House of the Rising Sun - Elvis Presley
This is a particularly good version of it, I think. Presley's voice suits the song quite well, and even though the music itself is very different from his usual style, it all still goes well together.

The Promise - Girls Aloud

I didn't like the song when I first heard it, but, it's one of those songs the grow on you. I like how each member of the group gets their own little verse, and I would rate them like this - Nadine > Kimberly > Nicola > Sarah > Cheryl. It's nice though that you can hear all of them on the songs, when previous songs have pretty much been Nadine only xD

Downeaster Alexa - Billy Joel

I've been listening to him for the last two days for some reason. This is one of my favorite songs by him though. Alexa was the name of Joel's daughter so he named this song's "ship" after her. It's a great song. Very spirited.

This Feeling ~ by Blink 182

The chorus of this song is killer! I can't get it out of my head. The group's amazing and I'm getting back into them which is kinda weird. Just an overall awesome song to blast when out driving and all that jazz. Number one song on my iPod right now definitely.

Ruby - Kaiser Chiefs

They played this at the bar the other night and it's been stuck in my head ever since. It's pretty catchy though. It has a bit of an Eagles feel to it. The guitar is alright but nothing special... I guess I'm just hooked by the refrain. Ruby ruby ruby ruby!

I hate everything about you by three days grace.

its a good song and does actually have an alterior motive, as a girl i know and who has hated me for quite some time now, turns out that the reason for her hatred is that she has 'feelings' for me and doesn't want to get to close to me incase she 'falls in love' with me, when i have a GF already. . . girls are so fecking complicated

The Beginning is the end is the Beginning - Smashing Pumpkins

10/10

Its the Trailer song for the Watchmen, as well as the song in my latest AMV. its like my favorite song atm. The song as used in the trailer is great. It fits the tone of the movie perfectly. i was a little bummed out to hear that it wouldn't be in the movie, nor wwould the song from the other trailer, Muse's Take A Bow... Which is another fave of mine.

Sugar Pill - Thirty ought six

I enjoy this song, its the song I used in my BOB 6 Promotional video, (Which I will be posting the FINAL VIDEO THIS WEEK!) :)
I like the song, some parts more than others, I only have the live version.. But it is still really good, and I don't think they need to edit their songs.

Nameless Faceless (featuring Myles Kennedy) - Fozzy

An okay song. Chris Jericho's vocals aren't too bad as it suits his style but you can hear that he certainly isn't the best. I was a bit disappointed at the fact that Myles Kennedy doesn't get much time (he just sings part of the chorus that goes "And I am nameless" then "And I am faceless"). Myles Kennedy's collaberation with Sevendust was better.

The Getaway Plan - Shadows
kinda Our Song thing, listening n singing to it 24/7....with some friends will try cover it ^^

Just Dance - Lady GaGa

Feeling really shittily ill, so I'm just listening to catchy, fun, happy music in an attempt to cheer myself up and try to stop feeling so lethargic. D=

Watch Over You (featuring Cristina Scabbia) - Alter Bridge

I love this song, but not quite this version. It is exactly the same as the normal version except that Cristina Scabbia is singing on it. The reason why I don't quite like this version as much is despite the fact that Cristina Scabbia has a great voice, it just sounds like she has received a record of the song and sung over it. It just doesn't fit in at all. I still like it but the original is so much better.

I am currently listening to Wanted Dead or alive. I like this song by Bon Jovi its pretty good and one of my favorite songs that he wrote. Its cool am wanted dead or alive. I just like this song. I am Wanted Wanted Dead Or Alive!!!

System Of A Down - Chop Suey

I remember I was still in highschool when this song came out. It was like everyones favourite song lol.

Haven't listened to it in an age. Brings back memories >_< *me sleeping in class whilst listening to my discman*

10/10

Alibi - Elvis Costello
Great lyrics, it's one of my favourite Elvis Costello songs. He's got a nice voice, and the music itself is quite simple. That means that you are drawn to the lyrics, which again, are great:gasp:

Dani California - Red Hot Chilli Peppers

Love this song. I recently got into listening to this band again and absolutly love this song. Gets my pumped up for hockey before game. They have a good band and the lead singer has a great voice.

They Call Me The Breeze - Lynard Skynard

When I was young, my dad always used to sing this song when he farted (the weirdo)... but it's actually a pretty good song. I've developed quite a taste for Lynard Skynard. Not farts though. I wonder what this song is actually about... could be farts I guess...

Say My Name - Destiny's Child

Old school Beyoncé! I love it, on one hand it shows how she's matured as an artist, but on the other hand, she sings those lyrics really fast - something she doesn't do in her most recent work, old school Beyoncé is awesome.

Heaven knows I'm miserable now - The Smiths
I love morrisey's voice in this song. It's lovely and makes the song. Not particularly good lyrics, decent to average, I think, some good lines though. And some nice relaxing guitar playing.
