I always thought that Diablos and Doomtrain would be perfect on Versus. Maybe Cerberus too. Perhaps slightly redesigned. Outside of that particular game I'd like to see Pandemona. I liked her(?) design and the later ffs mostly have summons of the most basics of basic elements.
