout 3, but I loved Fallout 3 so that wasn't really a bad thing. I had also read some reviews about terrible graphics on the console versions, so I wasn't exactly in high hopes for the PC version; but I was wrong, the graphics in RAGE are absolutely stunning for the PC. It didn't take long before I started hitting things I didn't like about this game, the story and exploration were on tracks, which irritated me at first. The controls were also really odd and difficult for me to adapt to, I found myself using items when I was just trying to walk around. Eventually, though, I got used to the controls, and I started to realize that the game play behind RAGE was actually very good. It's quick, challenging and fluid once you get the hang of it. Story wise, it isn't anything ground breaking but it isn't terrible or bad in any way. My only regret at this point is not picking RAGE up sooner. :lew:

I am currently playing Drakensang Online for PC. It is a well know free MMORPG online game kind of like Diablos III. I am enjoying playing it, it is really fun to play especially with your friends. They just did a expansion a few months ago and I got to see all of it. I still need alot of stuff to do in it. I recommend you guys to try this online game out and see for yourself.

Front Mission 4

It's basically FF tactics (which I'm STILL happily addicted to) except that the characters are inside these huge mecha type machines called Wanzers (or Vanzer's as Elsa pronounces it in her thick accent) and you can use these thingies called Link Points to allow your allies to shoot the enemies at the same time you are! :highfive:
The story is kinda all over the place, but not as confusing as Tactics (again, why aren't I playing you, my love?)
And it can get pretty annoying when they switch to a certain other full-of-himself character in the story. :humph:

Right now, I'm mostly playing Darksiders 2, which I got for my birthday a week ago. It's...alright, I guess. It feels more like an open-world exploration game than the first one did, which is nice, and Death handles better than War did. But ugh, my god, the story. It's awful. So is this collect-a-thon syndrome it's got going: get three of this, get three of that. It's always three of something. I appreciate the expansion, but honestly, it doesn't feel much like a sequel, and I don't really feel like I'm controlling Death. Just some guy who isn't voiced by Liam O'Brien and wears a mask. And wields two scythes.

Also playing Black 2 still...pfft, who says the PWT is challenging? The only tournament I've struggled with is Rental Masters, because it's geared to make life as difficult for you as possible by giving you randomized shit you would NEVER use in any other circumstances. Bah.

Harvest Moon: Back to Nature
PSOne.

One of the very first PSOne games i ever played and one of my favourites. Harvest moon is so much fun and relaxing to play...it's literally just farming lmfao. It's bringing back a lot of memories of when I used to play it as a kid...also a lot of bad memories like when my friend saved over my game after I finally had a child and stuff. I was devastated...

I am currently playing tekken tag tournament 2. Not got any solo games that im playing myself but ive been playing through arcade and unlocking the ending movies for each characters. When my wonderful woman @Squid is on we will play against eachother online. I win to the point where my poor lass gets so frustrated at me winning :(

Also had a few games of blops 1 lately. Not pinning on buying 2 anytime soon so i enjoyed a bout of CoD, twas fun.

i am playing far cry 2 and blowing things up and getting run over and it is a fun time with me and my shotgun.

Halo 4

not really much for matchmaking (war games) anymore, wish there was more variety in spartan ops, don't know why they shitcanned things like rockets firefight lol

Still playing Darksiders 2 here...gods, this has to be the glitchiest game I've played in a long time. Yesterday I had freezes occurring constantly every time a Fleshburster popped up onto my screen, and today, fighting the Lord of the Black Throne (omitting his actual name to avoid spoilers, because it's kind of a big spoiler) dodging his attack mid-way through fight means he never pulls the stage towards you for the second round. Whilst it was VERY funny watching him stalk the edge of the arena and fall into the lava, only to re-appear a few seconds later...I'm kinda fucked for the end of the fight, because I can't get back to the portal. I have the trophy for beating him, but I haven't technically beaten him :hmph:

Also started a new file on Resonance of Fate...because, hey, why not, I'm a glutton for punishment right now. Third time's the charm: I'm platinuming this bitch.

Uncharted 2 and Halo 4! :yay: both are absolutely fantastic. :) I haven't been able to play games all week though. :sad3: The PGCE is absolutely incredible, but I use all of my free time to plan lessons. :wacky: This weekend, I shall play a little more of both.

I haven't played many Halo games before - I've played Halo and Halo Reach - so it's all still quite new to me. It is therefore far too much fun. :lew: I usually dislike FPS, but this one's a bit different somehow. :hmmm:

Elder Scrolls Oblivion. First time playing any ES game, and it's had me hooked these past few days, which is why I haven't been online for a while. :monster:

Just bought the game on a whim. Was thinking of getting Skyrim, but there's some mixed reviews over which is the better game, so I decided to go for the cheapest option in case I didn't enjoy them. But yeah, I think once I'm done with Oblivion, I'll pick up Skyrim.

DragonQuest 8 (PS2)

For the second time, because the first time I wasted my allocation points on stupid stuff when I should've focused them on the sword. THIS time should do it!
That dragon man's time is coming!

I have been playing Dishonored and I am not sure if I am playing it right

Playing Resonance of Fate exclusively right now, trying to plat it before Christmas. Hahahaha, that's not going to happen. I'm on Chapter 9 at the moment, and I just managed to gather enough teal energy hexes to link together all the terminals I wanted to the Arena...Item Drop x 1.5, Item Drop x2, Rare Item Drop x 2, Gained Experience x 1.5, and Double Amp, which doubles the effects of all other terminals. I'll probably spend the entire weekend mass grinding in the Arena, and then move on. Finishing the game doesn't take long, it's just everything else...unlock the map, do every Arena battle, finish the game a second time...etc. Still got a long way to go...

Final Fantasy XIII-2
PS3

Soo I gave in and am finally giving FFXIII-2 a chance. So far I'm actually kind of enjoying it. The Auto-battles are back which is annoying, what a pointless battle mechanic. It does all the work for you, all you have to focus on is changing roles. I do however like the real time event thingo's where you press the button when it appears on the screen. Serah is still annoying and that Moogle omg... don't even get me started on it, I loathe it with a passion!!! Noel is ok though!

I've really only played 20 minutes of the game so I don't have much else to say on it right now...but so far I guess I am pleased with it :griin:
